Artemis and Daryl

"what was that about?" "what do you mean?" "that hippy looking, dude, he said thanks for saving me that day we met" "oh yeah a Z was about to eat him so I put an arrow through its head" "cool" "yeah it was how we met and how we became a team" "do you miss them?" "I don't know" they were about to take another step but a Z came out of nowhere and tried to bite Daryl. Artemis tried her best to get the Z off of him but a gunshot beat her to it when the Z was down they looked at who shot it and it was 10k "where do you think you're going?" Artemis smiles at him then Doc appeared behind 10k "hey you coming or what redneck" Artemis went up the hill to where the team was at but she noticed that her uncle wasn't following her. "Uncle Daryl, you coming?" "I don't want to impose on your team here" "you are not imposing you are family and they are family to me so come on" Artemis holds out her hand for her Uncle it took her a while but he took her hand and climbed up the hill "so Daryl what was Artemis like you know before all of this?" said Murphy "she was a hardass" "but that is what family is for right uncle Daryl" Artemis came over to him and kissed his right cheek "that is right kid" "well I am glad that we are a family once again but we really should keep on moving" said Warren.

THE BAR

The group stumbled upon a little building in the woods "alright me and Vasquez will go in Artemis and her uncle go around back to see if there is anything strange about this place got it?" "what about me, Addy, and 10k?" said Doc "get Murphy into this" "oh hell no" "oh hell yes we didn't come this far just so you can get taken away from us again" "fine" everyone went there ways while Warren and Vasquez went inside the little building. Around back with Artemis and Daryl "anything yet?" said Daryl "no you?" "same let's head back" they both went back to where the others were at "nothing around back what about you guys?" "Warren and Vasquez are still inside" "where is the blue guy?" said Daryl "he is getting into costume" Murphy came out from behind a tree dressed like a women "dude looks like a lady" said Doc once he said that it made Artemis smile "hey that was a good song" "you look like one of my ex-girlfriends" said Daryl so Murphy looked at him "there's Warren" "let's go" they all went towards the building "you know I am liking the new you" said Addy "you don't want to meet the new me" Murphy said as he brought out a hand fan to cover his face with. The team made it all into the bar when they got there they saw a woman behind the counter "hey their tea anyone?" everyone was surprised to see a living person in this bar a few seconds past and everyone had tea but not Artemis she told herself not to take a drink from anyone in the apocalypse because you don't know if they had spiked it or not "do you want any tea dear" said the lady "I am fine thanks what is your name anyway lady?" "I'm auntie darling" Artemis nods her head as in saying alright to auntie "what are doing in the woods all alone in this bar?" said Doc "business where are you guys coming from?" "new york" "you are a long way from home darling" "yes we are auntie" said Doc.

Warren was about to say something but the door opened up and there were some guys with a Z chained up he was blue like Murphy "what can I get for you gentlemen today?" "whiskey" "coming right up" "are you, auntie?" said the guy that had a hold of the Z "I am" "we are here to clam our bounty for the Murphy" the team had this look on there faces as in saying it's go time everyone was ready to grab their weapons "alrighty then" auntie went to the back to grab the drinks for the new guys one of them came over towards Artemis he was checking her out so she made a smart comment towards the guy "could you I don't know maybe look elsewhere with those eyes of yours dude" "and what if I don't?" "then I am going to have to cut them out myself" Artemis got up with her knife but her Uncle Daryl put his hand on her left upper arm. "Easy there everyone I am sorry if my guy has upset you in any way it's just that we haven't seen a pretty women in so many years" "wonder why" said Artemis. Auntie came back with the drinks she gave them to the guys one of the guys walked over towards Murphy the group was worried because they knew what could happen real soon between them and this group of guys "how about I buy you a drink darling" said one of the guys he was balled he was talking to Warren "no thanks already got one" "well what about you sweetheart" the guy that was next to Artemis said "no thanks I don't drink" "I bet I could change that" he put his right hand on Artemis's left shoulder when Artemis didn't like that she grabbed his hand and flipped him to where his right arm was behind his back "touch me like that again and you will lose a finger got it?" "yes" "I'm sorry I quite didn't get that" "yes!" "yes what?" "yes ma'ma" "didn't your mother teach you any manners when you were a kid?" "wow, I haven't seen a woman kicked ass like that since before all of this started where did you learn how to do that?" the balled one said that towards Artemis "you really want to know?" the man nods his head yes "I learned in 5th grade" "Artemis sit down" Warren raised her eyebrows at her as in saying don't start a fight not now anyway.

Artemis picked up her chair that was knocked over and sat back down next to her Uncle Daryl "hey Auntie how about some music" Auntie went over towards the jukebox to play some music the balled guy walks over towards Warren "we are celebrating want to join us?" "no thanks we are good" the guy that was near Murphy kept touching him asking his/her to dance but Murphy said no with his hand once he did that the Z did too that got the balled guys attention he grabbed an empty pitcher and walked over towards Murphy and the other guy "shy girl, shy girl, think fast" the balled man tossed the empty Pitcher towards Murphy who caught it along with the Z. Everyone had their weapons raised up "shy girl moves my Murphy does too take off the hat" "no" the man clicked his gun it was ready to fire when he pulled that trigger "take it off now" "no" Artemis looked at her uncle Daryl he knew what she was thinking so he shook his head no so Artemis turned her head towards Warren when Warren and Artemis had eye contact she was asking Warren if she could do what she was thinking but she also shook her head no. "I'm not going to ask you again to take off your disguise if you don't we will kill one of your friends here" when Murphy didn't answer the balled guy walked over towards Artemis with a gun to her head "last change shy girl or I put a bullet in her head" he grabbed her hair pulled it back to where her chin was in the air Murphy started to take off his hat first then his sunglasses.

When Artemis head was back she felt a knife on her lower back so she looked over towards Murphy when he saw her she nodded her head as in saying go ahead and do it Murphy put his head down for a second so Artemis can grab his knife "now!" said Artemis when she said that the Z bit down on the balled guys neck enough to take him down to the ground then everyone started to shoot their guns so she got down as fast as she could. All you can hear was gunfire Artemis was still on the ground with a knife in her hand when one of the guys were coming her way so she got up and throws the knife to where it landed in his head once he was down she crawled over towards his body to grab his gun when she got the gun she checked how much ammo he had left it wasn't much but it will do she saw one guy got up and shot so she also got up to shoot but before she had her change she was shot in her right shoulder. Artemis hit the ground hard about a few minutes past the gunfire has stopped and all you can hear was Auntie "that will be enough of that" the group turned there heads to see her with a big weapon in her hands "help" said 10k "10k" Addy rushed over towards him along with Doc "Artemis where are you?" said Warren everyone but Addy and Doc looked around the bar just with there eyes no one moved "Artemis?" in the back of the bar Artemis was slowly falling asleep but she tried not to she took her left hand and started to hit the hardwood floor over and over again "hey do you guys hear that?" said Vasquez "hear what?" *knock knock* "that" Vasquez and Warren walked over towards the noise when they got there on the floor was Artemis with her eyes closed "oh no Artemis hey wake up" said Warren she picked up her head and put it on her lap trying to wake her up "she lost a lot of blood Warren" "help me" Warren picked up her arms while Vasquez got her feet and set her on a table to where the group can see her even her uncle Daryl "oh god Artemis wake up please wake up don't do this to me darling please I promised her that you wouldn't die" said her uncle Daryl when he said that it caught Warren and Vasquez's attention "who did you promise?" "her mother before she died she made me promise not to let her die to not let her get on the bad side of things" Daryl put one of his bandannas on her shoulder to stop the bleeding some.
