Dillon POV

"Dilly!" Lily screamed from the kitchen.

I ran to her in her Ningena form standing on the kitchen counter from a rat on the floor. I chased off the rat then grabbed her by the waist. "It's okay" I laughed.

"I was so scared" she pouted.

I looked down at her cute apron then shook my head. "Were you trying to cook again?" I asked.

She gave me the puppy eyes. "Yes, I thought I would be a nice wife if I did" she said, looking at her feet.

I patted her head. "You are the perfect wife" I smirked.

We turned our heads at Rose walking to us with her little feet. "Mommy" she hiccupped.

"What is it?" Lily asked in a concerned way.

Rose pointed at the toys and pouted at her. We both knew what she wanted. A playmate.

Lily sighed then turned into her Erufu form. She glared at Rose and said in her cute little voice, "I'm still your mom-"

"Yay!" Rose giggled.

I received a message from the Organization Of Great wizards saying, "We need your help with a dangerous man"

I looked at Lily and Rose playing with the toys. I kissed their foreheads. "I'll be back. I promise" I smiled softly.

"Okay, but Dillon remember to buy some groceries" Lily frowned.

"I will, my Water Lily" I smirked.

I reached at the area was reported that where a great wizard died by a famous man named Kirā. He kills Great wizards just for fun and saying to make the world a better place. He tried to kill Nadia, my sister. She survived the poison thankfully to Hollis.

I sat alone at the city square and prepared myself for a fight. I loaded my guns but I realized one thing. My ears.

These rabbit ears has helped me to listen from far distances but they are still embarrassing. I kept them because Lily keeps stopping me to get rid of them.

"You look cute with them, Dilly" she smiled.

I blushed.

Right now I'm rejecting to fall for her cuteness from stopping me.

It was midnight and no sign of Kirā. I decided to get groceries and go home before it gets later. I walked down the quite and lonely road to the supermarket. I groaned when I reached at it's closed doors. Lily is going to give me the silent treatment.

I heard a crash of the glass near me. I turned around, looking at a pair of red deadly eyes.

"Dillon Toski, 20 years old. Male Great Fire wizard" he said slowly.

I chuckled. "I see you do take studying Great wizards seriously"

"Well of course. I'm going to kill you after all, I need to know the value of my victim" he smirked.

I took out one of my guns from my utility belt. "Try" I said boldly, aiming it at him.

He moved at amazing speed towards me. I avoided his attacks from his daggers. I controlled fire at him but he absorbed it. I froze. Shocked.

"There is one thing about me nobody knows" he paused. "I'm a Great wizard myself" he grinned.

"Why-"

He stabbed me in my right arm. I pulled from him and started shooting him. He stopped all the bullets by Metal controlling then smirked. "Goodbye, Mr. Toski" he said with emotionless eyes.

He control all the bullets to my body but I couldn't move because of his stupid blood ability of controlling me. There was it. The bullets went through my body. He walked closer to me laying on the ground. "I like you. You made a good fight but...we all know that you won't be living anymore and more kills to my beautiful list. Believe me when I say this, I will kill the rest of them out there" he said, pressing the bullet in my heart with his foot.

"I'm sorry" I coughed.

"What?" he laughed.

"I won't see my loved ones again. My...Water Lily" I said as my eyes slowly closed.

"Trust me. They will forget about you" he said angrily.

Lily POV

Dillon hasn't came the next day. I unpacked the groceries that I bought myself. Rose picked up one of the carrot juices and smiled. "Daddy likes this" she giggled.

"Yes, daddy likes them" I laughed.

I called his phone many times but I could get him. I felt myself trembling when I thought what happened to him. Rose's rabbit tail reminded me of him so much.

The house phone rang. I ran to it and answered. "Good morning"

"Good morning...Mrs. Toski" a familiar voice said. "This is Mr. Mizu, the President of the Organization Of Great Wizards"

"Oh, hi" I giggled.

There was a long moment of silence. Then he broke it by saying, "Mr. Toski, was found at an entrance of a Supermarket on Engura" he sighed.

"He will come home?" I smiled.

"I'm..afraid not" he said in a shaky tone. "He's...dead"

I dropped the phone then fell to my knees. "Your lying" tears ran down my cheeks.

"I'm not" I heard him through the phone.

I cried harder, covering my eyes with my right arm. Rose walked to me. "Mommy, what's wrong?" she looked at me worriedly.

I hugged her tightly, burying her into my chest. "Daddy.....won't be coming home" I hiccupped.

"I'll wait" she giggled.

"You don't under-"

She ran to the window then took up her teddy bear he gave her. "Daddy will come" she smiled softly.

Tears ran harder down my cheeks. I lost Dillon. "He's gone"
