The next day Ryou planned a special date with Emma. His plan was to take her out to the beach, go to a restaurant called Cheese Cake Factory and then finally to the movies. Ryou got dressed in a outfit not too fancy and not too lazy just casual with a dress up light blue button shirt along with beige color pants.

Emma stepped out of her room.

"Hey Ryou, what do you think?"

She said doing a small twirl. Ryou smiled grabbing her hand pulling her into him and kissed her on the cheek.

"You look beautiful as always"

He said looking into her green eyes, Emma smiled with a light blush creeping on her face.

"So shall we get going?"

He said opening the door for her waiting for his girlfriend to go first.

"My what a gentlemen"

They both laughed and together hand in hand they walked to the beach. There was a lot of people, playing in the water, fishing or just hanging out. Ryou decided to take her to the arcade to have some fun.

They got on rides, and Ryou tried to impress Emma with the testing your strength and surprisingly he got the highest score that also surprise​ himself. Ryou won and gave Emma a Kuriboh fluffy bear.

Later they went to the cheesecake factory. The waiter gave them a table saying

"Someone else will be right with you, my shift is over. Have a good night"

Emma and Ryou nodded as they looked over what they wanted to order. Then a girl with purple hair with the waitress outfit came. Her name is Miho

"No way Ryou Bakura, wow you look very handsome."

Miho said looking at Ryou with sparkling eyes. Ryou was surprised Miho was working here and Emma didn't like the fact this girl was talking to her Ryou.

((A/N Emma is a jealous type and gets mad very easily))

"What are you doing here?"

Miho asked battling her eyes at him. Ryou sweat dropped and scratch the back of his head.

"T-this is my friend E-Emma"

Ryou said nervously, Emma looked at him with an angry face and with a raised eyebrow. Ryou saw the look and quickly changed his answer.

"I-I mean this is my girlfriend"

He said quickly, Miho then realized that Emma was there and then looked at Ryou.

"Well you know people make mistakes"

Emma angrily stood up from her chair and got on Miho's face

"And what the hell does that suppose to mean?!"

She said angrily, Miho then took a step back everyone from around the restaurant was looking at the two people who were standing. Ryou quickly tried to intervene.

He grabbed hold of Emma's hand and pulled her down.

"Emma come on sit down, she didn't mean anything by that"

Emma reluctantly sat back down glaring at Miho. Ryou gave Miho their order and quickly left. Emma was still fuming about the situation but Ryou tried to distract her with a conversation at least.

"Please just relax and stay calm"

"Okay okay fine"

Miho then came back with their drink. Miho then accidently tripped over nothing and spill the drink on her. Emma gasp and quickly stood up and angrily slapped Miho on the face.

"Watch where your going you idiot or else I would sue this place"

She yelled at Miho, who stood staring at Emma dumbfounded she then look at Ryou who was concern.

"Ryou I'm sorry I ruined yours and your friend day out"

"Um..."

But Emma cut her off.

"Instead of making conversations, how about you go back and give me a freaking​ refill along with some napkins"

Miho quickly ran back to the kitchen. Ryou was about to say something but Emma hold her hand silencing him. Her patience is wearing thin. Just then Miho came back with the glass.

Emma then saw the glass and looked up at Miho.

"Where are the napkins?"

"Inside the glass?"

Emma closed her eyes breathing in and out.

"What? You said along with the napkins"

Miho then sat with Ryou and whispered on his ear.

"I think your friend has anger issues"

Emma felt her eye twitch and got up and threw her drink at Ryou and Miho catching them by surprise. Emma looked at Ryou

"Thanks for dinner friend"

She sneered walking out of the restaurant angrily, Ryou let out a sigh. As he got home, he went to Emma's room and was surprised to find it locked.

"Emma? Are you okay?"

No response

"Look I just want to say I'm sorry what Miho did. Can we please talk about this?"

Still no response.

"I guess your asleep, i'll try and talk to you tomorrow in the morning for we can settle this. Good night Emma."

Ryou said retreating into his room letting out a sigh. Emma was in her room in bed silently crying.

'Ryou you didn't defend me, you didn't push that girl away and most importantly I thought we actually had something going on between us but I see now I will always remain your friend nothing more and nothing less'
