The next day Ryou and Emma were walking hand in hand to a restaurant, they were happy at the fact they were able to work it out together. Emma promised Ryou that she won't overreact if anything was to occur.

Ryou promised that he would be more understanding. As they were walking, they bumped into Ryou's friends, Yugi, Joey and Tristan.

"Ryou did you heard the news?"

Yugi asked

"What news? What's going on?"

Ryou asked curiously.

"Last night Miho was murdered, after she got out of work"

Tristan said sadly with his head low. He really liked her.

"What? Who would do such a thing?"

Ryou asked concern. Emma had a sympathy look but in the inside she was smirking evilly 'hmmm it appears beloved actually did what I told him'

"They don't have a clue, the detectives are saying its a cold case"

Joey said worriedly.

"Oh dear"

Ryou said sadly. After departing with friends, Ryou and Emma were walking hand in hand again going home after the restaurant but Ryou was silent the whole time.

As they arrived home, Emma happily walked to the living room stretching.

"Hey babe, how about we go watch a movie?"

Emma waited for a reply but nothing came, confused she turned around to see Ryou standing on the door way thinking lost in his own little world. Emma walked up to him.

"Babe?.......honey?......Ryou!?"

Ryou finally snapped out of it after Emma kept getting his attention.

"Oh sorry"

"What's wrong?"

"Its just...."

Ryou didn't know how to say it.

"Its just what?"

"I'm starting to notice a pattern, did you do something with Miho"

Emma blinked at that question.

"I don't understand"

"When ever you come across someone you hate, the next day they always end up dead. Even if its for the smallest thing, stepping on your shoe, or when they are too slow."

Emma smiled at him kindly.

"Ryou honestly i have nothing to do with it. Its just a coincidence."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes I'm sure. Ryou I'm hurt that you don't trust me."

Emma turned around to face the other direction sadly. Ryou shook his head and walked behind Emma wrapping his arm around her waist giving light kisses to her neck.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry I assumed the worse. Forgive me?"

Emma smiled and turned to face him, wrapping her arms around his neck.

"You are forgiven"

Emma closed the distance pressing her lips to his. The kiss was loving and passionate as they pulled apart staring into each others eyes. They planned to watch a movie together, Ryou got the snacks ready and Emma picked out a movie. After hours of watching endless movie, they were found cuddling together wrapped up in the blanket.

Ryou was fast asleep and Emma was still awake, she smirk and tap the millennium ring three times until Bakura was in Ryou's place. Bakura looked down to see Emma looking up at him having her in his arms.

"What do you need?"

"Nothing I just missed you that's all"

Bakura scoffs

"You know Ryou is going to find out later on what's going on between us"

Emma smirk

"Yeah later"

Silenced filled the room but Bakura broke the silence.

"Love I miss you"

Emma smiled at him

"I know I miss you too"

Bakura then forced his lips back on Emma bringing them into another make out session. Bakura was rubbing Emma's thigh trying to lift up her skirt, but Emma pulled away.

"Bakura please"

Bakura grunts and moves away from her crossing his arm. Emma knew she hurt his feeling but she had no choice or else Ryou will know something is up.

"I'll make it up to you for waiting for too long"

Bakura snarls and a flash of light came from the millennium ring and Ryou was looking around confused. He turned to see Emma on the couch smiling.

"Did something happened?"

He asked, Emma shook her head.

"Oh okay, well its already late how about we go to bed"

Emma nodded. She went to her room and got into her sleeping outfit, she turned of the lights and got into bed thinking about Ryou. Just then she heard the door to her room open and someone got into bed with her and wrapped their arm around her waist.

"Ryou?"

"You don't mind do you?"

Emma smiled

"No, I like it"

"Okay because I am going in the same bed with you more often."

They remained quiet but then Emma broke the silence.

"Hey babe?"

"Yeah"

"You know my house is pretty big and I was wondering if you can go live with me?"

"Yeah, I would like that idea"

Emma turned around and looked at him in surprise.

"Really?"

Ryou smiled at her happily.

"Really"

Emma squealed and jumped on him until she was on top and giving him a passionate loving kiss on the lips.
