"No! I didn't see anything!"

She screeched sharply as she squeezed her eyes tightly. The male had his eyes widened at her sudden outburst. She stepped backwards, trying to create much of distance between her and him.

"What do you mean? It was just right in front us, Kaiya!"

She placed her hands over her ears, blocking the noise out. It was chaotic. What were these memories entering her head? What was that sound she constantly hears in her mind? Everything was a blur and she didn't want to face the present now.

"Shut up!"

Her mouth had spewed out the words unconciously. Her so-called friends had started to approach her, taking steady steps towards her. A certain Duelist placed a hand on her, rubbing her back reassuringly.

"What's wrong, Ai?"

He questioned, concern lacing within his voice. She had slapped the hand away, startling him and his friends. She started trembling, tears prickling the corner of her eyes. He tried once more, placing both of his palms on both sides of her shoulders.

"Ai! What's wrong?"

She screamed, pushing him to the wooden tiles of the ground. She blinked open her eyes and the words escaped her mouth shocked them all, even to her.

"I want to stay human!"

She had her eyes fully widened and turned her blank gaze to her trembling hands. The silence was unbearable and honestly, it caught them off-guard. They weren't expecting her to say that. She bit her lower lip, hard and ran away, bursting out the sliding glass door.

"Kaiya! Wait!"

The crimson red-eyed boy had taken off after her after she ran away. The others were in the room, still blurry from the events that had happened not a few moments ago.

"Wait...she's not human?"

A certain Duelist had her eyes widened as everything suddenly clicked. Was that why her card was glowing? Was that the reason?

Meanwhile, the young lilac purple-haired female ran, as far as her feet could carry her. She couldn't believe it. She couldn't believe it! Why? What did she mean by human? Wasn't she human already? Even so, why? Her knees gave way as she leaned against the light brown trunk of the tree.

She set her eyes on her trembling pale hands. She was confused. Everything was a haze. Just what was going on? Just what were these memories? Just what is happening? She combed her slim fingers through the tresses of her hair.

She was utterly confused. She was completely lost. She felt as if she went astray. She just didn't know what to do.
