Normal p.o.v.

Time flies on the academy island. The tournament was in full gear, and even if Tara couldn't duel, because of lack of cards, she was cheering on Jaden, when he won medal after medal. However they even meet Alexis at the tournament, however she didn't care about them. However when Mindy and Jasmine was in trouble against some stupid pro, she actually saved them. Tara was sure she was fighting inside. A day or two later, a rumor started that Bonaparte and Crowler was getting fired. Tara and co found them and it turns out it was correctly. They were so desperate that they even begged Pegasus, who just happened to visit Sheppard, for a job in his company, and they didn't take a no for a answer. In the end it was all a misunderstanding. Tara and Zane never meet! You can thank Jaden and his crew for that! They made sure, Tara never meet Zane! Tara was kind of annoyed about this. She knew her brother and co. was hiding something. However couldn't figure out what! Here begins the story!

Tara's p.o.v.

”So why was it you were gonna sleep in my room?!” Tara said and looked at her brother. He was smiling awkwardly, and had just placed his mattress from his bed on the floor. He also tossed his pillow and blanket down on it.

”Um, to have brother and sister time!” Jaden replied ”You know it is a long time we have sleeps together!”. Tara lifted a eyebrow.

”We are in the same dorm!” Tara said ”Two doors from each other! Um so this has nothing to do with, why Hassleberry sometimes are standing outside the room with a binoculars, and are looking at the academy! Or Syrus who suddenly is going around the island, beating up duelists in the tournament?!”. She looked skeptical at Jaden.

”Um nope! That is something different!” Jaden said and smiled ”Tara please understand that I just want to protect you! I left you, and SOL got you! I..!”. However he didn't finish, because Tara had hugged him.

”Jaden, don't blame yourself for what happened! It just did, and you know I forgive you! You came back for me! And that is what counts!” She said. Jaden sighed.

”I will forgive you too!” Jaden said ”Just so you know!”. Tara smiled.

”Let's go to bed! You have a lot of duels to win tomorrow!” She said and placed herself in her bed. Jaden grinned and crawled to bed too.

”Yeah, these duelists are going down!” He mumbled. Tara just smiled.

Sartorius's p.o.v.

(A,N: Just so you know. The green color dialogue is the evil Sartorius!)

Sartorius was sitting in his room at the white dorm. He was feeling torned. First of all, he didn't want to use the satellite, however the other part of him, was saying the opposite. Sartorius didn't know what to believe anymore. Suddenly a computer screen powered up on it's own and Sartorius's sister, Sarina was staring at him.

”Sartorius!” she yelled ”Your mind is being controlled! This isn't you! Wake up!”.  

”Sarina!” He said and looked at his sister. She was looking pretty worried at him. However Sartorius could feel the light inside him now.

”Stay out of this, my mission is near it's completion!” Sartorius said.

”What you are doing is wrong!” Sartorius said and was trying to fight the light.

”You can't be serious!” Sartorius said and grinned”We are about to expose the light to mankind! You can't stop me!”. In the end the evil Sartorius gained the other hand. He threatened Sarina. If she ever contacted him again, she would be deleted. The evil one laughed out loud. Now that he controls the satellite, he controlled the fate of the world. A white aura appeared around him and a light beam shot out from the white dorm. Sartorius was only laughing.

At the slifer dorm. Inside Tara's room.

The good Sartorius had left his body and was now standing inside Tara's room. He was looking at the twins and sighed. He was mostly looking at the girl. He walked quietly over to her bed and was looking at the sleeping girl. She looked so peaceful and innocent. He sighed. He couldn't believe that he had done all that terrible things to her! Like brainwashed her, and forced her to do thing she didn't really wanted to do. Sartorius sighed. He tousled slowly her hair, and placed a letter near her head.

”Um what is going on?!” said a voice suddenly ”Why is it so bright in here!”. Sartorius bit himself in the lip. His body was surrounded in light. Jaden had woken up and was rubbing his eyes. Then he noticed Sartorius and got up on his feets pretty fast. He looked really angry.

”Sartorius!” He yelled ”How did you get in here! Get away from my sister!”. Sartorius sighed and moved a little away from her. He was looking at Jaden now.

”Jaden!” Sartorius said and smiled ”I was not doing anything to her! I am the real Sartorius! I don't have much time! I need your help!”. Jaden's face changed from anger to confusion. Sartorius sighed a little.

”Here take this!” He said and gave Jaden a little box ”And whatever happens! Never return it to me!”. Sartorius's eyes glowed a little and Jaden's eyes turned lifeless.

”Never return it to you!” Jaden said in a monotone voice. Sartorius smiled a sad smile. Now Jaden would never return it! Suddenly Sartorius could feel a forceful wind in here and sighed.

”I know! I know! I am leaving!” He said and sighed ”They are in your care I know!”. Then he took a last look at Tara and left the room.

At Aster's boat.

Sartorius had just arrived at the boat and noticed Aster standing outside. He was looking at the light beam.

”Aster!” Sartorius said and the boy turned around.

”You!” He said angry ”What are you doing here?!”. Sartorius sighed.

”I know you don't trust me any longer Aster!” He said ”But I trust you! We were once friends! Here take this, and watch it with your life!”. Sartorius gave him a similar box to Jaden's. He took a last look at Aster and then disappeared.

At the white dorm again.

”What have you done with the keys!”. screamed Sartorius angry.He was looking at his own image inside of a mirror. The mirror was smiling.

”I can tell you they are in the right hands, away from you!” he said.

”They are WHAT!” screamed Sartorius angry ”We need them! So that we can unlock the satellite! Who has the keys!”.

”Why the chosen duelists of course!” Sartorius said ”I knew I couldn't stop you, so I gave the keys to someone who could!”. Sartorius slammed at the mirror and the image, and it disappeared. Sartorius sneered.

”They can't stop me!” Sartorius scream ”When I am finished with Aster and the Twins! Not even there stupid protector can stop me! They will belong to me forever!”. He was laughing like a maniac.

A little later.

”You wanted to see me Master!” Sartorius got up from his chair and turned towards Alexis who just had arrived. He was smirking.

”Yes! It is time you take down the twins, Jaden in particular!” Sartorius said. He noticed instantly that she was hesitating. Sartorius sneered. It was really obvious that she had fallen for the boy. He needed to something about that!

”Something wrong!” He asked and got the girl to look him in the eyes. They were glowing and a little bit later, Alexis's eyes turned lifeless, and so did her heart.

”I am at your command master!” She replied and bowed. Sartorius smirked evilly.

”I knew you say that!” He said and grinned a little. He gave her a new deck. ”Use this! It will brings Jaden to your knees! However Jaden has something I want! So when you beat him, make sure it returns to me!”. Alexis bowed again.

”I will not disappoint you Master!” She said and left the room. Sartorius smirked evilly! When Jaden was gone, it was only a matter of time catching Tara again, and then Aster! He grinned.

Tara's p.o.v.

Dear Tara!

I know I can't make all the things I have done good again, however I can at least say I am sorry! I know I don't deserve your forgiveness!

Please give my regards at Aster too! When you feel it is time. I trust your judgement!

When you feel it is time, then give this message to Aster. It is written in our secret code! However Aster should could break it.

You are a really good girl Tara. Take good care of your brother. He is now the protector of this key.

Tara took a last look at the letter, however the next part was that code, Sartorius had written, and she couldn't understand it at all. She sighed.

”Um what does the letter say sis!” asked Jaden. ”Any explaining what this thing is!”. Tara shook her head. They were sitting in Chazz's living room, together with Jaden, Hassleberry and Syrus. They all sighed.

”It only says it is a key!” Tara said and sighed ”And that you shall protect it!”.

”I can't believe Sartorius shows up like that!” Syrus said worried ”Are you sure you are not brainwashed! He didn't do anything to you right!”. Jaden and Tara both shook their heads.

”No! Nothing like that happened Syrus!” Jaden said ”He just gave me the key, and said I never should return it to him again! That part is really clearly!”.

”So he gives you a key!” said Hassleberry confused ”A key for what?!”.

”You too hmm!” said a voice suddenly ”I thought I dreamed this, but apparently Sartorius also gave you a key!”. Aster walked in. He looked confused as well. Tara looked at the letter once more. Why should she decide if Aster should have the message or not! What was the message anyway?!

”Two keys?!” Jaden said confused ”Um what's with that!”. Aster shrugged.

”I don't know!” He said ”But until we do, we have to keep them save!”. The others nodded. Aster began leaving. Tara looked from the letter to Aster and then at Jaden.

”Sorry brother, but I am together with Aster today!” She said and rushed after him.

”Um okay!” could she hear her brother say in the background.

Jaden's p.o.v.

Jaden and his two friends where on the way to the school's cafeteria when then found Alexis standing in the hallway. Jaden didn't know why, but he could feel that Alexis was a little different today. She had turned around and looked at Jaden.

”Well it is about time!” She said cold ”I have been waiting for you forever!”. Jaden and co. looked confused at her.

”Um you have been waiting for me?!” said Jaden confused ”Um why is that?!”.

”I am here for the key!” She said cold ”Master Sartorius sent me over to get it! So what about handing it over, and we can all move on with our lives!”. Jaden looked confused at Alexis, then at his friends.

”No way!” Jaden said ”Sartorius gave me this key!”. Alexis snort pretty angry.

”Well that was a mistake!” She said ”Now hand it over! Our there is option b, duel me and the one who wins, get's the key! If I lose, then I will leave you alone!”.

Jaden looked over at his friends and they both shook their head. It was a terrible deal.

”No duel Alexis!” Jaden stated ”He gave me this key for a reason! Sorry!”.

However suddenly Atticus appeared, and stated that this no longer was his sister. Sartorius had done something to her. Jaden looked at her. Alexis both sounded more cold and cruel. Second of all, her eyes also looked lifeless. Jaden sighed.

”Okay lexi!” He said ”An hour from now! I will duel you! And if I win you will return back to the red dorm!”. Alexis smirked.

”If you win! However if I win you will hand over the key! And your freedom!” She said evilly. Jaden looked really confused at her. His freedom, Jaden thought, however then he remembered that Sartorius still wanted him in chains! Both him and Tara.

”Okay deal!” Jaden said. Alexis smirked and left.

Time skip.

Jaden used that hour to prepare his deck. Atticus gave him the spell called ”Swing of memories” and said it was a card, he always won over Alexis with, and it properly would bring her back. Chazz showed up and said the only thing, Alexis needed was him, however the other sended him evil eyes, saying it was his fault, she was in SOL to begin with. However Jaden cut him some slack, since he couldn't remember like Tara. Chazz tossed Jaden a card also, and Jaden, began walking toward the duel field. When he arrived, he could see that Alexis already was there, together with all the SOL members. She was staring at Jaden.

”Did you bring the key?!” She asked. Jaden nodded and showed her it. Alexis smiled.

”Keep it ready!” She said cruel ”I don't think this would take very long!”.

”Um if you say so!” Jaden said ”However I am doing this for a friend of mine! Not some stupid key!”. Alexis smirked.

”Oh really!” she said ”Who's the one who want to be friend with you!”. Jaden could hear the others in the background. Apparently Alexis had forgotten everything. The duel began.

Jaden: 4000Lp.

Alexis: 4000Lp.

Alexis started off. She summoned her ”Snow fairy” in att mode. As long as this monster is on the field. Jaden can't use spells. He has to set them facedown in one turn first. Jaden looks surprised at her. Then he couldn't use ”Polymerization” right away.

”So what about handing me that key!” Alexis stated ”It will spare you for a lot of hurt!”. Jaden smiled.

”No way!” He said ”You know I never give up in a duel!”. Alexis snort angry.

”You must have my confused with one of your dorky friends!” She only said. It was Jaden's turn. He drew and summoned Chazz's card ”Ojama black” in def mode.

”And that is not all!” screamed Chazz in the background ”I have also written you a poem! My love for you is like a Ojama, I love you more than a trip to the bahamas, and even more than a lama loves his mama, I love you in a dress, but also in Pajamas, and you will always be my little lexi rama!”. Jaden grinned awkwardly.

”I don't even know how to respond to that!” She yelled ”Can we continue!”. Jaden grinned a little and placed a card facedown. Then he ended his turn. Alexis drew and played the continuing spell card ”White night ford”. It created a ice fort and turned the field into ice. Jaden was shaking a little, and was rubbing his hands. It was really getting cold now. However it wasn't the worse part, now both player couldn't activate trap cards when it was his opponent's turn. Jaden didn't look happy at all. His trap ”Negate attack” could only activated when the opponent attacked. Alexis smirked. She summoned ”Illusion ice sculpture”. When it is summoned, it can copy a monster on Alexis's field and gain the same att and def points. Alexis only had Snow fairy. The second eff of Ice sculpture activates, now Jaden only can attacked her ice sculpture. Alexis attacks with her two monsters, and destroys Jaden's Ojama and dealt him a direct attack. Jaden could feel the ice cold wind around his body, but he also felt a little sting through his body and fell to the ground.

”Wha.. are happening to me?!” Jaden asked confused. Alexis grinned a little.

”Oh did I forget to mention that!” Alexis said and smirked ”If you lose this duel! You will turn into a ice sculpture yourself! So the more life points you lose! The more frossen you become!”. Jaden got up from the floor, he was shaking and embraced himself to keep the warm in his body. Some ice pieces was already clinging to his body. Jaden tried to get rid of the pieces, but he couldn't. This was going to be a tough duel!

Tara's p.o.v.

”So this part looks like a horse!” Tara said confused and looked at the different signs on the letter, Sartorius had given her. Aster nodded and was looking at the letter too. He was writing on a block and was trying to decipher the code. He sighed.

”Yeah!” He said ”However Sartorius could have made this code a little easier! It is a long time, since we have used this code! I am not sure I can remember all the signs and their meaning!”. Tara smiled and looked at Aster.

”Well I think Sartorius wrote this, when he was not possessed by the light, however he properly never knew when the light took control, and decided to write in code!” Tara said ”But I know you can do it Aster! You are smart!”. Aster looked at her for a moment and then smiled back at her.

”Yeah you are right!” He said ”Um thanks for the pep talk!”. Tara grinned.

”Well pep talk is actually my brother's speciality, but you..Ahr!”. Tara felt a weird cut inside her hard and dropped the cup she was about to drink from. Aster took one look at her and rushed to her side.

”Tara!” He yelled ”Tara! You okay! What is happening?!”. Tara felt dizzy, however a little bit after, it disappeared. She looked at Aster, then at the floor.

”I.. I.. Jaden!” She said and shook his head ”I felt something! Jaden! My brother! He is in pain!”. She looked both really shocked and confused. Aster looked also confused at her. Tara shook her head one more time.

”Are you sure!” Aster asked worried. Tara nodded.

”I need to go! I need to be with him!” She said, however she looked at Aster. ”But what about you! I said I would help?!”. Aster only smiled.

”Just go Tara! I can decipher the code all by myself!” He said, smiled and puffed her off the boat ”Jaden needs you right!”. Tara nodded. She was still a little shocked, however she slammed her face a little, and rushed towards the academy. She had a feeling she could find Jaden there.

Jaden's p.o.v.

Back at the duel field.

Alexis: 4000Lp.

Jaden: 2900Lp.

It was Jaden's turn again, and he drew. He summoned ”Sparkman” to the field. He attacked the ice sculpture monster, and dealt Alexis some damage. Then he was staring at the card, he just drew. It was the spell ”Swing of memories”, but because of Alexis's snow fairy, Jaden had to set it and wait a turn to play it. Alexis was grinning. It was her turn. She activates the spell ”Icicle sacrifice” and could now summon a ice token to the field, and it of course occupied one of her monster card zone's. However it didn't stay there for long, Alexis's sacrificed it to summon ”White knight Queen” to the field in att mode, and even though the queen is a lv 7 monster, Alexis only needed to sacrifice her token. Because of it's eff, it counted as two monsters. Alexis's Queen also had a special eff. Once per turn, she could destroy one facedown card on the field, and of course she destroyed Atticus's card.

”Why sis!” Atticus scream in the background ”Why are you destroying a card, who once meant the world to you! Who are you?!”. Jaden looked angry at Atticus.

”She is your sister!” He yelled ”Don't give up on her yet! I will try free her!”.

”What about freeing yourself!” Alexis said cold. Jaden didn't reply to that. Alexis attacked with her Queen and froze and destroyed Sparkman. Then she attacked directly with her snow fairy. Jaden could feel the cold icy wind again, and ice pieces appeared on his knees and elbows now. Jaden fell to the ground again. It was all so cold now. He really hated the cold. However he needed to get up. Three ice attacks couldn't get him down. However Jaden felt so weak!

”What in the world are you doing on the floor!” said a voice ”Get up! Some stupid snow can't stop you right bro!”. Jaden turned towards the voice and saw Tara. She had just appeared at the tribune, and was running towards him.

”Jaden!” She said worried and gave him a big hug. He could feel a little warm from her body. She helped him up on the feets again.

”Sis.. wha are you.. doing here!” He tried saying. His teeth was clacking.

”I could feel you were in danger Jaden!” She said and hugged him once more ”Why are you dueling Alexis! Jay!”. Jaden was shaking and was trying to speak.

”Sartorius!.. Key! Alexis and free!”. He said. However Tara understood.

”Oh Jaden!” She said worried ”You are not good with cold things! And then you are having a ice duel!”. Jaden jumped up and down.

”Shut up!” He said ”I need to free her!”. Tara looked at him and smiled.

”Easy tough guy!” She said ”You can barely stand! I will duel her!”.

Tara's p.o.v.

Tara noticed the shock on her brother's face. He was shaking and ice pieces was slowly growing on his body, making it even more cold. Tara knew Jaden, hated the cold. She could see their friends also was a little shocked.

”WHAT!” they suddenly scream and Hassleberry continued ”Tara my dear dino Queen! You don't even have a deck!”. Tara sighed a little.

”Um Jaden, I can borrow your deck right!” She said and looked at him. Jaden sneezed a little and nodded.

”Um it is okay with me! But I am not sure the Neo spacians like that!” He said and was jumping up and down. He was really freezing. However Jaden gave her his deck. Tara could hear Neos's dark voice from the deck. ”Who is holding us?!”.

”Um Jaden's sister Tara!” Tara said a little worried ”Um Jaden is dueling Alexis, and Jaden can't take the cold very well! Um I am asking to wield you and take his place in the duel?!”. Neos and the spacian's appeared before her in spirit form. They looked at Tara, then at Jaden. The mole looked at her.

”The Boss is really sick!” He said. Neos nodded and sighed.

”You can wield us this time!” He said ”If you can convince the girl, that you can take Jaden's place in the duel!”. Then the spacian's disappeared. Tara looked at Alexis.

”So what about it Alexis!” She yelled ”Wanna let me continue this duel? I even gonna keep Jaden's life points?!”. Alexis looked shocked at Tara.

”You can't just butt in Tara! The former queen of SOL!” Alexis said angry ”Jaden is my prey! I was almost winning too!”. Tara snort a little angry. However then she noticed the little white light around Alexis and smiled. She got an Idea.

”So are you afraid!” Tara said ”To face Jaden's sister! Is that it! Or is it because your Master told you, that my brother is your target!”. Tara noticed the light around Alexis, change pattern. It was like it was listening. Tara knew it was correct. She could still hear the voice of that stupid light. Tara smirked.

”So let's make a deal!” Tara said ”I know your Master wants us both! I take Jaden's place, and if we lose, we will both turn into ice sculptures, you will get the key and your master is happy! However if I win, then the key is ours, we are not turned into ice and Alexis is free from your control!”. Tara could hear the light voice laugh a little. A ball of light circled around Tara now.

”You are brave little girl!” It whispered ”You have no Idea what I will do to you two, when you lose do you! Throwing away your life, because of your brother! How foolish!”. Tara clenched her fist a little angry.

”So do we have a deal!” Tara said, ignored the light and looked at Alexis. Tara noticed the light returned to Alexis, and she was now smirking.

”Okay Tara!” She said ”Let's do this!”. Tara could suddenly feel that someone had grabbed her hand, and turned a little around. She noticed that Jaden was standing by her side now. He was smiling. Tara looked angry at him

”I am not leaving you side!” He said like he just had read her mind. ”If we are turning into ice sculptures! I want to be at your side!”. Tara sighed and nodded. She knew she couldn't change her brothers mind now. The duel began.

Alexis: 3500Lp.

Tara: 1300Lp.

It was Tara's turn. She looked at the field and the card, Jaden had had in his hands. So they couldn't play any spell or trap card, because of her Snow fairy and spell card. Tara sighed and drew. She needed to get rid of that monster first. She summoned ”Card trooper” in att mode. The monster's special eff activates, Tara discarded 3 cards from the deck, and Trooper had 1900 att now. Then she attacked the snow fairy. Alexis lost some points and since the snow fairy was gone, they could now use spells again. Tara activated the spell ”Pot of greed” and got two more cards. Then she played the spell ”O-oversoul” and got Sparkman back to the field in def mode. She equipped ”Spark blaster” to him, and switched Trooper in def mode too. Tara ended her turn. Alexis smirked.

”Thinking you can hide by these monsters! Well guess again!” Alexis said cold. She revealed her facedown card ”Call of the haunted” and of course she brought back her Snow fairy. Then she used her Queen's eff, and destroyed the facedown on Tara's field. It was ”Negate attack” she destroyed. Then she attacked with her Queen and destroyed Sparkman. Tara could feel the icy wind. She could understand why Jaden, had a hard time. Tara noticed that her feets now were frozen solid. Alexis attacked with her other monster, and destroyed trooper. She noticed that, Jaden got covered with more ice. Tara got ice on her knees. However since Alexis destroyed Trooper, Tara could now draw one card from the deck. It was Tara's turn and she drew again. She summoned ”Dandelion” in def mode. That was the only thing she could do.

”Oh is that all the mighty Tara can do?!” Alexis said and smirked ”Maybe you are regretting leaving the society! If you had stayed you would have got this awesome power!”. She was looking around on the monsters. Tara sneered.

”I am not interested!” She yelled ”I already have what I want! A sweet brother! A caring boyfriend! And good friends! That is all I need!”. Alexis smirked.

”Oh really!” She said ”Guess dear Jaden didn't tell you the truth yet! Poor girl!”. Tara looked confused at Alexis and then at Jaden. He sighed awkwardly.

”Tara! I need to tell you something! But after this duel!” He said. Tara looked at him and nodded. The duel continued. It was Alexis's turn. She summoned ”Cold sleeper” in attack mode. She attacks Jaden's dandelion with it. However when Dandelion is gone, two fluff tokens appears on the field. However Alexis destroys them as well with her other monsters. Jaden and Tara got covered in more ice again. Tara sighed and took a deep breathe. She needed something big, to get out of this pitch. She drew and smiled. She had drawn ”Neos!” Because ”Necroshade” was in the grave, Tara could summon him, without a sacrifice. She attacks ”Snow fairy” again, deals Alexis some points. Then she played the spell ”Quick summon”. With this card she can summoned the monster ”Card blocker” to the field in def mode. Alexis smirked.

”You are as predictable as your brother!” She said cold. She activated ”Cold sleeper's” eff. She could now bring monster's back who died in battle this turn, but of course only once per turn. Snow fairy was back again. Tara sneered. She ended her turn. It was Alexis's turn again. She sacrificed her Queen and Cold sleeper to bring out her most powerful monster. ”White knight dragon”. Alexis was telling how this dragon wasn't affected by spell or traps, and that by sacrificing a spell or trap, she could redirect any attack, so they only could attack this dragon. Then she played the spell ”White blizzard”. When Alexis destroyed one of Tara's monster's, Tara would be hit by 600 points of damage. Lastly she played the spell ”White weil”.

”Alexis! How could you!” said Jaden. His teeth was chattering ”That is.. Sartorius's secret weapon!”. Alexis was only smirking and equipped it on her dragon. Tara looked a little curious! She didn't know anything about Sartorius's secret weapon, but she properly didn't know, since she was in SOL, or maybe her memories of it was erased. Tara shrugged. It wasn't important anyway. However since this dragon was wearing white weil now, when the dragon attacked, every trap or spell got destroyed on their side of the field, and if the Dragon ever got destroyed, Tara's life points would take a hit equal to the att points of the dragon. It had 3000 att, so Tara's lp's would go to zero. Now she understood why it was a secret weapon. Alexis attacked Neos with her dragon, however Tara revealed ”Card trooper's” special eff. It could once per turn, switch the targets of their monsters. Tara made Card trooper the target and saved Neos for destruction. Tara and Jaden felt the cold wind around them. Tara could feel the ice beginning to cover most of her hair and body. Jaden had his left side of his face covered. He looked a little funny. Tara also got 600 points of damage, because of Alexis's spell card, leaving Tara with 700 lp's. The only thing of her body who wasn't covered was her arms and face. Jaden looked almost the same. Alexis ended his turn. Tara looked at Jaden and smiled.

”Are you giving me strength like always!” She said. Jaden nodded and took her hand. She drew and smiled. She removed two cards from play, Chazz's card and Atticus's card, then she special summoned the monster ”Spell striker” to the field. Then she summoned the monster ”Armor breaker” to the field. Spell striker and Armor could merge, and they now had spell striker with a hammer. Alexis snort.

”Not impressed!” She said cold. Tara only smiled. Spell striker's eff activated. It could attack directly. Alexis lost 600 points. However since spell striker attacked with armor and dealt damage, Tara could now destroy a spell card on the field, and of course she chose white veil. Tara could hear the friends cheer them on.

”There goes Sartorius's secret weapon!” Atticus said. Alexis didn't look so happy. She actually looked angry. Tara placed Neos in def mode. It was Alexis turn.

”You little annoying bastard!” Alexis scream ”Now you both gonna pay!”. Tara got a little scared inside, but she was not about to show it right now. Alexis drew and played the spell ”Mystical space typhoon” and destroyed ”Armor breaker”. Then she attacked with her dragon at striker, but because of stickers special eff, the twins didn't lose their life points. However because of Alexis spell, they still lost 600 points. They now only had 100 life points left. Almost every body part was covered in ice now. Tara's eyes weren't and she could still move her arm, but the rest of the twins body was covered. It was Tara's turn and she drew. She summoned ”Ns flare scarab”.

”I think you two needs some fire!” He said and grinned. He let a little doze of fire, hit the twins face. Tara took a deep breath, so did Jaden.

”Thanks Flip!” Jaden said and smiled. Tara also smiled at the spacian.

”Don't mention it! Just win or you will stay like this!” Flip said. Tara nodded. The two spacians contact fused into ”Flare neos”, and for every trap and spell card on the field, Flare neos gained 400 att points and there were 3 cards on the field. He now had 3700 att. Tara smiled at Alexis.

”Hmm maybe I should have joined the SOL!” Tara said and grinned ”Then I don't need confident, or friends or being independent!”. Alexis looked really pissed now.

”I am all these things!” She shouted. Tara smiled.

”Oh really!” She said ”Then why are you following Sartorius! Like his puppet, not choosing anything for yourself?!”. Alexis looked really confused now.

”Tell her sis!” Jaden said. Tara smiled and attacked with Neos and destroyed her dragon. A lot of fire appeared around Alexis and the twins. Neos's fire, freed the twins from the ice, and maybe even broke the ice around Alexis's heart. However the duel was over, and Tara won. Tara was still holding Jaden's hand, when a light shadow appeared out of Alexis. Tara was sure, she was the only one who could see it.

”Now leave!” Tara yelled at the light ”A deal is a deal! Alexis is no longer yours!”.

”Impressive!” the light said and grinned evilly ”I am holding my end of the barking girl! However this is not the end! I will claim what is mine! Mark my words!”. Then it disappeared somewhere. Jaden fell down on his knees. Tara followed him a minute later. She felt so cold still. Tara could hear the other in the background approach them. Hassleberry carried Tara on his back, Atticus, Jaden together with Syrus and Chazz was happy, that he got to carry Alexis.

”Come on troops!” Hassleberry stated ”March towards the headquarter!”.

”Yeah!” They all scream in unison and Atticus continued ”But I think we need a lot of blankets, hot water and cacao!”. Tara smiled a little bit.

”That sounds really nice!” She said tired. Jaden grinned.

”Yeah really nice!” and then he sneezed like hell.

Time skip at the red dorm. Chazz's living room.

”Achoo!” said the twins in unison and grinned. They both grabs some tissues and cleaned their noses. The others were sitting a little away from them. Atticus with Alexis lying on his lap. She was sleeping. Jaden and Tara both grinned.

”Nothing like a ice duel to give you a cold!” Jaden said and smiled. Tara smiled back. They were covered in blankets and had a bowl of noodles in their hands. A little away from them was a cup of hot chocolate waiting for them too. The others sighed.

”Yeah and I am not catching anything from you!” Hassleberry said and grinned. Tara looked at Jaden and remembered what Alexis had told her. That Jaden had lied to her or something like that. She looked at Jaden, and their eyes meet.

”Jaden, the things Alexis said, was they true.. have you been..!”. She began.

”Lying to you!” Jaden said and sighed ”Yeah, or I have not told you the true! However I only wished to protect you, so you didn't get hurt!”. Tara snort.

”I am not hurting at all!” She said. Jaden looked her into the eyes.

”Then look me into the eyes, and tell me that you are not hurt! Like over the fact you tossed out your own cards and can't be in the tournament! Or that you have bin my enemy!” Jaden said. Tara looked down in the ground now.

”I can't!” She just said ”But I have the right to know what is going on! You have all been weird lately!”. Jaden sighed and looked at Syrus now.

”Sy! Would you get the thing!” He said and sneezed a little. Syrus nodded and rushed out of the room. Tara looked confused at him. Jaden sighed. He was about to say something, when the door opened again.

”I can't do it!” a voice said and Aster walked inside the room ”I can't figure out this stupid code! There is one figure I can't understand at all! Stupid message!”. Then he noticed Jaden and Tara on some chairs and his eyes widened.

”What in the world happened to you!” He said. Jaden and Tara shrugged.

”They had a ice duel today!” Hassleberry said and waved Aster over at the couch ”But You were interrupting something important!”. Aster placed himself in the couch and looked at Jaden and Tara. Jaden sighed again, and began telling what have happened with Zane. Tara eyes widened. She looked shocked. She didn't notice that Syrus returned from Jaden's room too.

”No that can't be true!” She said angry ”Zane is not a sadistisk duelist! He would never hurt other duelists on purpose! He is not a maniac!”. Jaden sighed. Syrus tossed the magazine from the latest pro league.

”Um you remember the duel with Aster right!” Syrus said ”Zane lost! And he couldn't duel after that! He lost 20 times in the rows! However suddenly he was changed all of the sudden. In this magazine, Zane said in an interview that he wanted everything back, he had lost!”. Tara looked at the Magazine. She couldn't say anything.

”Wait!” said Aster suddenly ”You mean everything he lost in the duel with me right! But that means..!”. Jaden and the others nodded.

”Yeah!” Jaden said ”He will claim Tara back! I don't know if he still cares for her, or only wants her back as a price! However the way he treated Atticus the other day, I don't think he cared for you sis!”. Tara was still in shock.

”I am so sorry!” said Aster suddenly and walked over to Tara. He grabbed her hands ”This is my fault! I am such an idiot!”. Hassleberry snort.

”You think!” He said cold. However Jaden stopped him and shook his head.

”I need to fix this!” Aster said and rushed out of the dorm. The others looks after him.

”Um where do you think he is going!” Hassleberry said. The others shrugged.

”No this is not true!” said Tara suddenly ”There must be an explanation!”. She was about to leave the chair, however Syrus pushed her back.

”You are having a cold right now!” He said concerned ”Do you want to make Zane ill! You are not ready to leave this dorm yet!”. Tara began crying, and Jaden pulled her into a hug.

”Tara! When we both are healthy again, we will find him okay!” He said. Tara nodded, however she was still crying.
