Yugioh gx season 2 chapter 8.

Normal p.o.v.

Recap: ”Jaden! You are not serious about leaving the island are you!” screamed Syrus. He looked really shocked. Jaden was standing at the harbor, and had just stolen a boat from somewhere. Syrus and Hassleberry was standing right behind him. Jaden looked really depressed at them. He didn't want to leave, but he had too. It was the only way to find some answers.

”I am leaving!” He said with a sad voice ”And don't try to stop me! I can't see my cards and can't duel, so what's the point of staying!”.

”But sarge!” said Hassleberry worried ”What about your sister?! What about Tara?! You can't just leave her here! AH my little dino queen who is as beautiful as a..!”.

”Stop daydreaming Hassleberry! And help me convince Jaden!” screamed Syrus.

”Oh yeah!” said Hassleberry and sighed ”Don't leave sarge!”. Jaden sighed.

”My sister is better off without me!” He said ”I am a failure as a brother! I couldn't protect her! And I didn't listen to her!”. Jaden started the engine and began driving away from the island. He took a last look at duel academy.

”Tara I am sorry!” He said out loud ”I will return when I have found some answers!”. However suddenly something was happening. A whirlpool suddenly appeared. It was too late to change course. He was drawn towards it, and suddenly Jaden was disappeared just like that.

Alexis p.o.v.

”Tara are you here!” screamed Syrus and opened a door to the slifer dorm. Alexis sighed.

”Tara my beautiful dino, come out, come out where ever you are!” screamed Hassleberry. Alexis sighed again. She looked at the two boys.

”Hassleberry! She is not your dino!” screamed Syrus suddenly at him ”SHE IS TOGETHER, WITH MY BORTHER!”. Hassleberry looked angry at him.

”Oh yeah, but not for how much longer! When I finally saved her, from where ever she is, she is totally falling for me!” Hassleberry said and daydreamed.

”NO, SHE IS NOT!” screamed Syrus ”I have svorn to protect her from you!”.

”Oh yeah!” screamed Hassleberry back ”Well good luck with that!”. The two boys were looking at each other and sparks were flowding around their eyes. Alexis sighed again. They had bin at it for days now. If it wasn't Tara they were fighting for, then they would fight for the right to be Jaden's wingman. Jaden wasn't even here!

”Okay break it up you two!” said Alexis angry ”We are looking for Tara, not a hamster! Keep searching better!”. Hassleberry and Syrus starred at each other. Suddenly they could hear a voice laugh. Alexis sighed again. Since that afternoon, where they were looking for Tara too, Chazz finally had lost it. He had returned to the dorm and was dressed in a white school uniform. Right now, Chazz was standing on the roof, and was laughing like a maniac.

”You will never find them!” screamed Chazz and laughed. ”Haven't you heard it. They both left the island! You will never find the girl! And Jaden has stopped dueling for good. Only because he couldn't embrace the light and furfil his own destiny!”. Alexis, Syrus and Hassleberry looked confused at him. Chazz laughed like a maniac again. However suddenly he triped and was about to fall of the roof. Luckily he grabed one of the roof edges. Alexis sighed again.

”Now he has totally lost it!” said Hassleberry. The others nodded.

”You will see!” screamed Chazz in the background ”You will all see! The light is the answer!”. Alexis and the others just sighed and began looking for Tara some other places.

Sartorius's p.o.v.

Sartorius was back in his room, inside Aster's mansion. He was smiling. Right now he had the girl in his custody. She was in another big room close to his, so that he could watch her all times. He had just given her a dose of the light, and that made her fall asleep. He smiled. He had just laid down some of his tarot cards on the table, when he felt a small brise in here. A card from the pile flew away and falled down toward the floor. Sartorius looked surprised. He liftede the card and saw that it was ”The fool” card, who represented Jaden. Sartorius's sneered. He grabbed the card and began shuffling his cards. How? He thought, how could Jaden's soul escape me? He was almost finished shuffling, when a card fell out of the pile and down to the floor. It was lying diagonal. Sartorius also picked it up and saw that it was ”The reaper of souls” card. Sartorius looked surprised. If it was upside down it meant rebirth, but when right side up, it meant destruction. But the card was lying diagonal. This couldn't be a good sign.

Jaden's p.o.v.

Jaden was flowding and flying through some weird colored space. There were colors everywhere and some wierd bubbles were flowding around. Jaden saw a lot of duel monsters in them, and noticed that it was all monsters he had beated in duels before. He also saw people he had dueled and defeated before. Suddenly he could hear his friends scream his name. Like ”We still need you Jaden!”. ”You can't leave us Jaden” and ”You still have a purpose, your biggest test is yet to come!”. Suddenly appeared a giant bubble in front of him, and a laughing Aster was standing in front of him. Jaden shielded himself with his arms, when he got hit by the bubble. He felt weird. Suddenly he got blasted away from the colorful world. Jaden scream and closed his eyes. That was the last thing he could remember, before he lost consciousness.

Time skip.

Jaden woke up on a beach. He was a little shaky. At first he thought he was back at the academy island, however when he saw a giant planet, who looked like Jupiter, in the horisont, Jaden knew that he wasn't there. He wasn't even sure that he was on planet earth anymore. The only conclusion he could think of, was that he had to be dead. Jaden sighed and laid down on the sand. He was dead! He really hoped that Tara could handle it! Suddenly he heard some dolphin sounds, and suddenly Jaden also heard a voice. It was talking human language.

”You have finally arrived and woken up!” said the voice. Jaden turned around to find out who said that. Suddenly he saw a dolphin head in the water. The rest was of course covered by the water. Jaden looked at it.

”Um was it you who spoke to me!” He asked the dolphin. The dolphin nodded.

”Yes!” It said and smiled ”Does that surprise you!”. Jaden sighed.

”I knew it!” Jaden said ”I am in dolphin heaven!”. He sighed again. He was really depressed now. He was dead, couldn't duel and lost his sister. What a perfect day!

”No!” said the dolphin and smiled ”But not a bad guess!”. It jumped out of the water. Jaden looked surprised. It was a dolphin with legs. It could really walk like a real human. The dolphin man coughed a little and got Jaden's attension.

”I am what you would call a super evolved neo spacian aqua dolphin!” He said. Jaden looked really confused and worried now. The dolphin man smiled.

”But you can call me Aquas! Now shall I tell you why you are here!” Aquas asked. Jaden shrugged. It couldn't get any worse anyway. Aquas began telling Jaden a story about the universe. That the world was having a balance. Where there is light, there is darkness, where there is earth there is sky.. and bla, bla, bla. However he also told Jaden, than without one of these things, the other part can't survive. Jaden looked really surprised now. He looked at Aquas.

”Wait that's the same with me and Tara!” He said. Aquas smiled.

”Yes in some ways you are right!” Aquas said ”However Humans are a little more complex than that! However now the balance has tipped, and we need you Jaden!”.

”Say that again!” said Jaden confused ”Me! What for!”. Aquas sighed.

”A organisation called Society of Light is destroying the darkness in the world, and with it the balance of the world! Do you understand?” Aquas asked.

”Um not really!” Jaden said confused ”Something with balance and my sister!”. Aquas sighed. Suddenly the other dolphins in the ocean was saying something. Aquas and Jaden both turned around. A spaceship arrived and was about to land on the beach. Aquas sighed.

”They have found us!” He said worried ”They must have sensed your power again! And they want it!”. Jaden looked confused at Aquas.

”Um who are they!” He asked ”And sensed my power again? What is that all about!”.

”The society!” He said and sighed ”They already have half of..!”. However Aquas stopped himself and smiled at Jaden.

”So Jaden it is now up to you!” He said and smiled ”Only you can save our world!”.

”Excuse me what?!” Jaden said ”I already did that! Together with Tara! Can't I take a breather this time!”. Aquas sighed.

”If they win! The society would erase every living thing in the world, that includes Tara!” Aquas said. Jaden looked in horror. The space ship had landed, and out of it came a weird robot kind of thing. Jaden had never seen something like this before.

”Um what is that!” He asked Aquas. Aquas smiled and began pushing Jaden towards the wierd robot thing.

”Um that's your next opponent!” Aquas said ”Are you ready to get your game on!”.

”Wait what!” said Jaden and placed his heels in the sand. He didn't want to duel. ”I can't duel Aquas! I don't have my cards! And even if I did, I can't see them!”.

”I know!” Aquas said ”But maybe you can with these ones!”. He pointed at a old satellite. Jaden looked confused at it, but rushed over there. He looked at it, and found a hidden capsule, and inside was a deck. Jaden took it, but he still hesitated. Aquas still had to push him over there.

”Tell me Jaden!” He asked ”You ones loved dueling! So what happened!”.

”I'm not sure!” He said and sighed ”Maybe because I lost!”. Aquas smiled.

”Then what was it your sister told you!” Aquas said and smiled ”Oh yes something about getting back on your feets right!”. Jaden looked surprised. It was really something Tara would say to him. The memory of her lying in the coma, haunted his mind now. He needed to know.

”Aquas, did you know my sister!” Jaden asked. Aquas looked a little sad now.

”Yes of course!” He said ”We have bin following the famous twins, who is mentioned in our old profeti, for quite sometime now!”. Jaden looked confused.

”Um and what did this profesi say!” Jaden asked worried. Aquas just smiled.

”We are gonna talk about this later!” Aquas said ”You have a duel to win! Maybe this is the duel who helps you back on your feets again ehh!”. Jaden looked at Aquas and sighed. Maybe he was right. Jaden challenged the robot to a duel. A duel disk appeared on his arm. Jaden looked surprised at it. It was just like home.

”Human opponent identified!” said the weird robot suddenly ”Jaden Yuki!”. Jaden smiled and activated his duel disk.

Robot: 4000Lp.

Jaden: 4000Lp.

Jaden drew and got 5 cards in his hand, however he still couldn't see them. They were still blank. He looked at Aquas and the dolphin smiled back at him. Jaden sighed and drew a card. At first the card was blank, but suddenly the card revealed itself. It was a picture of a dolphin on it. Jaden looked closely at it. He was sure he had seen it somewhere before. Then he remembered.

”Um time out!” He scream to the robot. He rushed back to the satelittle. There were a name engraved at the satellite, but most of the name was covered in dust. Jaden removed it and looked really surprised at the name. It was a satellite from the Kaiba corporation. Jaden smiled. He remembered it, like it was last day.

Flash back.

Jaden was standing with his sister at the streets in domino city. They were both looking at the tv screens who was placed around in the city. The leader of Kaiba corporation, Seto Kaiba, was having a world wide web cast. It had bin a month since the last time. Jaden hadn't been home that time, however Tara had seen it. The webcast a month ago. However since that day, Tara always were a little angry when she saw Seto Kaiba. That day was no difference. She snort, when she heard kaiba's voice, and was mumbling something about a arrogant idiot he was. However Jaden stopped her. He really wanted to listen to this.

”Greetings future duelists!” Seto Kaiba said and smiled. ”My company is holding a contest, and anyone can participate! The only thing you shall do is create a card, and mail it to Kaiba corp. The winner, who will be handpicked by me, will have his cards sent into space by a satellite. I figure that if there is intelligent creatures out there, then we will learn the how to duel!”. And then Kaiba grin like a maniac. However Jaden was determined now. He wanted to participate! His sister was trying to talk him out of it, but Jaden had made his decision. He could hear his sister sigh, and in the end she helped him develop some cards. Tara's favorite was Aqua dolphin.

End of flashback.

Jaden looked back at Aquas. Was he really one of the cards, him and Tara, made when they were kids? Aquas smiled back at him.

”Wait these are the cards me and my sister made as child!” He said to Aquas ”Does that mean I won the contest!”. Aquas smiled.

”Yes, you are the chosen one!” said Aquas ”You have to win over this robot! The world is at stake!”. Jaden smiled however the robot was beginning to be pretty angry. Jaden rushed back to the duel. The robot was telling him something, but Jaden didn't understand, because it was on robot language. However the duel continued. Jaden continued his move. He summoned ”Chrysalis dolphin” in def mode and ended his turn. It was now the robot's turn. He discarded two cards to the grave to summon ”Candelato, the beast of light” in att mode. It's eff activated. It had 1000 att for every card in the robot's hand. It had three. The monster had 3000 att. However the monster couldn't attack in the round it was summoned. He ended his turn. Jaden drew and summoned ”Dandelion” in def mode. Jaden smiled. This monster was one of his favorite. Jaden was so excited. He has bin so busy feeling sorry for himself, that he had forgotten how fun it was to duel. He was also sure that Tara wanted to tell him if she could. He looked at the robot.

”It is your turn!” Jaden said to the robot.

”Feelings are illogical!” said the robot and beeped. ”Proceeding my move!”.

The robot was attacking with his monster. He couldn't draw a card, because of his monster eff. He destroyed Jaden's Dandelion. However since Jaden's monster was destroyed, he got two fluff tokens, because of Dandelion's eff. Jaden's turn. He used the spell ”Pot of greed” and got two cards. He then used the spell ”Contact” and special summoned ”Neo spacian aqua dolphin” in att mode. Jaden smiled. It was really his sister's favorite monster. He couldn't wait to show her. He then sacrificed his two tokens to summon ”Elemental Hero Neos” in att mode too. He discarded a card and activated Aquas eff. Jaden could now take a look on the robot's hand and if there is a monster there, with less att that Neos, then Jaden could destroy the card and deal him 500 point's of damage. Luckily enough he could destroy every card in the robot's hand. He got hit by 1500 points off damage, and because Jaden destroyed the robot's hand, his monster now had zero att points. Jaden attacked with Neos and won the duel. The robot got destroyed. Jaden smiled.

”Well that was fun!” He said and looked at Aquas ”I have saved the universe!”.

”I'm sorry to tell you this, but that was just the beginning!” Aquas said and sighed. Suddenly Neos appeared and looked at Aquas. Jaden got a little surprised.

”Haven't you told him yet!” said Neos in a angry tone to Aquas. Aquas sighed. Jaden looked confused at these two monsters.

”Um what are you two talking about!” Jaden asked. ”What do you want to tell me?!”. Both Neos and Aquas sighed. They looked at each other.

”Jaden we have to sent you back to your world!” said Aquas and smiled awkwardly.

”However we have some disturbing news to tell you!” added Neos.

”Um what is it!” said Jaden confused and worried. Aquas sighed.

”It's about your sister Jaden!” He began and Neos continued ”She is in trouble!”. Jaden looked really scared now. He looked at his two monsters.

”What do you mean!” almost screamed Jaden ”What kind of trouble?!”.

”We don't know!” they said in unison ”But we lost contact with her, when she protected you!”. Jaden looked confused.

”We can't tell you anything more!” Aquas said. Jaden began feeling dizzy. Suddenly Jaden fell unconscious to the floor.

Time skip.

Jaden woke up on the academy island again. He first thought that all he had discovered was a dream. However when he took a look of his deck, he saw Aquas on one of the cards. He was smiling at Jaden. Jaden smiled back. However then he remembered the trouble his sister was in. He got up on his feets and rushed to the duel academy. He hoped he wasn't too late. However sadly, he was going to get lost in the woods, and he didn't know that Sartorius already had his sister.
