Ryou: You were getting ready for bed, you and your father had gone to the park. You ran out of your room to the living room, where your father was. You climbed into his lap, holding your stuffed Kuriboh, "Ready for bed love?" You nodded Ryou stood while carrying you to your room. He tucked you in and kissed your forehead. "Good night (y/n), I love you." "I love you too daddy."
Your Dream
You and your father were walking home from dinner, your father was making you laugh, when you heard a dark chuckle  "My my my, she's a real cutie, Ryou." A figure stepped out of the shadows to reveal a rare hunter. "Duel me, or suffer the consequences." Ryou activated his duel disk, and the duel started. Your father lost, and the rare hunter laughed, "and you call yourself a duelist? Pity. I think I'll take my prize." He grabbed you and pointed a gun at your father, "Say good night wimp." He pulled the trigger...
Normal POV
You woke up shaking, with tears coming down your face. You got out of bed and headed to the living room, where you heard voices. You looked downstairs to see your dad talking to your "uncle" Bakura. You sniffed quietly and made your way down the stairs.  "D-daddy?" Both men ceased their conversation and looked at her, "Love what are you doing up? It's late at night." You fidgeted with your hands before looking up and saying, "I had a bad dream." Your uncle patted the space on the couch between him and your father, "Why don't you tell us what happened, hm?" You climbed up onto the couch, and rested your head on your father's shoulder. You proceeded to explain your dream to them,  when you were done, your father was cradling you in his arms. "Love that will never happen I promise you." "And if that were to ever happen, you would come and live with me!" Your uncle hollered from the kitchen, you turned back to your father who was still holding you. "So you see, we will always be there for you. Now, are you ready to go back to bed?" You nodded and said, "Could uncle Kura come and tuck me in too?" "Of course I can." Bakura came back in carrying a sandwich, this time, Bakura picked you up, and brought you into your room. They tucked you in and kissed your head, Bakura went back downstairs. You yawned, and snuggled you kuriboh, "Love you daddy." "Love you too, love."
Malik: Malik closed the door to your room and sighed. You were being a little difficult to be put to bed this evening. Malik went into the kitchen to make a sandwich when heard screaming. He dropped the contents in his arms and raced to your room.
Your Dream
You were on top of a blimp, and on what appeared to be a duel field. You heard a dark chuckle you looked up to see your father on the other side of the field. "So they sent in a pathetic child to duel me? No matter, I will destroy you!" "D-destroy me? But why? I'm your daughter!" Malik chuckled "We shall see." He waved his arm, and a purple rope appeared on you, causing you not to be able to escape. You both duelled, and you lost. Malik chuckled once more "You're pathetic, you can't even win a duel, it's time I sent you to the shadow realm." He pointed the rod at you.....
Normal POV
You woke up and screamed, you were trying to catch your breath, when you heard footsteps coming to your room.  You froze wide-eyed the door opened to reveal your father "(y/n), are you alright?" "No! Stay back! Please don't send me to the shadow realm I'm sorry!" Malik stood there shocked, there may be times where you may annoy him, but he would never do that, he loved you! (y-y/n), I would never do that, where would you even get an idea like that?" "My dream." Malik sighed once more, "(y/n), you're my daughter I would never do that to you." He picked you up and gently wiped the tears away that you didn't know were there. He swayed back and forth, knowing how it lulled you to sleep. Your head fell onto his shoulder and your grip on his shirt lessened, he kissed your head. "I will always protect and love you no matter what."
