A few weeks past by after the incident in the office, everything was back to normal. Except for Kaiba who is starting to see things that he never notice before.

Karla really has change Kaiba for the better, he was less cold and more fun. He never thought anyone can change him but apparently Karla made a way to his cold heart.

Just as promise Kaiba wanted to apologize and what better way then to take his girlfriend out to dinner. Kaiba was in office making reservations when Karla barge inside the office, Kaiba quickly tried to hide some papers.

"Karla what are you doing? Shouldn't you be in your own office working?"

Karla grimaced

"Yeah I should, but my show is on"

Kaiba rollee his eyes as Karla made her way to his couch.

"And you couldn't watch t.v. in your office because ...."

"Because I also wanted to see you"

Karla turned to see Kaiba behind his desk working looking at her, Karla simply smiled and waved. Kaiba shook his head, and made his way to the couch and sat right next to Karla.

"Since your here it saves me the trouble"

Karla looked at him

"Okay"

"Tonight we are going out for dinner"

Karla pouted

"Why, you know I hate the fancy dinner"

"I just said dinner, I didn't say anything about fancy you ungrateful brat"

Karla pout turn into a smile

"What's the occasion?"

"Remember, I told you I wnated to make it up to you about act we put up"

"Ooohhh that"

"Yeah so we are going out tonight"

"Okay, should I dress fancy?"

"Just casual"

Kaiba then got up and walk back to his desk to finish his work. Karla smiled getting up from the couch forgetting about her show and making her way to the desk. She happily leaned over towards Kaiba and gave him a light kiss on the cheek.

"Thank you"

Karla whispered but Kaiba heard her loud and clear.

*Dinner*

Later that day, Karla and Kaiba got dressed up and made their way to the restaurant. They got a table that was isolated on the balcony, live music was playing softly. The sun was setting creating a beautiful picture in the sky.

Kaiba and Karla ordered their food and ate and just made light conversation.

"You know you didn't have to do this"

"I know but I wanted to make it up to you and I have a surprise"

Karla smirk as she saw her boyfriend got up and went to the band and grabbed a mic, it caught everyone in the restaurant attention. Karla smirk was replaced by a red blush on her face.

"This is for you Karla"

As Kaiba finished singing, everyone clapped and was surprise he can sing. Karla got up and ran to her boyfriend bringing him into a tight hug, she had her arms wrapped around his neck and he had his arms wrapped around her waist.

They both pulled away slightly to look at each others face. Karla's eyes were shining bright, looking into Kaiba's blue gentle eyes.

"Did I really change you?"

"In more than one way"

Karla smiled and closed her eyes pressing her lips to his. Kaiba happily closed the distance between them, as the musicians continue to play. They both pulled apart panting and decided to dance along with the soft music in a slow motion dance wrapped up in each others arms.
