Aoi P.O.V

For a long time, I've always been alone, I have no family and no friends. So I decided to move to Heartland where I'll be attending school there as well, people say I look weird because of my light blue hair and yellow eyes 'Is that why...? I don't have any family or friends because of how I look. Maybe someday, I'll meet someone who wants to be my friend and maybe find out who my family is.' The train had made a announcement that we're close to Heartland, I made sure all of my stuff is still there and not taken, once the train stopped at a train station, I made my way out of the train. "Wow, so this is Heartland." I left the station and everything is amazing 'This is amazing! I wonder what my new school is like?' I started walking to my new home

'Wow, so this place is my new home?' I entered the building and I was greeted by the front desk manager "Hello. Welcome, are you Aoi Suzuki?" I nodded my head and he gave me a key 

"This key is to your new home, it's room 187 and don't worry about the payment everything has been taken care of." I took the key and went to the elevator 'Let's see... room 187...187...' While I was looking for my room, I saw something falling

'White...rose petals...?' "At last you've come" 'Huh?' I turned around to see nobody 'That's strange. There's no one here?' I started walking to my room but I stopped at where  the petals were falling, it happened in front of my room 'The petals... were falling in front of my room...? That's really strange...' I used my key to unlock my door and my new is pretty nice as well.

'The living room area looks cute, I wonder what my room looks like' I started walking to my bedroom and it has my favorite color and designs

'I think... I might like my new home... and I hope I'll like my new school too.' I unpacked some of my stuff and clothes, after I finished unpacking and putting my stuff away, the day turned to night time 

"Oh. It's already dark, I should go out to eat and I'll shop for groceries tomorrow" I walked to the door, putting my shoes, I made I had my key with me and I left my home to a cafe or a convenience store at least. I left the apartment complex and started walking to find a cafe or a convenience store 

'Hm... I wonder whose voice I heard? It sounded happy like something has been found' While I lost in thought, I bumped into someone "Oh! I'm sorry!" I looked at the person who I bumped into and it was boy

"It's fine. Just watch where you're going alright." He left after saying that 'I didn't mean to... sigh... will I be able to talk more or even make any friends...?' 

I started walking again and I felt a hand my shoulder, I turned around and I saw the same boy again "Listen, I'm sorry for how I acted... I'm just in a bad mood that's all" Huh...? He was in a bad mood? I wonder what happened to him? 

"Uh... It's alright... It was my fault for not paying attention." I looked at the ground feeling embarrassed while talking to him... well technically he's the first to talk to me and I feel really nervous 

"So um... are alright?" "Y-yes! I'm just really nervous about talking to someone. Y-you see I-i'm actually really shy towards new people." 

"Huh, so you don't say. So does that mean you're new here then?" I nodded then I felt my hand being pulled 'H-huh?' 

"Come on, if you're new then might as well show you around." 'He wants to show me around? But why...? Does he want something from me? Oh no... what if he wants money?! I don't have a lot and I know I need to look for a part-time job for food and other stuff...! What am I going to do if he ask me for payment for showing me around?!' While I was lost in thought 

"Hey." 

"Gasp!" I freaked out a little 

"S-sorry! I wasn't paying attention again!" 

"It's fine, take a look at the view." I looked at the view he mentioned and I was in a awe.

"This view is amazing!" I smiled widely at this amazing view of the city and I didn't realize that the boy next to me was staring at me for quite sometime now 

"Ugh... sorry..." 

"Why are you apologizing?" My cheeks tinted pink a little 

"W-well... your probably bored with me around a-and I bumped into you while looking for a place to eat. So I'm very sorry!" 

"Wait, so you were looking for a place to eat?" I blushed when he asked and nodded 

"Well come on. I actually I know place." 

"O-okay..." We started walking again 'He's too kind. I wonder if I should ask him if he wants to be my friend?' 

"You've been quiet for awhile now, is there something you want to ask?" I flinched when he asked 

"W-well I-I was wondering i-if y-you..." I muttered at the end 

"Can you speak up? I couldn't hear what you said." I took a deep breath 

"I-I want you to be friend please!" He was taken back when I asked him 

"W-well if you want that is... It's okay if you don't want to...!" 

"Alright." Huh...? I looked at him with a confusion look on my face 

"I said alright, I'll be your friend" He smiled/smirked at me and without thinking I hugged him 

"T-thank you! Thank you so much!" He flustered a bit and I backed away from him 

"Since we're friends, I think introductions are in order. My name is Aoi Suzuki, it's nice to meet you." The boy smiled 

"Alright, well the names Shark." His name is Shark? That sounds really cool! 

"That name is really cool!" I didn't notice his blushing face until...

Grumble~

My stomach... I forgot I still to find a place to eat. 'Oh my goodness that's embarrassing! It was really loud too!' I felt a tap on my on shoulder

"C'mon. I know a place where you can eat." He held my hand and started walking. After walking for sometime we stopped at a cafe 'A cafe?' We entered and waiter showed us to our table 

"I used to come a lot with my sister in the past" 

"Huh? You have a sister?" Shark nodded "But she's in the hospital" 

"I'm sorry to hear that" The waiter came back and asked if we wanted anything to drink 

"I'll take a glass of water please" The waiter wrote it down then he looked at Shark "I'll have a soda" The waiter wrote down his order and left 

"So... what are you going to get?" I looked at the menu "I'll get curry, what about you?" Shark was looking at the menu 

"I'll get curry too." After a while, our waiter came back with our drinks 

"Water for the lady and soda for the gentlemen. Have you both decided on what you want this evening?" We both nodded and told the waiter our order 

"Alright two plates of curry." The waiter left after writing down our orders and now we're alone but... I have no idea on what should we talk about

"U-umm..." "So, since you're new around here does that mean you'll attend Heartland Academy?" I nodded my head 

"Well if your going there, then we'll see each other again." 

"O-oh yeah. It'll be nice since I hardly know anyone, so I'm lucky to know you first." I looked down when I felt my face heat up a little, then I heard Shark laugh a little which made my face turn bright red 

"Your orders" The waiter set our food on the table

'Wow!' After the waiter left, we started eating and after I took a bite

"Mmmm! This is so good!" I never curry this good before than again this is the first time I've ever tried! After we finished our food, Shark paid the bill and we left 

"U-um... I feel bad that you have to pay, s-so if you have something you want me to do I-I'll try my best to help you." He looked at me and patted my head 

"Don't worry about it. You don't owe me anything, so I'll do you a favor and walk you home." Shark said

"O-okay..." I took the lead and we started head to my home, while we were walking 

"Hey, do you have any hobbies that you like to do?" 

"W-well I-I l-like to s-sing.." 

"You have to sing for me someday then." Huh? Shark wants me to sing for him? Nobody had never asked me before, maybe I should... someday though. We reached my home and I said my goodbyes to Shark, we parted ways. Once I reached my home, I unlocked the door and went inside, locked the behind me, took my shoes off 

'I should take a bath before I go to bed' I grabbed a pair of pjs and went to the bathroom to take a relaxing bath.

After my bath, I went to my balcony and felt the nightly breeze 'Sigh... This feels nice. Maybe I should sing before I go to sleep...'

After I sang, I went back inside and went to sleep.

??? P.O.V

I was doing doing my work until I heard a beautiful melody 'This voice... it sounds lovely' Every now and then, the other emperor's and I hear that singing voice but we have no idea who's singing. After a while, singing stopped "I wonder who it is that sings so lovely..." I want to meet her, but I can't... Barian world and Astral world are at war so I don't have time to look for her. Maybe someday... I'll find her once the war has ended.
