Zanzibar the Magician is part of the Fox Universe/Earth-F Creatives which collates many Science-heroes from the obsolete 1939-50's Fox Features comic book universe. 

 Note this is public domain, but all Fox Universe/Earth-F stories are copyright of the Earth-F creatives. 

The collaboration is being driven by none other than @JasonGreenfield who has brought you such delights as Mythlands: The HEIST, Bite Size Stories and TIME: IMMEMORIAL to name only three.
