A/N I don't own Yugioh GX

Syrus and Heather's relationship was spread through the whole academy. As they walked hand in hand their were many stares from guys and girls. The guys were talking saying what they would give to be in Syrus position. As for the girls they are saying what kind of girl like Heather would be with a lame person like Syrus.

As for Syrus and Heather they could careless of what others are thinking. They were currently walking hand in hand in the pale moon light next to the lake, Syrus was confused when Heather came to a stop.

"Heather is there something wrong?"

Heather looked at him with a smile

"No but I was thinking the moon is beautiful tonight"

Syrus smiled as they both turned towards the moon. An idea then popped into Syrus head.

"You want to dance?"

Heather looked at Syrus surprised.

"But there's no music?"

"That's okay, we can use our imagination"

Syrus then grabbed hold of Heather's hand and wrapped his other arm around Heather's waist. Heather blushed and put one hand on his shoulder and gently laid her head on his shoulder. As they move together in perfect harmony.

As they continued to move together, Heather began to hum. Syrus smiled and gently spoke.

"Don't hold back your voice, I want to hear you"

Heather blushed and began to sing.

Once, there was a way to get back homeward
Once, there was a way to get back home
Sleep, pretty darling, do not cry
And I will sing a lullaby...

"Hey hello"

Syrus and Heather pulled apart and was surprised to see Jaden rowing a boat in the lake.

"Jaden what are you doing here?"

"I should be asking you the same thing Syrus. You guys it late abd tomorrow we have class"

"Oh right sorry i completely forgot"

Syrus looked at Heather and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"Sorry to cut the date short"

"Its no problem Syrus I understand. I should be getting back inside myself"

"Have a goodnight"

"Goodnight Syrus and Jaden"

"Night"

Heather than walked away from them and headed to her dorm. Syrus got on the boat with Jaden as he rowed them back to their side.

"Jaden was the big deal its only 9:35"

"Yeah I know"

"Then what?"

"Well lately you been lagging it in class and this time its not because of me"

"Since when did you ever care about my grades in class"

"Since you started going to lala in your head during class all because of Heather"

"Wow I didn't even notice, but hey can you blame me. I mean she is my first girlfriend"

"I know that Syrus and I'm happy got you but just make sure their is a time to learn and a time to day dream"

"What do you expect she is my dream girl"

Syrus said with a goofy smile.

"Yeah yeah yeah"

Jaden said rolling his eyes.

"I'm just looking out for you buddy"

"Thanks Jaden"

*Next Day*

"Hey Jaden!!"

Jaden stopped and turn and was surprised to see Heather running towards him.

"Oh hey Heather what's up?"

"Nothing much. So where's Syrus?"

"He got in trouble again in class. Day dreaming....again"

"Oh... Well when you see him, can you tell him to meet me at..."

But Jaden cut her off.

"Uh actually Heather, I was thinking if you take it easy with Syrus"

Heather raised one eyebrow

"What do you mean?"

"What I mean is that you both stay up late and you probably won't get in trouble but he will"

"Ooohhhh okay I think i understand what your saying"

Heather casted her eyes down and Jaden quickly notice that Heather got upset

"Well hey don't get upset, I mean you both can go on dates still just only in the day time"

With that said Heather looked up at him with a gentle smile.

"Thanks for the suggestion Jaden. I appreciate it"

"No problem Heather. See you later"

Heather nodded and walked away into her dorm room and got started in her homework. Half an hour later, Heather stood up from her chair and stretched.

"Ugh that's better, I'm more catched up on my work"

'Knock knock'

Heather looked towards the door surprised.

"Hmmm who could that be?"

Heather went to open the door and was surprised to see Syrus standing in her door way.

"Syrus? What are you doing here?"

"Well I thought I can spend some time with my girlfriend"

Heather smiled and let Syrus in

"Of course you can and oh Jaden gave me some good advice to have out dates in the day time instead of the night time. What do you think?"

"I don't care at long as I can spend time with you"

Heather smiled and kissed him on the cheek.

"You are just too sweet"
