I was in my room, watching some movies, when someone knocked on the door. i went to open it and there stood someone i hadn't seen in a long time. My older sister Kanade. She had her drawing block with her, my sister became a mute due to things our parents did to us. She wrote on the block: Hey baby brother, the loony bin let me out for a bit to come see you :D. My sister was a bit mentaly unstable so they put her in the loony bin  to help her get better, once every four years or so they would let her vist me. I smiled and hugged her and she hugged back. I love my older sister, she was the only one who truely loves me in this world. I let her inside. I texted mom that Kanade was here. Unlike the rest of my new family my mom trusted Kanade enough to let her be alone with me. Dad, Garroth and Vylad however wanted her to be far away from me if we where to be in a room toghter and someone else had to be there. My sister might be mentaly unstable but she has never tried to hurt me. We watched some anime in my room, before going for a walk. I was really enjoying my time toghter with her. Then we ran into Laurence. ''Oh hey one-eyed'' He said. I glared at him and said: ''Little Laurence'' Kanade gave Laurence her best death glare and Laurence asked: ''Who is this?'' Before i could answer, she had write on her block: I'm his blood-related older sister, my name is Kanade. Laurence looked at me confused. I sighed and said: ''I was adopted by the Ro'Maeve family, Kanade wasn't because she was an adult in the eyes of the law at that point. Also don't tell Garroth that you saw me with her. She is a bit unstable but she won't hurt me'' Laurence nodded but i didn't trust him. We then contiune to walk. I took her back to the loony bin and went home. I saw Garroth and he looked pissed. Oh fuck you Laurence. He came over and yelled: ''HOW COULD YOU BE ALONE WITH THAT INSANE LADY? SHE COULD HAVE HURT YOU'' That's it, i have had enough of this. I glared at him and yelled back: ''SHE IS MY OWN FAMILY AND SHE WOULD NEVER HURT ME! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO SAY ANYTHING, YOU ARN'T MY REAL BROTHER!'' That caused him to cry. ''B-B-B-But Zane, i am your brot-'' I cut him off by saying: ''Not by blood, now fuck off'' I ran to my room and locked the door. I slowly began to sob. How dare he? Kanade is the only one of my real family who didn't hurt me. How dare he treat her like that.

Why is he acting like that? Why is he protecting her? She is insane! She could hurt him. i'm just trying to protect him. I remember what he said about me not being his real brother. That hurt because i loved him so much. I tried to be the best brother i could but it was never good enough, so i tried to be someone he could look up to but he only drifted more away from me. I just want him to love me that same was as i love him. I just want him to stop loving her and give me that love. I need it more then she ever will. Why can't he just love me? I will make him love me and i will do anything to get him to.
