Normal p.o.v.

The days was passing by. Banner was still missing and the key keepers and their friends was really worried. However some things happened. Alexis had a visit from an old friend of hers, from middle school. He name was Pierre and he challenged her to a duel. Alexis accepted, because Pierre had stolen something from her, and of course Alexis won. However they were all holding there breath, when Pierre asked if Alexis would like to come with him! Tara was laughing inside her head, when Jaden actually was a bit worried. He didn't want Alexis to leave. However Alexis chose to stay here! Everyone was happy..!

Jaden's p.o.v.

At slifer dorm.

”Ahr we overslept” screamed Syrus. Both Jaden and Chumley rushed out of bed. They all looked tired and had groggy eyes, however there were more important matter to attend to. The breakfast! They rushed out of their rooms and towards the cafeteria. Jaden sighed relieved when he arrived and found 3 trays on their table. However when he took a closer look, there were nothing to eat on it. Chumley and Syrus also rushing into the cafeteria, and saw the empty trays. 

”Ah our trays are empty!” Syrus screamed ”Who could have done that!”. They all looked at Chazz, who happens to be in the cafeteria too, and he was smirking. 

”Um that tasted good!” Chazz said and drank his tea. ”Sorry, but if you snooze, you will lose!”. Jaden and co. surrounded Chazz and looked angry at him. 

”Give us our breakfast!” screamed Syrus. Chazz just snort. 

”Sorry! I can't! Because I ate it all!” He said. The others looked furious at him. 

”Professor Banner!” They all screamed ”Chazz is being a egomaniac again!”. However no one answered, because Banner still was missing. Jaden and co. sighed. 

”Oh yeah!” said Jaden ”Banner is still missing!”. They all sighed again, and began walking towards the school. 

Tara's p.o.v.

At the class room.

Tara was sitting in the class room, beside Alexis and Chazz, and behind her brother and his friends. They had a free period because it normally was Banner's class. 

”I still can't believe Banner is missing!” said Jaden suddenly. Tara sighed. She was also worried. Tara could hear Chumley said:

”Don't worry! Chancellor Shepard is having a whole search party out looking for Banner! They will find him!”. However Jaden still sighed. Tara was about to say something, when she heard Chazz say something. Tara figured it was most to himself but, she grinned anyway. 

”Hf, I don't care about Banner!” Chazz said ”He didn't teach us anything good anyway!”. Tara grinned, and Chazz looked at her. 

”What's so funny!” He asked and looked angry at her. Tara smiled. 

”Um you actually!” She said ”I know you are worried about him too! But don't worry I will find him for you!”. Chazz looked at her and snort. 

”You!” He said and grinned ”You don't have amazing detective skills like mine!”. 

”Oh is this a challenge!” Tara said and looked at Chazz. He snort again. 

”You bet!” He said ”This afternoon in Banner's room! The one who finds most clues win! And as our search party, you can take your brother and the goons with you!”.

”Fine! It's a deal!” Tara said and shake Chazz's hand. ”Jay, did you hear that!”. Jaden looked at his sister, sighed and nodded. 

”Yeah, Yeah, after class, looking for Banner!” Jaden said and smiled ”Maybe we will find him!”. Tara shrugged. However suddenly the door to the classroom opened, and Dr. Crowler walked in. He looked really pissed. 

”Good morning class!” He said in and angry tone ”Because Banner is still missing, I will be your substitute teacher for today! And that really pissed me off, because it was my day off!”. Crowler just snort. Tara and co. looked at each others. Dr. Crowler began reading the text, from were Banner left off. The symbol of Amnael. Tara looked at the symbol. She was sure she had seen it somewhere before, but couldn't remember. She shrugged. Maybe it wasn't that important! However Crowler looked really confused at the text. He was talking to himself, and couldn't figure it out. Tara just sighed. However then he began with some lab work. Tare looked worried. 

”Um guys!” said Tara and pointed at Jaden's shoulder ”I think we shall use Syrus's duck and take cover idea,!”. The other's nodded. They had just hit themself under their seats, when Crowler blew up something and made a huge explosion. In the end Crowler had Amnael's symbol burned on the forehead. Tara sighed. 

Jaden's p.o.v.

”We are gonna look for Banner!” song Jaden ”The newest exploring team yeah yeah!”. Chazz looked angry at them. Jaden, Syrus, Chumley and Chazz was walking towards the slifer red dorm. Tara said, she had something to take care of first and would meet them there. Chazz was just smiling. Then he would totally win this challenge. They arrived at Banner's room and began looking for clues. 

”Nothing here!” yelled Syrus. He was at the shelf. 

”Nothing here ether!” said Jaden. He was at an other shelf. 

”Hey I think I found a note!” Chumley said and was waving around with a piece of paper. Jaden and the others walked over to Chumley and had a look on the paper. 

”Um yeah, this is definitely Banner hand writing!” said Jaden and took the paper ”I can't understand it! Um something with tree!”. Chazz snort and took the paper. 

”Give it here!” He said ”It is properly a code!”. He looked at it. The others looked confused at Chazz. A little bit later, he grinned. 

”Of course!” He said out loud ”Thee has a secret meaning! And I know what that is! Banner took on the seventh shadow rider! And I know who it is!”. Jaden and co. looked confused at him. 

”So who is it!” asked Jaden confused. Chazz pointed around with his finger. 

”That's easy! It is Dorothea! The word tree comes from there!” Chazz said ”And I am calling her right now!”. Jaden and co. looked in horror. They couldn't believe that the 7. shadow rider was Dorothea. However a little bit after, Chazz stopped the call, and grinned awkwardly. 

”Um okay! Maybe I was wrong!” He said. Jaden and co. looked angry at him. 

”You think!” they scream in unison. However suddenly they could hear laughter at the door. Jaden and co. turned around and found Tara at the door step. She was laughing.

”Really Chazz!” She said and grinned again ”Is this really how you find clues Chazz! Let me show you how it is done! Jaden, please place a chair at the door!”. Jaden grinned and took a chair and placed it at the door. She took the note from Chazz and looked at it for some time. Then she walked over to the shelf. A little bit after she looked at the boys. 

”Um what are you waiting for! We need to find clues remember!” Tara said. Jaden grinned and began looking around in the room. However he was pretty sure that Tara already had figured a lot of things out, from the paper. 

Tara's p.o.v.

The team looked and looked endlessly around. Jaden and co. all found interesting things, however nothing of them was clues. Tara sighed. It has to be around here somewhere. Tara had figured a little out from note. The word tree, could only mean a real tree. However Tara needed a map our something. Our they have to wander around endlessly in the woods, but they haven't found anything yet. Tara slammed her fist at the shelf. She was pretty frustrated. Suddenly a book fell down from the shelf and opened itself. Inside was a parchment with a map on in. It looked like a map of the school. Tara looked really close at it, and found a spot on the map. 

”Hey you guys!” She screamed ”I think I have found something!”. The others rushed to her side. Tara showed them the map. They all looked confused at it. 

”Um wait!” said Jaden suddenly ”Isn't that the symbol we saw in class today!”.

”Amnael!” They all said in unison. Chazz took the map. 

”Then Banner must be where the symbol is!” Chazz said. Tara grinned. 

”Really Chazz! I had no Idea!” Tara said sarcastically ”I only found all of these clues!”. Chazz snort a little. They others stared at him. 

”Okay! Okay!” said Chazz and sighed ”You win this time Tara! But the next time I will win! Let's look for Banner!”. They all agreed, and rushed into the forest. 

A little time later.

”So what's the plan?!” asked Syrus suddenly ”How are we gonna find Banner!”. Chazz smiled and the crew all looked at him. 

”We gonna find the spot on the map, and then we are gonna find his cat Farao with this!” Chazz said and was holding a straw in his hands. The others sighed. 

”Um I already have told you this, but that's not how you find a cat!” Tara said and sighed. Chazz just ignored her. However Syrus was waving around with his hand. 

”Um, I have an Idea!” He said and began painting Chazz's face. Tara grinned a little inside her head. When Syrus was finished, Chazz looked like a cat. 

”Now, Farao thinks you are a cat!” Syrus said. The others just laughed out loud. Chazz looked really angry at them. 

”You! Just wait!” He screamed ”Then I shall show you my claws!”. He began running after them. Tara and co. was still laughing, but they began running away from Chazz, really fast. They didn't notice the stranger, who was standing on a tree, and were watching them. 

Alexis' p.o.v.

Alexis was on her way to see her brother Atticus. She had just arrived at the Obelisk boys dorm, when she noticed that Atticus's windows were broken. She rushed to his room and found everything in a big mess. Everything was destroyed, and Atticus was not there. Suddenly a green symbol appeared on the floor. Alexis was sure it was the same symbol, she had seen in class. Amnael's symbol! Suddenly she saw someone outside of the building. Alexis rushed out on the balcony, however the stranger began running away. Alexis clenched her fists and rushed after the stranger. Alexis got lured into the forest and got challenged by the weird stranger, who looked like a man. 

”A Shadow rider I presume!” asked Alexis, but the stranger didn't answer. Alexis got pretty angry and activated her duel disk. 

”It doesn't mater if you are a shadow rider or not!” Alexis yelled ”I know you have Atticus! And I am not leaving without him! Lets duel!”. 

Alexis: 4000Lp.

Stranger: 4000Lp.

The masked stranger had started off. He only had placed a facedown, and ended his turn. Alexis looked angry at him. It was a little annoying that he wasn't saying anything. Alexis fusion summoned ”Blade skater” onto the field, and attacked the stranger. However he had a trap card ready. Alexis had never heard about this card, however it blocked her monsters attack. It didn't look good. 

The duel a little later. 

Alexis was at a disadvantage. However she still had her blade skater on the field. He had a really big monster his side, however Alexis couldn't see what kind of monster that was. However as long as she had a monster, she wouldn't lose. It was the strangers turn. He activated a spell card. Alexis had never heard about it, but there were meteors in the sky. It hit her and blade skater, and suddenly her monster was gone! Alexis looked in horror. Now she was open for a direct attack. The stranger attacked her, and Alexis lost the duel. Her key got taken. The stranger walked over to her and opened his green book, with the Amnael symbol on. Alexis disappeared inside the book. The stranger laughed. 

”Only 3 more to go!”. A voice said. It sounded cold and jammed. The stranger left. 

Chazz's p.o.v.

Chazz and the others were sitting at a campfire and were resting. It had bin a really interesting day. First they all got lost, then they were attacked by flying snakes. There were something wrong here, Chazz just knew, and to make all things worse Jaden's stupid sister left them, because she apparently had a date with Zane. Chazz snort a little. Like that was the real time for that. They had to find Banner quick. Jaden and the others were telling stories about how Banner help them, but in the end, they all figured that Banner always had a flip side to his actions. Chazz got up on his feet. 

”Okay, breaks over you guys!” He said. ”We need to find Banner!”. The others agreed. Suddenly they heard a loud ”Miav”. It sounded like Farao. They all chose to split up to find the cat. 

Chazz was walking all by himself now. He was calling on that stupid cat. However he couldn't find it. Suddenly ”Ojama Yellow” appeared by his side. 

”I smell danger boss!” He said. Chazz just snort. ”I am scared!”. 

”Yeah what else is new!” Chazz said and began walked even further into the wood ”Now beat it!”. Chazz tossed his spirit away. Suddenly he heard another Miav, and found Farao at the Amnael symbol. He also found Banner's glasses. Chazz chose to follow the road. He found a lot of Banner's clothes. He arrived at a lake, and saw a stranger, standing on the water. He activated his duel disk. Chazz walked out on the water. It had to be shadow magic, he thought, and that means he is the last Shadow rider. Chazz looked angry at him and snort. 

”You took Banner!” screamed Chazz at the stranger ”Well I am gonna win him back!Lets duel!”. And the duel began. '

Time skip in this duel. 

Chazz snort a little. He had lost a lot of life points. He had only 800 points left. However he had ”Armed dragon lv 7” on the field. His opponent had 2 monsters out, however it was Chazz's turn. He activated the eff from his dragon. He discarded a monster card from his hand, and destroyed his opponent's monster. However because Chazz just used his monster's eff, he couldn't attack in this round. 

”Ha!” said Chazz arrogant ”In the next round, you are toast!”. However the stranger only needed one turn. The stranger summoned a big stone monster to the field, and activated a spell, the same spell he used on Alexis, and meteor was falling from the sky. The heat and power from the card, destroyed Chazz's monster and now he was wide open. Chazz looked in horror, when the stranger attacked him directly and he lost the duel. His key disappeared. The stranger walked over to him too, and a little bit later, Chazz was also captured into the book. The stranger grinned. 

”Only two left!” He said with his jammed voice, and disappeared into thin air.

Jaden's p.o.v.

In the mean time, before Chazz got captured.

”Hey you guys!” screamed Chumley out loud. Jaden and Syrus rushed towards him. ”I have found Farao!”. Jaden looked at the cat and patted it's head. 

”Hey Farao! Have you seen your pal professor Banner!” He asked. The cat only miaved. Suddenly Jaden's shadow medal to lit up. Jaden knew something was wrong.

”Come on guys!” He said and began running ”Something is wrong! We need to find Chazz really fast!”. They others followed him.

”Chazz, Chazz, are you here!” screamed Jaden out loud. ”We have found Farao!”. Suddenly they heard a big scream. The others looked at each others and nodded. They began running towards the scream. When they arrived the found the symbol of Amnael on the lake, and in the water was a lot of duel monster cards. Jaden noticed the three duel spirits who always were around Chazz. They were crying. Jaden dropped his flashlight. No it couldn't be true, but they had bin too late. 

”Oh no!” screamed Jaden ”Chazz has bin taken!”. 

Tara's p.o.v.

Tara was together with Zane at their favorite date spot. In a forest clearing. They were lying on a carpet on the ground, and were looking at the stars. Even through Tara normally only looked at the stars when she was sad. However that had changed since she had bin together with Zane. He had showed her the joy of it too. She was holding his hand and was looking at the sky. It was really beautiful. She looked at Zane now. He had thought of the same thing, and they looked each other into the eyes. 

”Have I ever told you, you have beautiful eyes!” Zane asked. Tara blushed a little. 

”Um yeah!” Tara said and grinned ”But I have nothing against it, if you repeat it!”. Zane smiled and kissed her on the lips. Tara kissed him back. A little bit after they pulled back. Tara couldn't believe she was such a lucky girl. She was so happy to have Zane as her boyfriend. She was about to kiss him again, when suddenly Tara heard a weird voice. She looked at Zane, however he didn't look confused or anything. Tara figured she was the only one could hear it! Zane looked worried at her. 

”Tara! Is something wrong!” He asked. Tara looked at him. However she heard the voice again, and it was talking inside her mind! 

”It is time to collect what you owe me girl!” said the voice. Tara remembered. It was the voice from before, at that time with Alexis, Atticus and Titan. Tara got up on her feet. She felt weird. Her body began moving on its own.

”Come to me little girl!” the voice said. Tara didn't know what to do, however she was moving toward the forest. 

”Tara!” screamed Zane. ”Where are you going!”. Tara could hear the voice again. 

”Get away from him!” said the voice, and Tara's leg began running. She knew she was faster than Zane, and in the end she lost sight of him. Tara however continued running! After some time, Tara didn't know where she was, or how long she had run. However suddenly a man dressed in black clothes appeared. The man placed a arm around her neck and shoulder. Tara's body stopped running. 

”Glad you could come!” said the man. It was the same voice from before. Sounded cold and jammed. ”You owe me something!”. Tara looked at the man. 

”Who are you?” She asked ”What do you want?!”. The man grinned. 

”A shadow rider!” He said ”And what I want is you! As bait for your brother! And as a test subject!”. Tara looked in horror.

”My brother would stop you!” said Tara angry. The man grinned. He took out his book and the symbol of Amnael appeared on Tara's forehead.  

”I am sure he will! However I think you shall go to sleep now!” He said. Tara felt suddenly so tired. Her eyes closed and she fell into the mans arm. Jaden, was the last she thought. 

Jaden's p.o.v.

Jaden and his friends was still walking around in the woods, when Jaden felt something inside his heart. It felt like someone had cut a thread, and it hurt a little. 

”Tara!” said Jaden out loud. His friends looked at him. 

”What's wrong Jay!” asked Syrus confused. Jaden looked really scared now. 

”My sister!” He scream ”I can't feel my sister! Something happened!”. However suddenly the whole Island was shaking. Jaden and co. looked around. Suddenly 6 light beams was appearing around the the island. The others looked in horror.

”What are those light beams!” asked Syrus confused ”Why are they surrounding the island like that!”. Jaden looked really scared now. 

”I think it's the light from the spirit gates, with means..!” Jaden sighed. 

”That everyone else lost, and Jaden is the only one with a key!” said Chumley sacred ”Maybe we should run away and hide it!”. Jaden looked angry at Chumley. 

”I don't run away!” He said ”All the others are gone, and my sister maybe too! We need to save them!”. 

Amnael's p.o.v.

Amnael was back at the abandon dorm. He was in his laboratory. He had just placed the girl inside a machine, who looked like a little champers. (Like the one in Lilo and stitch 2) He knew she was awake by now, but that didn't change anything. As long as she was marked with the symbol, she was under his control. However for safety matters, he had blindfolded her. Tara was gasping after air, because of her claustrophobia. Amnael didn't care. He took a syringe and took a blood sample. 

”What.. are you doing.. to me!” Tara said and gasped after air. Amnael smiled. 

”Nothing, only taken some of your blood!” He said ”I need to know, why you can use my shadow charm! And the first thing to do, is too find out who you really are!”. The girl didn't say anything now. Amnael grinned. He placed a oxygen mask on her, so that she at least could breathe and closed the machine. The only thing that remained was to beat Jaden. He laughed a little. 

Jaden's p.o.v.

Jaden and the others were still at the lake, when suddenly a lightning bolt appeared and hit a tree. Jaden and co. got totally frightened. A green symbol appeared on the tree. Jaden looked confused at it. 

”The symbol of Amnael!” said Chumley confused. However soon the symbol moved like it was showing them the way. Jaden looked at his friends and they nodded. They all began following the symbol, and a little bit after they arrived at the abandon dorm. Jaden sighed. He figured it would be here. The place were it all began. They rushed inside. Farao got scared of the lightning and freed itself from Chumley's grib. It began running away. Jaden and co. followed it, and found a narrow partway, they never had seen before. However Farao was long gone. 

”Do you think the cat walked this way!” Jaden asked. The others nodded. 

”I think I can see Farao's paw print!” said Chumley and they all began walking down the narrow partway. They arrived at a big laboratory. There were big stone tables, a coffin and a big thing, who was covered in some sheets. Jaden and co. took a look around. They were also looking inside the coffin, and found a mummy? Jaden double checked it, and on it's clothes was the name Banner on it. Jaden gulped.

”Um I think this is prof. Banner!” said Jaden and gulped again. The others looked at the mummy. However suddenly the light got turned on and strange man appeared inside the lab now. He was grinning. 

”Correct! That is the man you knew as Banner!” He said and grinned. ”Welcome Jaden. I have bin waiting for you!”. Jaden looked angry at him. 

”Who are you?!” asked Jaden confused. The man laughed. 

”I am the seventh shadow rider!” He said ”My name is Amnael!”. Amnael thought Jaden, the mark from class? However suddenly ”Ojama yellow” appeared beside him.

”That's the guy, who beat Chazz and the others!” He said. Jaden clenched his fist. 

”So you are the one who took them all!” Jaden said ”Alexis, Chazz, Maybe my sister too!”. Amnael grinned. He was showing Jaden a book. 

”Your tree friends, Alexis, Atticus and Chazz! Are in here!” He said and grinned ”As for your sister! She is my lab rat right now!”. Jaden sneered. 

”Where is she?!” He said and sneered really angry ”Where is Tara?!”. 

”You will have to duel me first, before I tell you!” He said and grinned ”However if you lose, you will be locked away in the book too!”. Jaden sneered. 

”Fine! I will duel you!” Jaden said and activated the duel disk. The duel began.

Jaden: 4000Lp.

Amnael: 4000Lp.

Amnael started off. He played a spell card called ”Alchemic kettle – Chaos distill”. Now Amnael could remove all his card from play. Jaden looked confused at him. Why does he want to remove his own cards, he thought. Amnael played another spell and because it was removed from play, he could summoned a monster to the field called ”Alchemy beast – salamandra the steel” to the field. Alchemy beast all had a special eff, they could att the opponent directly. Then Amnael used two more spells and summoned two more monsters. ”AB Ouroboros the bronze” and ”AB Leon the lead”. He placed a facedown. It was now Jaden's turn. He summoned ”Bubbleman” and got two more cards. He then equipped him with the spell ”Bubble blaster”. He then attacked Amnael. However he was ready for him. Amnael activated a trap ”Elemental absorber”, and by removing a monster with the same attribute, he could stop Jaden's attack. He removed a water monster from his hand, and stopped Jaden's bubbleman. It was now Amnael's turn again. He attacked Jaden directly three times, with his monsters. Jaden lost 1500 lp's, and to make things worse, Amnael used the spell ”Black process – Negledo” and destroyed all his monsters. He could now drew cards equal to the monsters on the field x2. He now had 6 card's in his hands. Amnael played three new spell cards and summoned three new monsters. The ”AB Aretos the thin”, ”AB Ekenas the Mercury”, and ”AB moonface the sliver” to the field. However now it was Jaden's turn again. He summoned ”Clayman” in att mode, and equipped him with the spell ”Mud max”, and Clayman gained more att. He attacked Amnael, however Amnael activated his trap again, and removed a earth monster from his hand from play. Now Jaden's Clayman couldn't attack ether. Jaden had to end his turn. Amnael drew and played a spell called ”White process – Albedo”, and he could now summon the monster ”Golden Homunculus” to the field. Its eff activated. Its att was the same as all the monsters removed from play + 300. It's att was now 3900. Amnael attacked him with his AB and dealt Jaden three direct attacks. He only had 1000 lp's left. Amnael was about to attack Jaden with his last monster, however he only destroyed ”Clayman's” equip card. Jaden was still in this, but only barely. However since Amnael destroyed ”Mud max”, Jaden could now summon a hero from his deck, and he chose ”Avian”. It was Jaden's turn again. He summoned ”Burstinatrix” to the field now. He attacked with both hero's, but Amnael's trap prevented both attacks. He only removed a Wind and a fire attribute monster, from his hand. Jaden looked angry at him. However if he couldn't use his heroes, then he had to duel, in another way. Jaden played the two spell ”Burst return”, all his monster beside Burstinatrix returned to his hand, and the card ”Burst impact”. He destroyed every monster on the field, beside Burstinatrix, and delt 300 points of damage for every monster on the field. Amnael lost 1200 lp's. A rock hit Amnael's mask and got a little crack in it. He looked surprised at Jaden.

”Impressive!” He said. Jaden just snort a little. Suddenly appeared the cat farao on the field. It had arrived from somewhere. Syrus was trying to catch it, but Farao didn't want that. It rushed past Jaden and over to Amnael. The others looked confused.

”Farao is never that friendly to strangers!” said Chumley confused. Jaden looked surprised. He looked at Amnael. 

”But that means..!” Began Jaden and looked in horror. Amnael grinned and took of his mask. Jaden and the others looked really surprised. It was Professor Banner!

”But if you are right here!” Jaden asked confused ”Then who is that Mummy?!”. 

”He is also me!” Banner said and grinned ”You have no Idea what is going on here kids! There is happening things you all can't understand!”. Jaden looked confused. 

”Hey, then what about Tara!” He asked ”Where is she?! Why did you kidnap her!”. Banner grinned. He was patting his cat. 

”I need her!” said Banner and grinned ”Your sister is a really important tool!”. Jaden looked angry at him. Banner laughed like a maniac. 

Jaden's p.o.v.

”Wait what do you mean by that my sister is one of your tools!” said Jaden angry ”What is going on here!”. Banner grinned and patted Farao again. 

”Maybe I should tell you my story!” Banner said and smiled ”You are after all going to lose ether ways!”. Banner began telling a story about himself. He told them about a trip to egypt, and a cused grave. Banner's body was slowly going to die. Therefore Banner studied alchemy, to find a cure. Unfortunately he didn't find a cure, so instead he created a homunculus and infused his soul into it. That's the body you see now.

”However this is only a temporary solution to my problem!” Banner said ”Soon this body will also disappear! I need the sacred beast to live!”. Jaden looked in horror. 

”Wait so you need the beasts in order to live! Even through you are going to destroy the world in the process!” Jaden said angry ”I can't let you do that!”. Banner smiled.

”It is too late Jaden!” He said and placed farao down.e ”When you lose, I will have obtained the cards!”. 

”Then I won't duel!” said Jaden and clenched his fist. He couldn't risk the world. 

”Oh yes you will!” Banner said and moved a little away from the field. ”Don't forget I still have your friends, inside my book and your sister too!”. Banner took of the sheets and revealed the machine from before. It was made out of steel, however the roof was made out of glass. Jaden however couldn't see anything special with it. 

”Um what is that!” Jaden asked. His two friends walked over to the machine. 

”Oh just a machine!” Banner said and grinned ”I have your sister inside it!”. Jaden rushed over to the machine. But he really couldn't see anything inside it. Banner grinned and took his book out again. The green symbol lit up and a light lit up around the machine, and when it disappeared, Jaden could see Tara inside. She was unconscious, however Jaden could see her body was shaking uncontrollably.

”Let her go!” screamed Jaden ”She is not having it well! She is sick!”. 

”Never! She is my prisoner, like the rest of your friends!” He said cruel ”If you walk away now Jaden, She and your friends will be my prisoner forever!”. Jaden sighed. 

”If you put it like that!” He said angry ”Then let's do this!”. He walked back to the field. He was gonna save Tara no matter what! He owed her that, and so much more!

Banner: 2800Lp.

Jaden: 1000Lp.

It was Banner's turn. He used a spell card called ”Chaos greed”. It allowed him to draw two more cards. He placed both cards down and ended his turn. Jaden sighed. Even through Banner didn't summon monsters this turn, he could stop all Jaden's attack with his trap ”Elemental absorber”. Jaden drew and used the spell ”pot of greed”. He got two cards. He then summoned ”Clayman” to the field and equipped him with the spell ”Clay wrap”. He fusion summoned with ”Clayman” and ”burstinatrix” and got the monster ”Rampart blaster” on the field. Because ”Clay wrap” was sent to the grave, Jaden could now destroy one of Banner's trap or spell cards. He chose ”Elemental Absorber”. Jaden then attacked Banner with his monster. However Banner was ready for him. He activated his trap ”Marco Cosmos”. It was a very strong card! By removing the spell ”AK chaos distil” from play, Banner warped Jaden, his friends, himself and the machine with Tara, out in space. He also could summon the monster ”Helios – the primordial sun” to the field. However Jaden didn't notice the monster. He was too concerned by planets around them. Jaden noticed instantly his friends, Chazz, Alexis and Atticus inside their very own planet. They were all trapped. 

”Chazz, Atticus, Alexis!” screamed Jaden, then he looked at the machine too ”Tara!”. 

”They can't hear you!” Banner said and grinned ”Didn't you catch that, when I told you they were my prisoners! And soon, very soon you will also be trapped! Inside this book! You will all be my prisoners for all eternally”. Jaden looked in horror when Banner took his book out. However something wasn't right! 

”Then why is my sister not in that book!” Jaden almost screamed ”Why is she not a prisoner like my friends! You said she was a tool, but you never explained that!”. Banner laughed like a maniac again. A little bit after he smiled at Jaden. 

”You wouldn't like it Jaden!” Banner said and grinned ”I need her life!”. 

”What do you mean!” Jaden was screaming now. Banner grinned.

”I mean I need her life force! When I have obtained the cards by beating you! I will extract her life energi and infuse it into my own body, together with the energy from the beasts! By doing so I can live! And even control the beasts to do my biding!” Banner said and grinned evilly again. Jaden was totally shocked. If Banner ever did that, Tara would die! And the sacred beast would be free, and the world was doomed. 

”But why her!” asked Jaden angry ”Couldn't you just use someone else!”.

”No! She is the only one!” Banner said ”She was the only one who could use my Book, and most importantly I needed a voluntary sacrifice! She was prepared to lose her life to safe Alexis from Titan, and I took advantage of it!”. Jaden was angry now. 

”My sister is not your stupid sacrifice!” screamed Jaden angry ”I will never allow it! I will win this match and free my sister and my friends from you!”. Banner grinned. 

”You can't win Jaden! You are not strong enough!” Banner said and laughed ”Without your sister you are nothing! She is the one who gives you the power to fight! She has always bin by your side against the other shadow riders! But now you are alone Jaden!”. Jaden took a deep breath. 

”Tara told me! If she is not there bodily, then she is in spirit!” Jaden said. Banner just smirked. The duel continued. Banner played the spell ”Planet Alignment”. This card was also so strong that it could warp space. It destroyed all Jaden's monster and dealt him 300 points of damage. Jaden couldn't do anything, but throw down a facedown. It was Banner's turn now. He used a spell called ”Yellow process – Kitolenics”. With it he could sacrifice his monster, to summon ”Helios duo Megistus”. And it had a special eff. It's att was equal to all his monsters removed from play x200. It now had 2400 att points. Banner attacked Jaden. However Jaden revealed his facedown. ”A hero emerges”. Banner had to chose one of Jaden's three cards. He chose the middle one. Jaden smirked. He could now summon ”Bladedge” to the field, and it had more att than Banner's monster. However Banner still attacked. He explained his monsters special eff. If it was destroyed, it was immediately resurrected, and it gained 300 more att points. It was now stronger than Jaden's Bladedge. Jaden lost more points. It didn't look good. Jaden drew. He summoned ”Bubbleman” to the field again and got two more cards. Then he used the spell ”Fusion recovery” and got ”avian” back. He fused them together to create ”Elemental hero mariner.”. Jaden placed two facedown's on the field, and used ”Mariner's” special eff. If there was spell or traps on Jaden's field, he could attack directly. Banner lost 1400 lp's. 

”Impressive!” said Banner and grinned ”Maybe you are not so weak after all!”. 

”Weak!” replied Jaden cold ”At least I don't need power from some beasts and my sister to live!”. Banner just grinned. 

”Say what you want! I am not the one who is about to locked away in my book!” Banner said and grinned ”But maybe I can change your fate! I even let your sister live, if you chose to be my eternal servant that is!”. Jaden just snort. 

”Yeah like I ever would do that!” He said ”I will never be your puppet! And I know that my sister wouldn't want to be saved like that ether! I am not gonna give up!”.

”Suit yourself!” said Banner and drew. He attacked Jaden with his monster. However Jaden revealed his trap card ”Mirror gate” and the monsters switched sides. Banner's monster was now working for Jaden! However Banner had a trick up in his sleeves. He used his spell card ”Grand convergence”. It destroyed all monsters on the field and dealt Jaden 300 point of damage. Because of Banner's monster eff, it resurrected on his side of the field, with even more att (3000 att). Banner continued his attack, however Jaden revealed his other facedown. The spell ”The flute of summoning kuriboh”. Winged Kuriboh arrived at the field and shielded Jaden for any damage, even through it got destroyed. (Because of it's eff). Jaden was now in a really tight spot ones again. He drew and played ”Clayman” in def mode on the field. He threw down a facedown, and sighed. This was the only thing he could do right now. He could see that Banner was smirking. It was his turn and he played the spell ”Red process – Rubedo”. With this card he could sacrificed his monster to summon ”Helios trice Megistus”. It special eff activates. For every monster who is removed from play, Megistus gained 300 att. Its att was now 3900. Jaden and the crew looked really scared now. Banner attacked with his monster and destroyed ”Clayman”. However Jaden revealed his trap ”Hero signal” and got ”Sparkman” on the field. However now Banner activated the second abillity from his monster. It could attack again. So the monster attacked again and destroyed ”Sparkman” too. Jaden looked really scared now. This new monster was strong. Stronger than anything he had faced before. Jaden had no cards on the field, and no cards in his hands. It was his turn, but what could he do! Maybe Banner was right! Maybe he always had relied on his sister for support, and now that she wasn't here, he couldn't win. Jaden fell down on his knees. He could hear his friends, Chumley and Syrus, yell his name, but Jaden didn't care. Maybe he really was weak, like Banner said. 

”Are you giving up Jaden!” asked Banner in a cold voice ”If you are then say it! Then I will free you from your misery!”. Jaden looked at Banner. Maybe he really should give up! Yeah it was the smartest choice. 

”I... giv..!” began Jaden and sighed. However suddenly he felt and heard something. 

”What in the world are you doing!” screamed a voice really loud. Jaden looked around but there were no one here. The others didn't look confused at all. Jaden figured that he was the only one who could hear it. 

”And what in the world are you doing on the floor!” screamed the voice again ”Get up! Get up and duel, or do I have to hit you or something!”. Jaden looked really surprised, but he got up on his feet again. He figured the voice came from inside his head. 

”Tara is that you!” He asked. He could hear the voice snort. 

”Well of course it is me!” screamed Tara's voice inside Jaden's head. Jaden smiled a little. It was so good to hear his sisters voice. 

”But how!” asked Jaden confused ”Why are you in my head?! I thought you were unconscious!”. Tara snort inside his head. 

”I am unconscious!” Tara replied ”And I don't know why? Maybe because we are twins? But who knows? The important right now, is that you don't give up! Do you hear me!”. Jaden sighed. 

”But Tara I am not strong enough!” Jaden said ”I have relied to much on you! And now I am weak!”. Jaden sighed again. He really felt so weak. 

”And what wrong in that!” Tara replied ”What's wrong by relying on each other! We have always done that in the past! And you are not weak Jay! Your my brother! You are strong, kind and kind of an idiot sometimes! And you have always told me, that a duel is not over until the last card has bin played! So lets show him!”. Jaden grinned. 

”Okay I will!” said Jaden ”But I need your help!”. He could hear Tara grin. 

”Of course!” She said ”Now drew!”. Jaden nodded and drew. A really big blowing wind appeared and forced Banner backwards. He had placed his arms on his forehead so that he could see. His feats were still being pushed back. However it was only Banner who was hit by this strong wind. Chumley and Syrus were both safe. 

”What is happening!” screamed Banner and was fighting the wind. Jaden looked at the card he had drawn and smiled. The wind suddenly stopped. Banner was close at falling forwards, but he did manage to keep his balance. 

”What in the world is this!” screamed Banner surprised. Jaden smiled. 

”Me and my sister has combined our strength!” replied Jaden ”You can't split us apart! I activate ”Miracle fusion”. Banner looked really surprised. With this Jaden could fuse all his monsters in his grave together to create ”Elemental hero Electrum”. He used it's special eff and returned all monster's from play back to the deck. Therefore Banner's monster now had zero att. Jaden attacked with his monster and won the duel. They also returned back to the laboratory. 

Jaden and the others looked around in the laboratory. The ground were shaking and light beams around the island disappeared. The spirit gates were closed again. A light appeared from Banner's book and three light beams shut out from it, and disappeared somewhere. Jaden knew it was his friends. The machine flashed too and opened up. Jaden saw that Chumley and Syrus was helping Tara out of the machine. Jaden walked over to Banner. 

”That's game Banner!” He said. Banner was sitting on the floor and was gasping for air. He looked at Jaden with really sad eyes. Chumley and Syrus arrived too. Chumley was piggybacking Tara, and Syrus was walking behind him, to make sure that Tara didn't fall of his back. She was no longer blindfolded. However she was still shaking and gasping after air. Jaden knew they had to get out of here soon. Jaden turned around and was about to walk away, when Banner grabbed Jaden's wrist.

”Jaden! Wait my boy!” Banner said and was trying to smile ”I am sorry for all that I have done! But I needed to test you both! Too see if you were ready!”. 

”What do you mean!” asked Jaden confused. Banner smiled. 

”A great evil will soon arrive at the island!” Banner said ”I needed to test your bond! Your sibilings bond! None of you is weak and I would never have killed your sister! Believe me Jaden! That is not the reason I became a shadow rider But this evil is so great that I have to lie and deceive you, so that you could become a better duelist together with your sister. You both will soon have to face him”. He was smiling, but Jaden could see the great pain he was in. 

”I believe you!” said Jaden ”And I forgive you! The machine you placed Tara in, was suppressing her claustrophobia right!”. Banner smiled a sad smile. 

”Tell your sister that I am really sorry!” Banner said ”I was curious and I know who you two really are now! I am sorry! But please give this to Tara! She can understand it better than you!”. Jaden looked really scared when Banner said ”I know who you really are!”, but when he was giving him his precious book, Jaden had a feeling he didn't need to be worried. Jaden nodded and took the book. Banner smiled one last time and his body crumbled to dust. The mummy did the same thing! Jaden and his friends looked at each other. 

”So what now!” asked Syrus confused. Jaden sighed. 

”Let's get out of here!” He said ”My sister needs a lot of fresh air and rest!”. They others nodded. Chumley piggybacked her, and Jaden and Syrus was walking behind him, to make sure she was safe. What ever evil they were about to face. They could wait until Tara was well again.
