Rutorians are semi-aquatic beings that live on a nearby solar system, though they're a few known to habitate Neptune and Uranus. Among them is included the royal family of the tribe.

Xiao-Lu, or simply called Lu, has the rare ability to create and manipulate water at will. This ability was obtained when her father found the silver scale of an ancestor, developing a mutation on their genetic make-up.

This mutation allowed Lu to adapt to many environments across the ages, eventually gaining the guts to travel to Earth. Received with open arms, Lu fitted in with a small group of otherworldly beings named Cia and Shagaru.

Cia was a sorcerer from another system, where it's inhabitants practiced the arts of magic and illusions to protect their land, while Shagaru was originated in the same system as Cia-- Shagaru lives in an ancient shadow-warrior tribe.

Known for their ninja like skills, the shadow warriors have a preference to live high above the ground. Using musical weapons like Harps and Flutes, his tribe had a reputation of being the creators of inner peace. The greatest weapon-- The Harp of Balance, was the one being carried by the young male.
