Hollis POV

What happened?

I woke up with a lot bandages on me in Nadia's room. I blushed extremely realizing I still had my car ears.

"He's up!" Elisa screamed entering the room.

"Why am I here? Why do I still have my ears? Why am I injur-"

"Calm down with the questions," she smiled nervously, "you are here because you were hurt....you don't remember anything?" she said looking at me worriedly.

"No....sorry" I sighed.

"Well you still have your ears because we defeated the witch, which means....." she laughed nervously.

"The spell has been broken" I said touching my ears.

"Yep," she sighed, "Don't worry Jayson knows the spell....he couldn't do it before because you were out cold for....9 days"

"What?!" I became frightened.

"Nadia didn't sleep properly and neither ate so she's not doing well either" she mumbled.

"Where is she?" I said.

"There!" she smiled pointing at Nadia on wrapped in a cloth like a dead body.

"What the hell?!" I said trying to get up but I somehow felt pain in my whole body.

"I'm sorry for shocking you....it was the only way to stop you" she spoke softly.

"It's okay" I sighed.

I slowly walked towards Nadia and unwrapped her body. She looked terrible sleeping.

"She's drooling" I smiled nervously.

I sighed placing her in one of the beds.

"Hollis you finally woke up" she said waking up.

"You don't look well..." I said looking at her pale skin.

"Neither you" she chuckled.

"I'm fine now-"

I glared at Elisa casually placing balls of yarn in her draw.

"What...I might need it, especially you" she smirked.

"Seriously, stop" I sighed.

"Come on!" she wined.

Nadia sighed looking at me. "You need to accept who you are" she smiled rubbing my hair.

I folded my arms and glared at them.

"He has his ears here! He's so cute. I wanna cuddle him so bad, but I can't because I might cuddle him to death then I'll be cuddling a dead body...DEATH" Elisa said smiling creepily.

"Okay......" I trembled.

"He's trembling, that's so cute!" she screamed.

They both smirked looking at me.

"Guys.....what are you doing?" I said staring at them closing me in a corner.

"No-thing" Nadia said making her fingers crawl on my chest.

"Guys!" I blushed extremely.

"For a guy, you get embarrassed easily" Elisa chuckled.

"I don't normal hang around people that's why" I mumbled.

"It's okay, my Hollis!" Nadia screamed hugging me tightly.

"None of you guys can take me seriously" I sighed.

"Because you are so freaking cute" they squeezed my cheeks.

"We don't want anything to happen to you" I had a devilish smile sharpening my nails.

"Sorry" they trembled.

Jayson sighed sitting beside me on my bed. Luckily my roommates weren't there to see my ears. A magic ora surrounded his hands making my ears disappear then appeared ears like his.

"Thanks" I smiled.

"You made everyone worried you know" he said not looking at me.

"I'm okay now" I smiled nervously.

"You are still injured almost everywhere on your body and you are okay?!" he said angrily.

I froze staring at him.

"I.....don't want to worry everyone" I spoke softly.

"We are your friends! We are supposed to be worried about you" he glared at me.

"I just thought.....I don't know what to do anymore" I said as tears ran down my cheeks.

"Hollis don't cry......I just wanted you to know we care about you and I know you had a hard childhood but look forward than in the past" he sighed, "I told your mother what happened and she fainted but she's okay" he smiled a little.

"I need to be there" I tried getting up but I felt pain again.

"No....Karma is taking care of her, you need to accept that you are not well and trying" he said folding his arms.

"Yeah" I sighed.

"Hollis"

"Yeah?"

"Do....you want your people to get freedom from slavery?"

I hesitated answering his question and smiled looking at the bandages on my arm.

"Yeah" I chuckled.

"Then I'll see what my family can do" he smirked.

"But.....your family is the persons that-"

"Placed your people in slavery....I know," he sighed, "but I guess I'm going to rebel against my family if they don't agree" he smiled a little leaning against my bed head.

"You won't get hurt" I said looking at him worriedly.

"Anything for a friend huh," he smiled weakly, "you are a special friend to me. I don't like seeing you and others suffering like that....Koneko Tribe deserves to be independent and the people should receive emancipation" he chuckled. "You deserve freedom" he smirked.

"Thanks" I smiled softly.

"Stop smiling" he glared at me.

"And....he's back" I sighed.
