Nadia POV

Elisa smiled softly looking at one of the quests. She hid it from me when I tried to look at it.

"What is it?" I smiled softly.

"Um.....it's my bubble gum," she smiled nervously. She ate the paper then spat it out, "yummy....." she laughed nervously.

I looked at the notice board and looked at a paper similar to hers.
"In Karibukai, there are some reports of some food turning into monsters" I read. I smirked looking at her trembling. "You are not usually quite Elisa" I chuckled.

"Fine.....you got me, it's my home" she sighed.

"Really?! So why you are hiding it?" I smiled nervously.

"Because my parents.....don't really like me" she spoke softly.

"Oh....why?" I said looking at her worriedly.

"I caught my father cheating on my mother and she don't believe me, I'm a lier to her" she said rubbing her arm.

"Elisa....." I hugged her slowly.

"Pfft.....I'm okay, I'll do the quest" she smiled proudly.

Elisa.....stop smiling....

"Yeah" I pretended to be happy.

My team and I went through Julee's portal to Karibukai.

This place looks like the Caribbean!

I was dragged by the smell of food coming from a restaurant. Elisa stopped me when she saw a lady having the same features as her.

"I see you came back to tell more lies" the lady said folding her arms.

"No mama" Elisa spoke softly.

Jayson and Hollis became frightened realizing she was acting differently than she usually does.

"What happened crazy Elisa?!" Julee asked shaking Elisa.

Mrs. Edwin glared at Elisa, "She might be lying to you" she said in a serious tone.

"Mama stop!" Elisa screamed running inside the restaurant.

"Elisa!" Karma and Blaire tried to stop her.

"Anyone wants some of our food? I'll make it special for you children, since you poor kids were tricked by that little bitch" Mrs. Edwin smiled innocently.

"What kind of mother are you?!" Jayson said angrily.

"The one that teaches her to leave my husband alone" she sighed.

"Crazy woman" Blaire glared at her.

"My husband will be so happy to see you all" Mrs. Edwin smirked.

We went inside the restaurant. I saw my costumers eating and talking to each other. A boy smiled waving to us.

"Hi?" I smiled nervously.

"Oh...sorry, I'm Zurishaddai Zelton" he bowed.

"Long name......" Julee laughed nervously.

"Call me Zuri, that's what my best friend Elisa does" he winked, "I love to meet the friends of my best friend, we have been friends since we were.....babies!" he had a similar smile like Elisa.

"You are like the male version of Elisa" Blaire sighed.

"I won't say that," he smiled nervously. He saw a little girl at the cashier stand. "Dylan, wait! I want to serve that adorable girl" his eyes sparkled.

"Yep, he is" I smirked.

Elisa smiled proudly wearing a traditional dress, "I'm so beautiful it hurts" she chuckled.

"At least you are feeling better" I smiled softly.

She hid behind me when Zuri waved at her. He smiled showing her the cute little girl.

"Elisa, isn't he your best friend?" Hollis sighed.

"Yeah, but he's too dense to realize my love" she whispered.

"Wow.....usual Elsa" Jayson said shaking his head.

"Oh Zuri, oh Zuri please go with me to an amusement park" she said hugging herself.

"Sure, we could team up and play that new game and get to tell stories and do tricks" Zuri smiled proudly.

"Can we go in the love tunnel?" she pouted flashing her eyelashes and hugged his arm.

"That's for couples" he smiled softly.

She was covered in despair while she fell to her knees.

"Oh Zuri, why do you do this to me?!" she shook his legs.

"I did what?" he smiled nervously.

"Wow....." the rest of us sighed.

"Love me!" she wined.

"I am!" he wined, "We will be best friends forever" he hugged her.

She became disturbed staring at him, "You idiot!" she ran away.

Hollis and Jayson slapped their foreheads.

"What's wrong with Elisa these days?" he mumbled.

"Does it recall to you she has feelings for you?" I smiled innocently.

"No....." he said with a straight face.

"This guy!" Julee wined shaking him.

I went to bed and woke up in the light night seeing a bright light. I saw Mrs. Edwin working really hard making some food. She also did some weird methods while making them. She laughed while one the the dumplings came to life.

What the heck?!

A dumpling growled at me and became bigger.

"Who's there?" she said angrily.

I hid behind one of the tables as she looked around the restaurant.

"Pest," she sighed, "back to work my beautiful creatures!" she smiled running back in the kitchen.

Mrs. Edwin....is the one causing the monsters around here....

I felt someone poking me in my back. She smirked looking at me trembling.

"I won't hurt you, try some of my food" she smiled softly.

"No thanks....." I smiled nervously walking away from her.

She grabbed my hand while her eyes shun, "Eat it" she smiled again.

"No!" I screamed.

Two living dumplings grabbed me. I burnt them but they wouldn't let go of me. One of them force a drink down my throat.

"You should of listened Ms. Toski" she chuckled.

"Don't do this! It will hurt your daughter" I cried.

"Which daughter," she smirked, "oh.....Elisa, she will be fine since she can lie through out her life"

"She's not lying!"

"Shut up! I know my husband wouldn't cheat on me, and you are going to pay" she said angrily.

I felt dizzy and weak, "What is happening to me?" I spoke softly.

"It's working!" she laughed.

"What's working?" I fell to my knees.

"Everything will be fine" she smiled rubbing my hair.
