Ren POV

"Agh!" I screamed as Elisa sat on my back while I did 100 push ups. Her unborn child was making it even worse.

I stayed at her house for the little holiday Yōso Academy gave us students. Apparently, Koneko Tribe has a celebration of their gods so that's why they closed the school for the week. I saw Hollis and Shawn happier than usual to celebrate with their weird African like clothes.

"Stop thinking and start working!" she said proudly.

"I'm in pain! I wasn't born with legs you know" I complained.

She got off me then grabbed a bag of chips. She mourned as she ate them. "You want to be an awesome wizard then you have to work for it" she chuckled.

"Says a person who is a Great wizard" I sighed.

"Stop doubting yourself. I know you will become something close to it" she smirked.

I released my body onto the ground. She kicked my side softly and giggled. Her 5 year old daughter, Malu came to us with a teddy bear in her arms. "Mama, Renny looks tired" she pouted, patting my head.

"Nothing a nice meal can't fix" Elisa laughed.

Time skipped...

I smiled while I ate dinner with her family. The food was so delicious and colourful. What I expected from Elisa!

"Mi Cariño, Me gusta mirando tu y Ren entrenar" Zuri, her husband smiled. ("My Darling, I like watching you and Ren train")

She laughed at whatever her husband said. "Zuri...."

Did he insult me?

I focused on eating my meal while this family was saying things in their language and laughing.

"I speak English" I glared at them.

Elisa chuckled. "We know. We were just messing with ya"

"You people are evil"

They laughed. I just put up a middle finger in my mind.

I crawled into Elisa's guest room bed. I had comfortable pajamas and the bed felt like clouds. I heard giggling under the bed then Malu and Martina revealed themselves.

"I'm trying to sleep" I yarned.

They looked at each other then smirked at me. "We want to see a merman again!"

"Māmedia" I sighed.

"Shhh. We want to see that tail" Martina chuckled.

"I can't survive without water in that fo-"

They took up a bucket of water that was behind them. "We thought you might say that"

"Fine" I groaned.

My tail appeared and they rubbed wet cloths on it. Their eyes sparkled. "I want a tail like this" they pouted.

"I don't think you want to. It's hard to fit in and weird things happen to you while you are developing. I vomited slime when I was 8" I said, scratching behind my head.

"Ewww!" they screamed. They looked at their pool and did the puppy eyes at me. "Pwease!"

"Your parents might get mad at me," I said then paused. "I like that"

"Yay!" They giggled.

I transformed back to my legs then followed them to the pool. They jumped into the water and called me to jump in. I sat at the edge of the pool and transformed into my tail. I slowly went in and saw to them.

"I'll do a spell but my magic isn't strong enough so it will last for only hours" I smiled proudly.

I aimed my hands at them then their legs turned into fish tails. They screamed with excitement. "Oh my Kalioz!"

I guess that's something here...

They laughed playing with their new tails in the pool, splashing the water everywhere. We sat underwater and they laughed at me making funny faces. Then suddenly stopped when we felt Elisa and Zuri's presence behind us. She looked very tired and rubbing her baby bump. "It's 3:00am" she coughed.

"We were just having a little fun" I smirked.

"They need their sleep and the neighbours are complaining. I can't sleep" she wined.

Martina and Malu hugged her legs. "Sorry, Mama"

Her eyes widen when she looked at their tails. "Ren...." she drawled.

"They just wanted some fun" I smirked.

She slapped my forehead and smiled innocently. "Go to sleep, Ren"

"Ouch!"

Should I make one on Flora/Nadia's mom when she was in Yōso Academy?
