Friday had come, Opal was in Yui's room helping her do her makeup for her date tonight with Ayato. "You know what you're doing right?" Yui asked. "Please Yui, my aunt June taught me how to do makeup before I met Subaru and his brothers. She always told me to never put too much makeup." Opal answered as she was putting some eyeshadow on Yui. 

"Yeah, it was just me and my father. I just found out that I was adopted when I first came to the mansion. I never had a sister." Yui spoke.

"Well, now you do." Opal smiles at Yui as she finished doing Yui's makeup. Opal handed Yui a mirror, Yui saw how good Opal did with her makeup. Yui and Opal smiles at each other and hugged like sisters. "You ready for your date, Yui." ask Opal. Yui nodded but she was nervous about her date, Ayato was taking her somewhere special. Just as Yui was about to put away her makeup, there was a knock on the door. Yui walks to the door and sees Ayato waiting for. 

   Ayato was stunned on how beautiful Yui looked with makeup on. "Ready to go?" Ayato held out his hand for Yui to take. Yui looked back at Opal and smiles. Opal said that she would pick up the makeup and leave home. Yui smiles back and leaves with Ayato on their date. 

   Opal can hear them talk as Ayato and Yui walked away. Opal started to put away Yui's makeup, as she was done she saw out the window that it was a full moon. She always thought that the full moon looks so beautiful in the night sky. As she looked down she saw Subaru in the garden. Opal thought she could go see Subaru before she left home. She made her way towards the garden and saw Subaru looking at the roses. 

"Hello, Subaru." Opal got Subaru's attention, he turned around and saw Opal smiling at him. He returned the smile and walks up to her. Subaru ran his fingers through her long hot pink hair. Deep down Subaru was starting to develop feelings for Opal. "Remember when we always be in the garden?" Subaru asks. Opal looks up at him and nods that she remembers. 

   Subaru took out the picture that Yui and Kanato found and showed it to Opal. Opal smiles of the memory of when this picture was taken.

*Flashback* 

   Subaru and young Opal were looking at the white roses in the garden. "Wow Subaru these roses are beautiful!" Opal complimented. "Thanks Opal." Subaru replies. While Opal was admiring the roses, Subaru picked one rose and started to cut the thorns off. Subaru places the Rose behind Opal's ear. Opal touches the rose and smiles at her friend.

"You know, that rose does suits you." says Subaru. 

"You think so?" Opal asks.

"Of course it does." Subaru replies. 

   Both Subaru and Opal gave each other a closed eye smile. As they were smiling at each other, there was a flash of lighting on their right side. They turned around and saw that Kanato and Laito took a picture of them. Opal was blushing while Subaru glared at them. 

"Subaru, I think I should  be getting home. I don't want my uncle coming out to hunt me down." Opal laughed

   Subaru nodded and walks Opal to the gate. As Opal was leaving, she waved goodbye to Subaru as he was waving back. He turned around to see that Kanato and Laito were smiling at him. 

"What do you two want now?" Subaru asked with an annoyed tone. Kanato walks up to his little brother and gives him the photo. "We just wanted to do something nice for you and Kid." Laito said. Subaru rolls his eyes and walks away from his brothers. He looks down at the picture of him and Opal, and smiles. 

*End of Flashback*

   Both Opal and Subaru were still smiling at the picture and each other. Subaru saw in the sky that tonight is a full moon. With caution, Subaru steps back away from Opal, he didn't want to hurt her. Opal was confused at first until she remembers how vampires can be in a full moon. Their thirst for blood is crazy in a full moon. Opal can see that Subaru need something to drink, he need blood. She was nervous at first, but she gotten enough courage to walk closer to the vampire. 

"Subaru, I know you're thirsty. Just bite me and you'll be fine and so will I." Opal tried to convince Subaru.

"No! I can't, I don't want to hurt you!" Subaru replies.

   Opal still tried to convince Subaru to bite her and with more begging, Subaru gave in and walked closer to her. He moves her hair from her ponytail and sniffed her neck. He can smell the blood from her neck, he knew that he need blood and didn't want to hurt her. Subaru didn't want to kill his best friend, he loves Opal and he didn't want to lose her again. 

"I'm sorry if this hurts, Opal." Subaru finally bite down on Opal's neck. 

  Opal clenched on Subaru shoulders as he drank her blood. It did hurt her, but she didn't want Subaru to worry about her. As Subaru kept drinking her blood, Opal's vision started to become blurry. "S-Subaru." Opal called to him. 

   Subaru's eyes widen and he immediately let go of her. Opal had fainted, but Subaru caught her in time before she fell. "Opal!" Subaru cried. He checked if she was still alive and she still was. Her breathing a slowing down and her temperature was started to rise. Subaru teleport him and Opal to his room. 

   He sets her down on his bed and started to clean her bite wound. He soon got a cold wet towel and placed it on Opal's head. "I'm sorry, Opal." Subaru whispered. He leans forward and kisses her soft lips. Subaru hoped that Opal will wake up soon, he fear that he might of killed her.
