Me and Gene finished classes and walked to Michi's house. Her mother let us in. We opened her room door. She laid sick in bed. "Zane. I'm so glad to see you. Oh...hi Gene." She said. "Michi I have great news!" I said with excitement. "What is it girlfriend?" She asked with a giggle. "Well I'm Genes girlfriend!" I said hugging him. Her eyes widened. "Zane...you said..." I cut her off. "Michi stop. I know what I said but I don't think I do anymore." I said.
Michi's pov
My eyes filled with hot tears. "I-i-i thought I mattered?" I said. "Michi calm down it's not like you were dating." Gene said. "You did matter Michi! I wasn't lying!" Zane said. "I did matter? It doesn't fucking seem so! And Gene, I've had much more with her than you ever will or have done." I said. "Michi! Shut up! That was in the past." She said. "The past?! You mean two damn days ago?! We've been doing this for two years! You never committed!" I yelled my throat burned with tears and pain. "What was I supposed to commit to?! How about you just leave like your sister!" She said. My eyes widened.
Zanes pov
I regretted the words as soon as they left my mouth. "Michi...I'm-" she cut me off. "Take your wanna be drug dealer boyfriend, and your one eyed face and leave my damn house." She commanded. I pulled Gene from her room and quickly left the house. "What did you two do?" Gene asked. "W-we kissed once." I said. "But you said I was your first kiss?!" He asked. "My first guy kiss...." I said.
