No one is going to hurt you

Guy~Ed's pov
"I-I'm deeply sorry. But if you don't mind who did it?" I asked. He placed his head In between his knees. "It was so long ago. Aphmau and me were only 7. Garroth was teaching her how to use a sword." He started the story. "The sun went down. Pitch black. Garroth went into the house but Aphmau stayed behind. She thought swords were amazing and didn't want to stop. I wandered outside to give her more wood to slice." He said as his tears fell onto the leaves. "She didn't see me in the darkness. As I walked I stepped on a twig. Aphmau heard it and thought it was one of the wolves. She slashed her sword to defend herself. She-she-she." He couldn't speak fear in his eye. "You don't have to continue." I said. "Thank you." Zane said. He stared off. That same fear burning bright in his face. "Let's go to sleep." I said. Zane laid down on the leaves. I turned my back to him and laid down. "Guy~Ed...?" Zane called out. "Yes?" I replied. "I-I can't sleep alone." He said. "Your not alone." I said. "Your too far." He said. I turned my body over to face him and moved a bit closer. "No. Like this." He said. He nuzzled into my chest. I wrapped my arms around him. "No one is going to hurt you." I said.
