The next day Karla moved out along with Sapphire. Mokuba saw them pack, but he hated to see his family leave. Kaiba already said his goodbye to his daughter and to his wife but she just brushed by him without looking back.

"Karla!"

Mokuba yelled. Karla looked back to see it was Mokuba running towards her.

"What's wrong?"

"Why are you being stubborn about this, my big brother is trying to apologize to you but you keep pushing him away. It doesn't has to end like this"

Karla closed her eyes letting out a sigh.

"Mokuba you don't understand"

"What don't i understand. My big brother had no one but me and you had no one else except your dad but he's gone along with your mom"

Karla opened her eyes narrowing at him.

"My Mom isn't dead"

"What? But you said..."

"I know what i said she might as well be dead. She cheated on my dad and my Dad took her to court and got full custody over me, she didn't bother to put up a fight for me. She was happy to give me away"

"So your going to let history repeat itself?"

"If it has to be then it will. Honestly i don't want to do this I still love Seto but he should have come and talk to me instead of doing what he did behind my back. See you in family court next week"

Karla got in the car with Sapphire in the backseat waving at Mokuba as they drove away from the mansion. Kaiba was looking at them leave from his bedroom window, letting out a sigh.

'I really do love you Karla and i regret every moment that i was away from you. Your a good girl and i had no right to do that to you but i want to make things right again'

Kaiba thought sadly.

*Next Week*
Kaiba and Karla were in the court room along with their lawyers. Mokuba was sitting right beside Sapphire and behind Karla just one bench away.

"Okay so what's on the agenda today Ms. Hertz"

Asked the judge

"Seto Kaiba VS Karla Kaiba"

Said the clerk. The judge nodded and looked towards the lawyers.

"Okay, counselor speak first for Mrs. Kaiba"

"Thank you your honor. My client is filing for divorce and full custody of their daughter Sapphire Kaiba"

"I see, What's your motive?"

"She basically wouldn't tolerate Mr. Kaiba's infidelity"

"Object your honor, my client was trying to apologize for his action but apparently stubbornness gets in the way"

The judge raised his hand

"You'll get your chance counselor. Continue"

*With Mokuba and Sapphire*

Sapphire was looking at the dispute of her parents argument, it was breaking her heart. She began to feel dizzy and a slight nausea.

"Um Uncle Moki, i don't feel good"

Mokuba placed his hand over her forehead and was shock

"Sapphire, your burning up"

"I want to go home"

"I know but.."

An officer walked up to Mokuba and tap him on the shoulder.

"Sir there is no talking in here while court is in session"

"Yeah i know sorry"

The officer walked back to his post and Mokuba looked at Sapphire face began to turn bright red and sweating. She got up wobbly trying to walk towards her parents.

"Sapphire you have to sit down"

"I-i need to go home. M-mommy, Daddy p-please...."

Sapphire didn't finish her sentence as she fainted to the floor. Mokuba tried to catch her.

"Sapphire, hey someone help please!!"

The Judge, counselors and Karla and Kaiba looked back and saw Sapphire on the floor.

"Trials on hold until further notice"

Said the judge before slamming the mallet. Both the parents quickly ran up to her.

"Mokuba what happened?"

"I don't know she said that she felt dizzy and she's burning up"

Kaiba lifted Sapphire up into his arms. Karla moved her daughter's hair away from her eyes.

"How was she this morning?"

Kaiba asked

"She was just fine, she told me she felt butterflies in her stomach but i assumed it was because she was nervous"

"You're going to be okay sweetheart, just hang on."

Karla looked at Kaiba

"We need to get her to a hospital"

"We can't"

"Why not because there's traffic"

Karla smirk

"Then let's run it"

Kaiba smirk and hold his daughter tight and ran out of the courtroom and into the streets. They quickly got to the nearest hospital and the nurses and doctors quickly got to work with Sapphire.

Karla and Kaiba were concern for their daughter. Karla went to fill out the form, while Kaiba went to see if their is any news about their daughter's condition. Mokuba was in the waiting room waiting patiently as he can.
