A few years passed and Ryou and Emma's relationship continue to grow, Ryou officially moved in with Emma and was surprised that it was really big like a mansion. Ryou graduated and is working at a hospital as a Doctor.

The spirit of the millennium ring was gone when Yugi was able to send Atem back to the afterlife. Emma was currently the biggest and bests lawyers out of all of Domino City. Its really no wonder why she argues with Ryou, she is good at what she do.

Emma was in her office going over her case of her witnesses and evidence making sure she has everything she needs for to go to court. After a few hours of the court session she walked back to her office with a smile.

They found her client innocent, she was on her way to the office when her secretary signaled her to wait.

"Someone stopped by your office, he said to keep it anonymous"

Emma smiled and nodded as she proceed to her office.

'Dumbass you gave it away when you said he'

Emma shook her head and walked inside her office. Emma stopped and smiled as she walked up to her desk. There was a vase of flowers of lilies along with a teddy bear saying 'i love you with a heart'.

Emma sat her papers and brief case to the side and took a smell of her favorite flower.

"Oh Ryou, you be taking my breathe away since day one"

She spotted an envelope next to the bear. She picked it up and it had a small heart in the center. She opened it to reveal a love card.

Dear love,

I want you to know i love you and that if tonight you want to have dinner at your favorite restaurant, what do you say?"

Emma smiled and put down the card and grab the teddy bear giving it a tight hug. Until a voice startled her.

"What do you say?"

She quickly turned around and it was Ryou sitting down on her couch she has in her office, she quickly put a hand to her chest letting out a shaking chuckle.

"You scared me?"

"Sorry about that"

Ryou got up and walked up to Emma wrapping his arm around her waist and she wrapped her arm around his neck.

"So..."

"My answer is yes, since when did i ever turn you down?"

She asked playfully with a raised eyebrow, Ryou chuckled.

"Baby with you I am always turned on"

Emma laughed at his flirting and leaned her forehead on his, he gently gave her a loving kiss on the lips.

*At Dinner*
"Ryou this is really amazing its hard to get into these restaurants."

"Well, you deserve the best because you are someone very special to me"

"I better be the only one"

The both laughed, Ryou had a table reserve outside on the balcony it was very pricey but because Ryou is a doctor he gets paid more and plus he had a special plan for the occasion. They ordered food and now they were just waiting for their desserts.

Just then a guy stepped out to the balcony playing a violin. Emma was surprised and looked at Ryou who stood up and stretched out his hand for her.

"May i have this dance?"

"Of course you may"

She grabbed his hand and together they danced through the lovely sound but came to an end when their desserts arrived. Emma looked at her slice of cheesecake and gasp both of her hands went to cover her mouth. Tears wanted to be released, she looked to see Ryou getting up and grabbed the plate getting on one knee to her holding out the plate to her.

"Emma, you are the most amazing and special person to me. You started out as a friend, then a best friend and then to becoming my girlfriend but from this day forward i want to go to the next level with you and i want to be my wife and spend the rest of my life right beside you. Emma Rose will you marry me?"

Tears were finally released and Emma cried nodding happily.

"Yes yes i will marry you"

Ryou took the diamond ring that was on top of the cheesecake, making sure to clean it before slipping it on to his fiancee finger. Ryou got up and took hold of Emma bringing her into a passionate kiss as the musician continue to play the instrument. The people from inside cheered for the new couple.

They both pulled away panting

"Oh Ryou you just made me the happiest lady alive."

Ryou smiled

"To be honest i felt like i didn't deserve you"

Emma smiled

"You deserve it and besides you are the only girl for me"

"I love you Ryou"

"I love you too Emma"

They both kissed again happily in each others arms.
