Hollis POV

I woke up rubbing my head.

What happened...?

I smiled weirdly staring at Nadia in my shirt and her stockings she wore with her dress yesterday sleeping beside me.

"What the hell?!" I screamed jumping out of my bed.

"Oh...you are up" she yarned rubbing her eyes.

"Wh...why are you in my bed and wearing my shirt?!" I asked trembling.

"Oh....we had a good time last night" she smirked.

I blushed extremely staring at her crawling to me, "Huh?" I smiled nervously.

"I'm kidding," she laughed, "I just wanted to try your shirt and it smells nice" she smiled softly.

"I was so scared" I glared at her.

"Many boys would actually like this, you are too innocent" she chuckled.

"I don't want the devil also called your mother to sacrifice me to the gods" I sighed.

"Pfft.....she's not like that" she laughed rolling her eyes.

I sighed folding my arms and glaring at her.

"Okay....yeah she would," she smiled nervously, "Hollis, I want to play" she wined trying to take off my shirt off me.

"Nadia, I don't want to go to prison!" I wined back at her.

She laughed slamming her hands against the floor, "Hollis you never fail to entertain me!" she laughed harder.

I thought normally mom would be outside planting flowers but I didn't see her. Nadia explained everything that happened while I was....wait I was drunk!

"Yeah....you were drunk" she sighed.

"So what did I do?!" I said shaking her.

"You were so adorable and weird" she smiled proudly.

"Crap...." I dragged my hair.

She continued telling me the rest of the story and told me mom is gone to find the guy who tried to kill me.

"Mom is a killing machine out there!" I said freaking out.

"Your mom is a cute and innocent woman" she said blinking many times.

"My mom was in many wars and when she gets mad.....she's scary" I trembled.

"It's not like she's going to find her-"

We heard a loud explosion outside. Many people ran for shelter. Nadia quickly changed into some clothes but decided to keep on my shirt.

Sigh.....

We ran outside and found mom and a man attacking each other.

"This will teach you not to mess with my family!" she said angrily releasing an arrow from her bow.

The arrow turned into a powerful attack but he quickly moved before it could kill him.

"Mom!" I shouted.

She smiled putting down her bow, "My baby is up, did you eat breakfast? If not I'll give you after I kill this man okay" her expression changed dramatically into her sweet lady side Nadia had only seen of her.

"Stupid woman!" he released some powerful magic from his large machine gun.

She laughed absorbing it then turned into her own attack then released it. We thought he was done for but she stopped it before it could kill him.

"Who are you working for you weakling?" she asked having a evil smirk.

"Ma...mam, I won't tell you" he trembled.

"Goodbye" she said raising her eyebrow.

His body disappeared after she released it again.

Nadia froze staring at her, "I gotta say....that...was....awesome!" her eyes sparkled.

"Really?" mom smiled innocently.

"Mom....that was harsh" I sighed.

"I think I was being too easy on him with his pathetic attacks" she laughed.

"This is why dad doesn't like it when you are angry" I smiled nervously.

"He still can't beat me in a fight" she smirked.

"Mr. Yasei lost to....her, but she's so....and....you know!" Nadia became frightened.

"That's my mom for you" I chuckled.

Orion came staring at mom, "You....killed him" he spoke softly.

"He gave me enough information from his mind," she said in a serious tone. Her eyes turned into cat like eyes as they shun, "you tried to kill your own cousin"

When mom was younger she stole a lot of magical gems and potions from the witch. She got a jem that allowed her to read minds. She used it...a lot on me when I did something bad when I was younger.

My heart was beating faster while I stared at him, "Orion...it can't be you, I look up to you"

He clenched his fists and looked at me angrily, "Why did I had to be born as your cousin?! I should be the Prince then become Chief" he said angrily.

I couldn't listen to him anymore. I controlled his body to his knees.

"What is going on with my body?" he became frightened.

"I'm sorry" I spoke softly.

Nadia stopped me before I could do anything more with him, "Hollis, you hate doing that" she said looking at me worriedly.

"I trusted him!" I said clenching my fists, "You were like a big brother to me!" he said angrily looking at him feeling guilty.

"Orion, you are forbidden to come back here" mom said boldly.

"Yes Aunt-"

"Don't call me your aunt" she grabbed his neck.

She released him and he ran away passing the border.

"So anyone wants some pastries I made?" she smiled softly.

"Sure" Nadia spoke softly.
