Corey says "Not so Fast,  it doesn't work like that, Angewomon gains either or. You said light and she gained 1200 Atk. Now I play my white cat ability to revive from the graveyard in Atk Mode to Negate your Attack."

Lily says "Hold on, I play this my counter trap, Bound by chain my Attacking Monster is removed from play for two turns and so is Gatomon since she triggered my trap."

Duel disk: Intrusion penalty 2000 life points.

Seth says "Go Shadow of Six Samurai Shi En, and attack that Clear Moonlight Magician with Shadow Blade of Revenge."

Lily:1300-800

Corey says "Draw, I will have Flare Neos attack Shadow of Six Samurai Shi En. Burn to Ashes."

Seth:2000-1500=500

Corey says "Go Strike of the Seven." Neos Knight vanishes from the Field.

Corey says "Go Strike of the seven stars." Flare Neos vanished from the field.

Lily says "I lost."

Corey says "Today's not your day. Strike of the seven stars."

The seal closed onto Seth and his soul was trapped in the card of the Seal of the Moonlight. Corey says "I beat you, your soul should have been taken not my friends."

Lily leaves Aeris's body and takes the form of a being of pure energy. She says "Sorry but he belongs to the seal of Moonlight."

In the world of Duel Spirits, deep in the sealed area, a ton of stone tablets are there with Gatomon, she looks at each one and wonders what each one was doing here. Seraphim says "It feels good to be free my young Gatomon. Your other half has freed me. I'm forever in his debt."

Gatomon says "He's a piece of my spirit. We are united. Well not completely. When I take the pain, he does as well. It's our bond. Go on Punch me." Seraphomon does so and Corey was on the floor holding his stomach as someone punched him.

Gatomon says "See I didn't feel it. Also, I came here to figure out a way to stop the seal of the Moonlight."

Lily was spreading her Seal card to everyone and people were using it in duels. A massive loss of souls was going on. Evan was challenged by Blake, his older brother, to a duel.

Blake says "My brother it's time to duel."

Blake says "Draw, I Summon Fire Ant Assactor Defense mode. Next, I'll be ending my turn."

Evan says "Draw, I Summon Blackwing Blizzard the Far North. Next, no Penalty to Summon this guy, Black Wing Kris of Dawn and Bora the Spear. Now I tune Blizzard the Far North with Bora the Spear. I Synchro Summon Blackwing Armour Master. Next, I set a couple of cards to face down."

Nine turns later, Evan beat his brother and his soul was taken. On the mainland, Lily looks at a new place for her to hide from somebody that was chasing her.  She sees a young girl, about the same age as her. She was walking out of the city. She hides inside her shadow. Corey comes out looking for her.

Gatomon says “Try over there.”

Corey says “You know for a ghost cat, you are helpful.” He sees his sister with the Seal of the Moonlight taking her soul. It finally pushed him over.

The Realm of the Lost
Seth wakes up here and wonders “Why am I here, who am I?” Then a giant serpent-like beast appeared and eat him until Shi En and the other Six Samurais protected him. Other people started to appear in this dimension.

Lily says “Come duel me dad.”

Corey says “I want you to release Emily and Seth. They don’t need to be stuck in whatever place you sent them.”

Lily says “I have a wager, if you win, I’ll set everyone free. If I win, which you know I’ll be, I get your Souls.”

Gatomon says “He has the one soul, his own soul.”

Corey says “Deal.” They activate their duel disks. Lily was going first.

Lily says "I'm dueling the cat. Not you."

Gatomon says "Fine by me." She takes the duel disk and looks at Lily

Corey asks "You can see her?"

Lily says "Yes." Corey is pushed out of the seal and lands near a door in a different reality.

It says "Whoever can open this door will gain great new power but know that such a reward comes great risk. You would lose that which is most valuable to you.” In his hand was the key, his Cross.

Lily was beating Gatomon hard. She says "My three Clear Moonlight monsters out the power your Neos, Glow Moss, and Neo Angewomon. You should surrender."

A voice says "When two distant souls become One, the Power of Duel Spirits are revealed. Go Biomerge." It was Corey, he was giving off a blue Glow and Gatomon was giving off a Golden glow.

Lily asks "What's happening?"

Gatomon and Corey fly into the spiral that formed on the ground. They merge into an Angel. It says "I'm Biomerge, the Duelist. Now it's my turn. A truly powerful Duelist can change the outcome of a duel, he can even generate the very card they need. Go Shining draw." It was a new card.

Lily says "Oh no I know what that card is, Super Polymerization. You are going to fuse one of the monsters with yours."

The angel Duelist says "No, we created a new breed of cards, The Tamer Weapons. The first one is the Tamer Weapon: Heroes Blade. When I PLAY IT, IT CAN ONLY equip TO NEO ANGEWOMON or NEO LADYDEVIMON."

Gatomon says "Since it's summoned like that she gains an extra 400 Atk."

Neo Angewomon: ATK. 3000+400=3400

Biomerge says "Next I will activate her ability to negate your monster Abilities. Now Battle, Neo Angewomon attacks Clear Moonlight Dragon with Neo Celestial Arrows." It fired three arrows that destroyed Lily's monsters.

Lily:3000-2500=500

Lily asks "How?"

Biomerge says "Tamer Weapon Heroes Blade allows her to attack all three of your monsters at once. Now Neos ends this duel go Cosmic Crush." Neos Rams into Lily. She falls down defeated.  Biomerge was still standing and so was Lily. She was smiling.

Lily says "I played this, facedown card, Tamer Weapon Bio shield. It negates one Directly attack this turn and stops one monster from attacking as well."

Biomerge says "Let Seth go."

Lily says "Not unless you defeat me."

Biomerge says "I discard one card from my hand to activate Tamer Weapon Hero's Blade Monster effect, it deals you 500 points of damage for every Tamer Weapon on the field."

Lily says "Tamer Weapon Heroes Blade and Bio Shield. That's a thousand. I lost."

Biomerge looks happy as he was going to win. Lily couldn't think of a way out of losing. She lost.

Biomerge separates into a swapped version of Corey and Gatomon. Gatomon was in a human body and Corey was a duel spirit.

Gatomon says "Well I'm human and you are a duel spirit." Lily released all the Souls that were captured by the Seal of the Moonlight. Gatomon helps up Lily.

Lily says “I can’t believe I lost, now I can’t stop Master of Shadows destroying all duel spirits.”

Seth wakes up in the Hospital and a Friend was there. He says "Gatomon, Rihan, Shi Ens."

Corey says "I got a new power. The Power of Biomerge."
