???: You decided to show up.

You turn to see a guy in all black with brown hair, his face covered partially by a mask.

Y/N: You must be the guy who left that note. Who are you?

Nightshroud: I'm Nightshroud, a Shadow Rider. And you and I are going to duel.

Y/N: Bring it.

You activate your duel disk and Nightshroud does the same.

Both: Duel!

Nightshroud: I'll go first. I summon my Black Dragon's Chick.

A small dragon partially inside a red egg appears.

(B. Dragon's Chick Level 1 Atk 800 Def 500)

Nightshroud: I now tribute it to Special Summon Red-Eyes Black Dragon!

The small dragon disappears and in its place was a much larger dragon.

(Red-Eyes Level 7 Atk 2400 Def 2000)

Nightshroud: I then set two cards and end my turn.

Y/N: I draw. Alright. I start by summoning Elemental Hero Stratos.

The wind monster appears.

Y/N: Stratos adds Shadow Mist to my hand. I'll also activate my spell card Mask Change, Stratos will try a new look and become Masked Hero Divine Wind!

Stratos vanishes and Divine Wind takes his place.

Y/N: Divine Wind, slay that dragon!

Your monster shoots a small tornado at Red-Eyes, destroying it.

Nightshroud LP: 4000---> 3700

Y/N: And when my Divine Wind destroys a monster, I get to draw a card. Now I set two cards and end my turn.

Nightshroud: I draw. I activate Red-Eyes Spirit! My dragon returns.

Red-Eyes appears once more with a mighty roar.

Nightshroud: But I'll tribute it to Special Summon Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon!

Red-Eyes is replaced with a larger dragon with orange gems in its body.

(Darkness Dragon Level 9 Atk 2400 Def 2000)

Nightshroud: My new dragon gains 300 Atk for every dragon in my graveyard. Since I have two, that increases its power by 600!

(Darkness Dragon Atk: 2400---> 3000)

Nightshroud: Red-Eyes, attack with dark doom flame!

The dragon spits fire at Divine Wind.

Y/N: Divine Wind can't be destroyed by battle!

Y/N LP: 4000---> 3700

Nightshroud: I also activate Dragon Shrine. I send a second Red-Eyes Black Dragon to the graveyard from my deck. And since Red-Eyes is a normal monster, I can also send my Red-Eyes Wyvern to the graveyard. And since two more dragons are in my graveyard, Darkness gains 600 more Atk.

(Darkness Dragon Atk: 3000--->3600)

Nightshroud: At the end of my turn I will also activate Red-Eyes Wyvern's effect! Since I didn't normal summon this turn, I can banish it to summon Red-Eyes Black Dragon from my graveyard!

The monster reappears.

Nightshroud: However, my Darkness Dragon loses 600 Atk since two dragons left my graveyard.

Y/N: My turn. I draw. I summon Elemental Hero Shadow Mist.

The shadowy monster appears.

Y/N: I also activate my spell card, Mask Change II. I discard a card to turn Shadow Mist into Masked Hero Anki!

The dark Masked Hero appears.

Y/N: And since Shadow Mist went to the graveyard, I can add Blazeman to my hand. And Anki can attack directly but the damage is halved! Go Anki, attack Nightshroud directly!

Your monster jumps over the two dragons and punches Nightshroud.

Nightshroud: I activate Draining Shield! I gain Life Points equal to Anki's Atk.

Nightshroud LP: 3700---> 6500

Y/N: And if I attack your dragon, Darkness Dragon will just get stronger. I end.

Nightshroud: I draw. This duel is almost over. I activate Red-Eyes Burn! I tribute my Black Dragon to deal its Atk as damage to us both.

Red-Eyes explodes and the flames cover you and Nightshroud, though he shrugged it off.

Y/N LP: 3700--->1300

Nightshroud LP: 6500---> 4100

Nightshroud: And since Red-Eyes went back to the graveyard, Darkness gains 300 more attack.

(Darkness Dragon Atk: 3000---> 3300)

Nightshroud: Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon, attack Anki!

Red-Eyes blasts your monster, destroying it and pushing you back a bit.

Y/N LP: 1300---> 800

Nightshroud: Now I will activate Monster Reborn, return Red-Eyes Black Dragon. Now I activate the Inferno Fire Blast Spell card. This deals damage to you equal to Red-Eyes' attack. This duel is over.

Y/N: No! Don't do this!

The spell blasts you with energy.

Y/N LP: 0

Nightshroud: Now that that's over, you are coming with me.

Y/N: No... Stay away from me.

Then Alexis runs in and stands between you and Nightshroud.

Alexis: Leave him alone!

Nightshroud looks at her and hesitates. He then leaves without another word.

Alexis then carried you to the Obelisk Dorm.

Alexis: You gonna be okay?

Y/N: I'll be fine... Just need rest. Go back to the girls' dorm. I'll meet you outside the school tomorrow. Love you.

Alexis: Love you too.

You both kiss and she leaves.

Meanwhile, with Nightshroud.

???: So, you found her.

Nightshroud: Quiet!

??? 2: Don't tease him Camulla.
