Chazz's p.o.v

”Bastion please I beg you!” said Chazz for the third time ”Please be the one who brings Master Sartorius the bad news!”. Bastion looked at him and snort.

”Why in the world should I do that!” Bastion said ”It was your mission! Your mess!”.

”Oh come on Bastion! The master can't do anything to you! He will only praise you for your information like always! I will be the one in the end who takes the fall anyway!” Chazz said in a sweet voice. Bastion looked at him.

”Um I guess you are right!” He said ”I didn't do anything wrong! You did! Master Sartorius would praise my report like always!”. Chazz nodded.

”Yeah, Yeah yeah! However when you tell him want happened! Please tell him it gentle! So I don't stand there as a fool right!”. Bastion sighed.

”I will try! But you owe me big time!” Bastion said and walked inside Master Sartorius's room. Chazz sighed. He was standing in the hallway and was leaning up against the wall now. He sighed relieved! How in the world could he have failed! He was so close, but then the slacker to Jaden Yuki of course woke up, and even took the Queen away from them! He could hear Bastion talk in there, however Chazz couldn't hear what he was saying. A little bit after, Chazz felt it like it was forever, he could hear Sartorius's voice.

”CHAZZ!” He scream. Chazz flinched a little ”I know you are out there! Oh and Bastion you can go now!”. Chazz sighed. He couldn't let him wait! Chazz meet Bastion at the doorstep. He was smiling a sad smile at Chazz.

”I tried my best Chazz! However it seems like he is still pretty angry!” Bastion said. Chazz just nodded. He knew Bastion had tried his best. Chazz bowed to Sartorius and looked at him. He didn't actually look angry, however the sound in his voice was a different matter. Chazz gulped a little.

”Explain!” Sartorius said and sneered. Chazz gulped again and nodded.

”I was about to win! I even had Jaden's friends at my mercy, but then Jaden entered the battle field, and um we had to retreat Master!”. Chazz said and looked at the floor. Sartorius sneered angry and slammed his fist at the table.

”Curse that destiny boy!” Sartorius said angry ”He is much stronger than I anticipated! He even saved the Queen! Now I can't touch them! Just because HE is meddling!”. Sartorius slammed his fists at the table again. Chazz was a little confused. Who was Master Sartorius talking about!? Chazz was about to say something, but Sartorius interrupted him. He looked at Chazz!

”Let me see what happened through your eyes!” Sartorius said cold. Chazz nodded slowly. He walked over to Sartorius. He lifted Chazz's chick so they were eye to eye. Chazz saw his memories flashing through his mind. It made Chazz a little dizzy.

”Ah the boy has chosen to fight back now!” Sartorius said and smirked. He let go of Chazz. Chazz placed himself at the floor. He was waiting for Sartorius's new order.

”Chazz!” He said in his normal gentle cold voice ”I have a new mission for you! Give me your deck!”. Chazz did as he asked. Sartorius looked at the cards. A little bit after he gave him it back. Chazz was a little confused! What was his new mission?

”Get rid of these card!” Sartorius said and smirked evilly ”I have a new deck for you!”. Chazz bowed.

”If you say so Master!” Chazz said ”I will get rid of them as soon as possible!”.

”Excellent!” Sartorius said cold ”Give me your hand!”. Sartorius gave him a new deck. Then he touched Chazz on the head. Chazz felt suddenly stronger.

”Now you are ready!” Sartorius told him ”You new mission is to take down Jaden! Even if he can't join us any longer, I can still lock the twins away! So they are no threat to me! It is your job to make sure of that! However maybe you shall try out your new deck first!”. Chazz bowed. He could leave now. Chazz walked outside and took his old deck, and tossed his cards away in the wind!

”Goodbye!” He said cold and left to challenge someone!

Tara's p.o.v.

Some days later.

”So let me get this straight! I was this evil Queen, who obeyed Sartorius! The leader of SOL! Who is a society who worships the light?” Tara asked for the million time. Tara could see that her brother sighed and smiled at her. They were outside the slifer dorm. Jaden had tried to explain what had happen to her! The brainwashing and stuff, however Tara couldn't believe it! The last thing she could remember was jumping in front of Jaden, in the duel with Aster! Then there were small memories! Like the one at Aster's mansion, and the cat in the virtual world.

”Yes you were! You even sent some duelist after me, to get me to join!” Jaden said and grinned. Tara sighed. She looked at Marshmellow and Jinzo. The only two cards she now had. The rest was at the bottom of the ocean by now. Even the cards from her uncle was tossed away.

”I am sorry Jaden!” she said and sighed ”I apparently also tossed my own cards away! I don't deserve having Marshmellow or Jinzo at all!”. Jaden pulled her into a hug. Tara sighed again. What should she do now?! She didn't have enough money to buy a new deck yet. The only one she had, was the deck she had from Sartorius! Tara would never ever use it! Suddenly the two spirits appeared beside Tara.

”Mell, mell!” said Marshmellow and jumped into her lap. Which was weird since it was a spirit. Jinzo looked at her and snort a little.

”Never do something that dangerous again!” He said and snort ”It was really difficult living with the boy you know! He is a idiot!”.

”Hey!” yelled Jaden and looked angry at Jinzo. Jinzo snort again. Tara smiled. This must be Jinzo's way of telling that he was worried. Then Jinzo tossed a card in her lap. Tara looked confused at it. It was ”Amplifier”.

”I took care of it!” He said ”Don't lose it again!”. Then Jinzo and Marshmellow disappeared!

Then a lot of thing happened. Jaden and Tara found Syrus in a trash can. He was apparently hiding for the duelists. He didn't want to duel! Everyone was after him. Tara grinned a little but found out that she couldn't duel in the tournament, and sighed again. However suddenly Hassleberry was running towards them. He told them that Chazz had taken on a pro duelist. Apparently he had won a lot of duels. He had a lot of medals. Tara and Jaden both looked at each other and rushed after Hassleberry, leaving Syrus in the trash can.

They found Chazz at the main entrance, and he was dueling some pro duelist. The twins and Hassleberry, was standing in the crowd now, near Aster. Aster was telling Jaden something about this pro duelist. That he was one of the best, and that even Aster had, had a difficult time against him.

”So he is about to lose!” asked Jaden confused. Aster shook his head.

”That's the craziest part! Chazz is actually winning!” Aster said. Tara was a little surprised. She looked at Chazz. He was dressed in white and was smirking. Was that really the Chazz she knew? Second of all Chazz was using a monster, she never had seen before! Was that a card Sartorius had given him? Where were all his Ojama cards?

Chazz: 4000Lp.

Pro duelist: 4000Lp.

The pro just played ”Marshmellow” in def mode. Tara knew all about this monster! It was her spirit after all. It couldn't get destroyed in battle. Tara could see that Chazz was smirking. He drew and summoned ”White knight lancer” to the field. It was also a new monster in Chazz's deck. Chazz them played the spell ”Infernal gauntlet” and equipped it to his ”Lancer”. Chazz tributed now his other monster called ”White swordsmen”. Now his lancer got an extra attack, and since his swordsmen was sent to the grave, all Chazz's white monsters gained 300 att. it now had 1800 att points. Chazz attacked with his monster, and even through his opponent's monster couldn't get destroyed, it gave piercing damage. After Chazz had attacked twice, the duelist had lost all his life points. Chazz smirked and walked over to the pro. He gained all his medallions, and there were a lot.

”He took out a pro!” said Hassleberry concerned. Tara, Jaden and Aster all nodded.

”Yeah and since he is using Sartorius's cards, there is no one who can beat him now!” Aster said concerned. Tara clenched her fists. This was not right! Whatever Sartorius did to him, this was not the real Chazz! Suddenly Chazz walked over to them. He was staring at Jaden for a moment, then he turned his attention at Tara. He was smiling a sad smile at her. A moment later, he kneeled down before her! Tara was really surprised now! What was going on?

”My Queen!” Chazz said and looked up at her ”I am sorry that I failed you! However I will do anything within my power to get you back into the society!”.

”Yeah dream on Chazz!” said Jaden ”My sister would never return! She will never be one of Sartorius's puppets ever again! Look at you Chazz! What had happened to you? Where is your Ojama cards!”. Chazz only snort and got up on his feets again.

”I tossed them away!” Chazz said ”They were just in the way! And I am not a puppet! I am a honored member of the SOL! All hail the light!”. All the white members who was standing around at the main gate, began chanting ”All hail the light!”. Tara didn't know what to do! Has she really been one of them? Had she really been a puppet like Chazz? Had she bin chanting the light as well! Tara couldn't believe it! Jaden had placed protecting arms around her! Telling her not to worry! Tara nodded.

”Hail the Queen of light and Master Sartorius!” Chazz said and looked at Tara. Every member followed him. Tara got out of Jaden's protecting arms, and walked over to Chazz now. She gave him a high five on the cheek. He looked surprised at her. So did everyone at the main gate.

”Listen Chazz!” Tara screamed at him ”I am not your Queen! I am not returning to SOL or whatever! Chazz return to your senses! Sartorius brainwashed you! Like he did me! Normally we can't stand each other, but suddenly you are treating me like some noble Queen! I want the real Chazz back!”. Chazz was really stunned now. He had a puzzled look on his face and he had placed his hand on the mark Tara had given him. Tara snort at him, and began returning to her friends.

”AH..!” Chazz screamed ”My Queen... um Tara, don't leave!”. He was holding his head between his hands now. He was having a real hard time. Suddenly he looked angry at Jaden. He walked over to him.

”Jaden I challenge you!” He said angry. Tara and the others looked a little confused.

”Okay!” said Jaden confused ”Why the sudden interest in me!”.

”It is my mission! Master Sartorius wants you in chains! So you are no longer a threat!” Chazz screamed angry ”So if I win! You two will come with me, at your free will of course!”. Tara looked at Jaden. He looked at her. Tara knew he would never risk her life ever again, without asking.

”Okay Chazz!” said Tara suddenly ”If you win we will surrender to you!”.

”Are you crazy!” Screamed Hassleberry and Aster in unison. They sounded both worried at the same time. Jaden walked over to Tara now and nodded.

”However if Jaden wins..! You will have to return with us! To the red dorm!”.

”I can't! Master Sartorius would never forgive me!” Chazz mumbled. Tara grinned.

”Then there is no deal!” Tara said and began walking away. Chazz sneered.

”Okay, okay! Tomorrow we duel!” Chazz screamed back at her ”Meet me here at the same spot! I need to consult with the master!”. Tara smiled.

”Whatever you say Chazz!” she said and began living together with Jaden and the others. Tara looked at her brother.

”Was is okay to risk our lives in that duel!” asked Tara. Jaden. He was grinning.

”Yeah!” Jaden said ”Sartorius would never risk his own men, not without a good reason!”. Tara smiled at him.

”So what's the plan brother!” Tara asked. Jaden smiled.

”We first have to find his Ojamas! Then we need to get Chazz back to his senses!” Jaden said. Tara nodded. That sounded like a good plan!

Chazz's p.o.v.

Chazz was lying on his bed in his room. He had just talked with the master and he had agreed on the twins terms. However Chazz was thinking. The mark Tara gave him was still burning on his cheek as a reminder. He wasn't brainwashed, was he? No he couldn't! But a little part of Chazz was surfacing! Saying that he couldn't remember how he had joined the SOL. Chazz sneered. Second of all, he was actually missing the three Ojamas. Chazz shook that part out of his head. He was in the society! He should be proud! Someone knocked on his door and Bastion walked in.

”Chazz! It is time for the meeting!” He said. Chazz nodded. He looked at Bastion. He had dryed his hair white all of the sudden. Apparently to show his loyalty to the society. Chazz sighed. He would never do such a thing to his own hair. They arrived at the meeting. Some decibels of Sartorius was telling them about the light. That it holds all the answers and bla, bla, bla. Chazz had heard it all before. Had Sartorius really messed with his head? NO, No, No, said another voice inside, Sartorius was the answer? The two sides of Chazz's soul, began fighting, however the light side won of course! Chazz woke up when the other members were chanting the light. And of course he followed.

Normal p.o.v.

Jaden found the Ojama brothers in the old well, thanks to prof. Banner's spirit, who got eaten by Farao, the cat! However after seeing the dark well with Jaden, Banner decided that it was okay to live inside a cat. Jaden put the Ojamas into his deck, so that they could help him, getting the real Chazz back. Jaden was ready to face Chazz now! He decided to get some sleep!

Chazz's p.o.v.

Chazz was waiting at the main gate for the twins. They were late! However a minute or two later, Jaden arrived together with his sister. They were carrying a black old jacket. Jaden smiled at him.

”Sorry we are late!” He said ”But we lost track in time, when we were looking at your old stuff!”. Jaden grinned a little. So did Tara.

”Yeah, we found your old Jacket Chazz!” Tara said ”The black one who really stinks of tuna! Go on at try it on”. Tara was covering her nose a little. Chazz snort.

”Put that away!” He scream ”I know what you are trying to do, and it won't work! I will never return! The old Chazz does not excist anymore! I have seen the light!”. However a part of Chazz really wanted to wear this stupid black jacket. Chazz shook his head! No! He had to focus here!

”Okay, but if you change your mind!” Tara said and hang it on the statue ”The Jacket is right there! Away from me! When was the last time you washed that thing!”. Chazz didn't answer to that! He was looking at Jaden now.

”Let's get this duel started!” Chazz said ”You know the risk right! If I win, you are coming with me!”. Jaden and Tara both nodded.

”And if I win! You are returning to the red dorm!” Jaden said. Chazz snort. Like he was going to lose! However they both agreed and the duel began.

Jaden: 4000Lp.

Chazz: 4000Lp.

Chazz started off and summoned ”White knight swordsmen” in att mode. He tossed down a facedown and ended his turn. Chazz smirked. Let's see it Jaden could take this. Jaden drew and summoned ”Sparkman” to the field in att mode. Then he played the spell ”Good hero”. Now Jaden could summon a monster with 1000 or less points from his deck. He chose ”Ojama Yellow”. It appeared on the field in a cool costume.

”You got to be kidding me!” Chazz said and snort ”Why in the world him!”.

”Hey you guys!” Jaden said ”I said no costumes!”. Yellow only grinned.

”But I look so cool! Figure you would have something like this in your deck, right Chazz!” Ojama Yellow said. Chazz looked angry at him.

”No I don't!” screamed Chazz. However he had grabbed his head. ”Or I don't know! I am not sure anymore!”. Jaden equipped the spell to Yellow and it gained 300 att. Then he attacked with Sparkman and destroyed Chazz's monster. Then he attacked with Yellow and gave 300 points of damage also. Jaden placed one facedown and ended his turn. Chazz looked really pissed now.

”Ah, now I see, you attack me with my old cards to mock me right!” He said angry ”You think this is a joke right!”. Jaden looked at him and so did Tara.

”No Chazz I am serious!” said Jaden ”I am trying to bring you back from the society of light! You are not yourself! They brainwashed you! And made you give up on everything you believe in!”. Chazz sneered angry.

”What are you saying!” Chazz said angry ”you don't know what you are talking about!”. Jaden smiled a little sad smile.

”I do Chazz!” Jaden said ”It almost happen to me too! When Aster defeated me! If it wasn't for Tara! I would properly be one of his puppets by now! Sartorius prays on our weaknesses! And tries to control our will!”. Chazz looked confused at Jaden.

”I chose to join him..I!” Chazz said, but his head hurt a lot. He was seeing a duel with Sartorius and Tara in it. No! No! No! It couldn't be right! Chazz ignored it and drew. He drew and summoned his ”White knight lancer” to the field. Because his swordsmen was in the grave, all Chazz's white monster gained 300 att. Chazz sneered angry and attacked ”Ojama yellow”. Jaden lost a lot of points. However Jaden activated his trap ”Over limit”. Now by paying 500 lp's, Jaden could now summon a monster with 1000 or less att. He summoned ”Ojama yellow” back to the field in def mode. Jaden's turn. He summoned ”Ojama Green” in def mode, and switched sparkman in def mode too. It was Chazz's turn now. He activated the spell ”Tribute to the doom”. Chazz discarded one card from his hand and destroyed Jaden's sparkman. Since he discarded another swordsmen, Chazz's lancer gained a boost. He attacked ”Ojama green” and dealt Jaden piercing damage. Then he summoned ”White knight guard” in def mode. Jaden payed 500 points and got ”Ojama green” back from the grave. Ojama green was smiling at Jaden now.

”Thanks man! You are the boss!” He said. Chazz got a little angry.

”Hey who are you calling boss!” He said ”I am your boss!”. Jaden and the Ojamas was smiling. Chazz sneered. Why in the world did he say that?! However it was Jaden's turn. He summoned ”Ojama black” to the field. Then he played ”Ojama delta hurricane” and all Chazz's monster got destroyed. Chazz didn't really care. He had a ace up in his sleeves. Since Jaden also destroyed his trap, Chazz could now activate it from the grave. It was called ”Sealed gate”. By removing his lancer, his guard, and swordsmen from play, Chazz could now summon ”White knight lord” to the field, and since his swordsmen was in the grave, his monster gained 300 att points. Chazz smirked evilly now.

”Master Sartorius have given me more power than you ever can imagine” Chazz said and grinned ”That's why you want me against him! Isn't that right! That's why you took the Queen from us too! Because she was too powerful, and you were jealous! However don't worry my Queen! I will bring you back to the society! Mark my words”. Jaden and Tara looked at each other.

”Chazz you don't understand!” began Tara, but Chazz didn't listen.

”But now I know why I joined the SOL! It was because I could cleans the world with the power of light!” Chazz said. Chazz could hear Tara snort.

”Cleans you say! Then how about doing some laundry! Because that Jacket over there needs to be washed! It stinks!” Tara screamed at him. Chazz looked shocked.

”Yeah Chazz!” added Jaden ”Let's face it! You cleaning! The only thing you are cleaning is the cafeteria table, and you do that with the sleeves from your Jacket! That's the reason it stinks of tuna fish!”. Chazz sneered and looked surprised.

”Um well that was the old Chazz!” Chazz said ”Now I am all about loyalty and order!”. Jaden and Tara sighed. The duel continued. It was still Chazz's move. He was about to attack one of the Ojama's. Chazz could hear them, they were making excuses for leaving the field. They were about to diss Jaden. Chazz smirked.

”Looks like the three idiots, are deserting you!” Chazz said. Jaden looked surprised at Chazz. So did Tara. A little bit after they were smiling.

”You can still hear the Ojamas Chazz! Can't you!” said the twins in unison.

”And what if I can!” He asked ”That doesn't make a difference! I will still destroy them!”. Chazz made his monster attack ”Ojama Black” and because of his monsters special eff, Jaden got slammed by 300 points of damage. Jaden had only 100 lp's left.

”So ready to surrender Jaden!” Chazz asked and grinned ”If you beg for mercy, then maybe I can ask Sartorius to have mercy on you, when you are locked away! You and your sister that is!”. Jaden sneered.

”I am not surrendering anything!” He said ”And I am not about to give up! I will stay in this fight, until you come to your senses Chazz!”. Chazz just snort. It was Jaden's turn. He played ”Pot of greed” and got two more cards. Then he fused the two Ojamas into ”Ojama knight”, and it had a special eff. Chazz looked surprised at his field. Two old couple of Ojamas were sitting on Chazz's field and drinking some tea.

”Ahr!” screamed ”Move you two old Ojamas! You are taking my monster card zone's!”. The couple looked at him.

”Oh Sonny!” One of them said ”Can't you see we are driking a nice cup of tea here! How about you join us lad!”. Chazz snort angry.

”Yeah as if!” He said. Jaden continued his move. He activated the spell ”Shield attack”. Now his knight swapped his att points with his def points. It had now 2500 att. Jaden attacked with his monster, however Chazz was smirking. His white lord has another special eff. It couldn't get destroyed in battle, regardless how powerful the attacking monster were. Jaden grinned awkwardly. He played the spell ”Mystic wok” and by sacrificing ”Ojama knight”, (The tokens disappear too), Jaden gained 2500 lp's. Jaden then activated the spell ”Ojamandala”. By paying 1000 lp's, Jaden could now summoned the three Ojama's back to the field in def mode. It was Chazz's turn again. He played the spell ”Infernal gauntlet” and equipped it on to his white lord. Then he played the spell ”Lamp tokens” and two tokens appeared on the field. Then Chazz sacrificed the two tokens, so that his white lord could attack three times this turn. He destroyed all the Ojama's and for every attack, Jaden got slammed by 300 points of damage. Chazz noticed that Tara was by Jaden's side now, helping him up. Chazz couldn't care less. Jaden played his trap ”Over limit” again. He payed 500 life points and got ”Ojama Yellow” back on the field in def mode. He look broken and beat. However Yellow was telling Chazz, that he could attack him all he wanted, but he insisted that Chazz, stopped lying, because he knew he meant something for Chazz. Jaden looked at Chazz now. Then at Yellow Ojama.

”He is right Chazz!” said Jaden and Tara in unison. Chazz had a headache. There was no way that he liked this Ojama?! Or did he? Chazz felt torned. No! Said another voice, it was pity he was feeling. Pity for that little weakling, that's right!

”Think Chazz!” Jaden said ”Think harder! Concentrate! Think about how you feel! Not that way Sartorius told you to feel!”. Chazz was confused. What was happening to him? He looked at the Ojama's.

”We know you!” screamed Yellow ”You have always hated the color white! But look at what you're wearing! You say you are clean, but you still have stains on the white jacket of yours!”. Chazz looked and was totally shocked. He didn't know what to believe anymore. Who was he? A lot of pictures flashed through his head now! The light, the chanting, the duel with Sartorius and Tara! Tara why in the world was she in this memory? Sartorius had brainwashed her too.

”Ahr!” Chazz screamed ”Sartorius had used the light to blind me from the truth! He want's everyone to be exactly the same!”. More pictures flashed through his mind now, and suddenly the real Chazz broke through.

Tara's p.o.v.

Tara and Jaden both looked at Chazz. He was struggling and looked like he was in a lot of pain. However he needed to go through it. It was the only way, he could return back to his old self. Suddenly he was staring at them all. He looked at his jacket and then he suddenly scream. Everyone at the main gate could hear them.

”What am I doing! I am lot like one of those slackers, running around in their white uniforms! I hate white! I AM NOT PERFECT, AND I DON'T CARE! I LOVE WHO I AM!”. Tara grinned and high fived together with Jaden. Chazz was back. He was his old annoying self again! Suddenly he was looking around. He looked at the white monster and then at the cards in his hand. Apparently he couldn't remember what had happened. Tara sighed. It was just like her! Chazz couldn't remember being in the SOL. Suddenly he was staring at Jaden, then at the Ojama's.

”You have stolen my cards haven't you Jaden!” He scream at him. Tara facepalmed. Of all that he could think of, and that's what he came up with. Jaden tried to explain, but Chazz didn't really listen. However suddenly he began striping. Apparently he want to change into his old clothes. Tara closed her eyes. She didn't want to see Chazz almost naked. It was something she could live without. A minute later, Chazz was back in his old black clothes. Then he looked at Jaden. Apparently he still wanted the duel to continue! He played a card called ”Cemetery change”. He payed 1000 lp's and could now destroy every card on the field. Then he swapped grave with Jaden. Chazz got all his Ojama's back. Tara facepalmed again. To believe that Jaden was the one who stole his cards, well that was low considered that Jaden helped him. In the end Jaden won the duel, even though he also used Sartorius's monster. Chazz, to demonstrate he was back actually, in some way let Jaden win! Tara smiled. Sometimes Chazz was really one of the kind. She walked over to him.

”So Chazz do you want to worship me now?!” She asked and grinned. Chazz snort.

”Yeah as if, dorky sister of Jaden!” He said. Tara grinned. He was really back!

”Okay!” She said and grinned ”However you really need to wash that Jacket now!”.

”Oh yeah!” He said angry ”Well I don't care what you are saying! I like my jacket the way it is!”. Tara grinned and began slowly walking away. She couldn't stop, she just had to.. just once teasing him a little.

”Um that's a shame!” She said ”So that's why you don't have a girlfriend yet! Because your jacket stinks! Or maybe it is your stupid ego who has scared them away!”.

”Why you!” screamed Chazz angry and began running towards her. Tara was already running, and Chazz followed. Tara laughed out loud.

”He is back!” She screamed and grinned ”He is back! The dorky Chazz is back!”. Chazz sneered and was trying to catch her. However that was never gonna happen!
