Two Years Ago, Location: Unknown

Time: Midnight

Azure Nile was currently walking through the woods in the middle of the night as the full moon shined over him. He was currently wearing a black cloak over his regular clothes, which also concealed his duel disk.

As he finally managed to leave the forest and was now striding through a grassy field, a random Duel Monsters card was thrown right in front of him, causing him to stop. Azure then turned his attention to the source of the card's origin. When he got a clearer picture, he spotted an individual wearing an all black coat. The black coat is a full-length black coat with a hood and a waist-high slit going up the back (similar to a ). It has a large silver zipper that fastens at the top and zips down to seal the coat. It has silver drawstrings for the hood decorated with a large silver bead hanging from the end and a silver chain ornament adorned with four large cylindrical silver beads that fastens to a loop on either side of the collarbone region. Additionally, this mysterious individual wore a black and red Battle City Beta style duel disk on his left arm.

Black Coat: Are you the one they call... Azure Nile?

Azure looked at the hooded figure, looking incredibly unamused.

Azure: Depends on who's askin'?

Black Coat: My identity matters not. Just know that I am a "collector" of sorts. I go around challenging duelists, and acquiring their rarest card as my bounty.

Azure: So, what does a dueling collector like you want with someone like me?

The black hooded figure suddenly began chuckling, causing Azure to look at him confused.

Black Coat: Hehehehehe... I think that should be obvious! What I am after...

He then pointed his right index figure directly at Azure's left arm, which was still hidden underneath the cloak.

Black Coat: ... Is the most valuable card in your possession!!

Azure: You mean...?

Black Coat: That's right. The one and only "Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon"... A card so rare and powerful would make such a nice addition to MY collection.

Azure just sighed at the hooded man.

Azure: Seriously? Sorry to have to tell you this, but my Azure-Eyes is NOT for sale!

Black Coat: Hmph! I had a feeling you'd say that, so why don't we just settle this the old fashioned way?

Azure: Okay, and what exactly are the stakes?

Black Coat: Oh, that's a simple one to answer. If I win, then your Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon becomes mine! And if I lose, then I'll never bother you ever again.

After listening to the terms, Azure just smirked. Then, not wasting any time, Azure quickly discarded his cloak to the sky and immediately activated his blue Blade style duel disk on his left arm. [1]

Azure: Alright pal, you got yourself a duel!

Black Coat: Heh! I look forward to this!

The man in black activated his own duel disk. After both players pulled their respective decks, they both stared directly at each other as the wind blew all throughout the night.

Both: Let's Duel!

Azure Nile: 8000 LP

Black Coat: 8000 LP

Azure: I'll start first!

After pulling a card from his deck, he looked at the card he just drew and commenced his turn.

Azure: I summon the Skilled White Magician in Attack Mode!

Azure summoned a magician wearing a white robe with a hood covering its face.

Skilled White Magician - (LIGHT/Spellcaster/Effect) - (LVL: 4/ATK: 1700/DEF: 1900)

Azure: Next, I'll activate the Spell Card: Dark World Dealings. Each player must draw 1 card, then we discard 1 card to the graveyard.

Both players then drew one extra card, then discarded one of the cards in each of their hands to the graveyard. After doing this, one of the orbs on Skilled White Magician's robes began to glow a bright blue color.

Skilled White Magician - (LIGHT/Spellcaster/Effect) - (LVL: 4/ATK: 1700/DEF: 1900) - Spell Counter: 1

Azure: I end my turn by placing two cards face-down. It's your move!

Black Coat: Heh! My turn. Because you have a monster on the field, I can Special Summon this monster to the field. Come forth, Cyber Dragon!

A silver, machine-like dragon appeared on the field.

Cyber Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 5/ATK: 2100/DEF: 1600)

Azure: That's not good.

Black Coat: Now, Cyber Dragon, attack with Evolution Burst!

Cyber Dragon then fired a large energy wave from its mouth at Skilled White Magician, however Azure anticipated this, and merely smirked.

Azure: Not so fast! I activate my Trap Card: Mirror Wall.

As the blast nearly reached Skilled White Magician, a giant wall of glass emerged from the ground and the blast collided with Cyber Dragon's attack, though the wall was not destroyed. Then, Cyber Dragon began glitching as something had happened to it.

Black Coat: My Cyber Dragon! What did you do?!!

Azure: Heh! Don't you know? When Mirror Wall is activated, your monster's ATK points get cut in half.

Cyber Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 5/ATK: 1050/DEF: 1600)

Azure: Skilled White Magician, send Cyber Dragon back to the junkyard!

The magician then raised his staff and fired a beam of light at Cyber Dragon, destroying it completely.

Black Coat LP: 8000 = 7350

Black Coat: Damn it! I lay one card face-down, ending my turn.

Azure Nile: 8000 LP

Black Coat: 7350 LP

Azure: My turn. I draw! First, I'll remove Mirror Wall from my side of the field.

The trap card suddenly disappeared from Azure's field.

Azure: Next, I'll play the Spell Card: Pot of Greed, allowing me to draw 2 cards.

After drawing two new cards, another one of the orbs on Skilled White Magician's robes began to glow a bright blue color.

Skilled White Magician - (LIGHT/Spellcaster/Effect) - (LVL: 4/ATK: 1700/DEF: 1900) - Spell Counter: 2

Azure: Finally, I activate my other face-down Trap Card: Dust Tornado. This trap allows me to target 1 Spell/Trap my opponent controls; destroying it, then I can Set 1 Spell/Trap from my hand.

A sudden gust of wind appeared out of the Trap Card and instantly destroyed Black Coat's face-down card, which was the Trap Card: Attack Reflector Unit.

Azure: I lay one card face-down, ending my turn.

Black Coat: My turn. First, I Special Summon another Cyber Dragon from my hand in Attack Mode.

Another Cyber Dragon appeared on the field, letting out a mechanical roar.

Cyber Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 5/ATK: 2100/DEF: 1600)

Black Coat: Next, I activate the Spell Card: Cyber Revsystem. This allows me to Special Summon 1 "Cyber Dragon" from my hand or Graveyard. Also, it cannot be destroyed by card effects.

The first Cyber Dragon then returned from the hooded figure's graveyard.

Cyber Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 5/ATK: 2100/DEF: 1600)

Black Coat: Now, because both of my Cyber Dragons are level 5, I can overlay them in order to perform an Xyz Summon!

Azure: Xyz Summon?!

The hooded duelist stretched his arm out as both of his level 5 Cyber Dragons cried out as they turned into a red colored energy and shot out into the air.

Black Coat: With the help of these two monsters, I can now construct the Overlay Network in order to Xyz Summon a monster unlike anything you've seen before!

It was then that a galaxy-like portal appeared in swirling motion in front of Black Coat as the two energies entered the portal before a column of blue energy emerged from the portal.

Black Coat: Say hello to Cyber Dragon Nova!!

Emerging from the portal was a massive, mechanical dragon with a black, silver, gold, and red color scheme and a large red energy core at its center.

Cyber Dragon Nova - (LIGHT/Machine/Xyz/Effect) - (Rank: 5/ATK: 2100/DEF: 1600)

Black Coat: Now, I activate my Cyber Dragon Nova's special ability! By detaching 1 material from this card, I can then target 1 "Cyber Dragon" in your Graveyard; and Special Summon that target.

A bright light emerged from the ground as Cyber Dragon reappeared onto the field.

Cyber Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 5/ATK: 2100/DEF: 1600)

Black Coat: Now, I'll activate Cyber Dragon Nova's other ability! By banishing 1 "Cyber Dragon" that's on my side of the field; Cyber Dragon Nova gains 2100 ATK points until the end of this turn.

It was then that Cyber Dragon turned into a stream of energy that transferred itself into the center core of Cyber Dragon Nova, increasing its attack power.

Cyber Dragon Nova - (LIGHT/Machine/Xyz/Effect) - (Rank: 5/ATK: 4200/DEF: 1600)

Azure: 4200 ATK points?!!

Black Coat: This is gonna sting a little. Cyber Dragon Nova, attack the Skilled White Magician with Cybernetic Flame Burst!!!

Cyber Dragon Nova then fired a large wave of fire and electricity from its mouth at Skilled White Magician, but just like before, Azure anticipated this.

Azure: Is that all you got? I activate the Trap Card: Skill Drain!

Azure Nile LP: 8000 = 7000

Azure: After paying 1000 LP, the effects of all face-up monsters that are face-up on the field are negated.

Suddenly, Cyber Dragon Nova began steaming as it lost power.

Cyber Dragon Nova - (LIGHT/Machine/Xyz/Effect) - (Rank: 5/ATK: 2100/DEF: 1600)

However, the attack of Cyber Dragon Nova continued on its path and destroyed the Skilled White Magician.

Azure Nile LP: 7000 = 6600

Black Coat: Tch! Lucky move, punk! I end my turn by placing two cards face-down.

Azure: Now it's my turn!

After pulling a card from his deck, he looked at the card he just drew and smirked.

Azure: Here we go! I play the Spell Card: Supply Squad! Because a monster I controlled was destroyed by battle, I get to draw one card from my deck.

Not wasting any time, Azure quickly pulled out a new card from his deck.

Azure: Now, because this card is added from my Deck to my hand by a card effect: I can Special Summon Watapon to the field in Defense Mode!

A small, round, fluffy, pastel pink colored creature with big, blue eyes and two antennae appeared on the field.

Watapon - (LIGHT/Fairy/Effect) - (LVL: 1/ATK: 200/DEF: 300)

Azure: But I'm afraid that my little pink friend won't be around for long! Because I am going to sacrifice him in order to Special Summon Kaiser Glider in Attack Mode!

A golden, mechanical dragon-like monster appeared right where Watapon originally was.

Kaiser Glider - (LIGHT/Dragon/Effect) - (LVL: 6/ATK: 2400/DEF: 2200)

Azure: But that's not all! I'll power my dragon up with the Spell Card: Rush Recklessly! This card allows me to target 1 face-up monster I have on the field, and that monster gains 700 additional ATK points until the end of this turn.

After activating the effects of his Spell Card, a crimson-red aura began surrounding Kaiser Glider as his ATK points began to increase.

Kaiser Glider - (LIGHT/Dragon/Effect) - (LVL: 6/ATK: 3100/DEF: 2200)

Azure: Kaiser Glider, attack Cyber Dragon Nova!

Kaiser Glider then fired a stream of fire from its mouth, which destroyed Cyber Dragon Nova.

Black Coat LP: 7350 = 6350

Azure: I lay three cards face-down, ending my turn.

Kaiser Glider - (LIGHT/Dragon/Effect) - (LVL: 6/ATK: 2400/DEF: 2200)

Black Coat: My turn!

The hooded man looked at the card he just drew and smirked.

Black Coat: I activate the Spell Card: Pot of Greed! Now I can draw 2 cards from my deck. And now, because you've got a monster on the field and I don't, I can Special Summon my third Cyber Dragon to the field in Attack Mode!

A third Cyber Dragon suddenly appeared on the field.

Cyber Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 5/ATK: 2100/DEF: 1600)

Black Coat: Now because I was able to Special Summon Cyber Dragon to the field, I can now Special Summon Cyber Dragon Vier from my hand to the field in Defense Mode.

Another cybernetic dragon with a shiny, pinkish-white color appeared right next to Cyber Dragon.

Cyber Dragon Vier - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 4/ATK: 1100/DEF: 1600

Black Coat: Now because this monster is on the field, every "Cyber Dragon" monster I control gains an extra 500 ATK/DEF points.

It was then that both Cyber Dragon and even Cyber Dragon Vier had a purple aura surrounding them.

Cyber Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 5/ATK: 2600/DEF: 2100)

Cyber Dragon Vier - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 4/ATK: 1600/DEF: 2100)

Azure: Wait, what?! Why did Cyber Dragon Vier gain 500 ATK/DEF points?

Black Coat: Whenever Cyber Dragon Vier is on the field or in the Graveyard, its name becomes "Cyber Dragon", meaning that it also gains the added benefits of its own effect.

Both of the Black Coat's Cyber Dragons began roaring at each other, before turning their attention directly towards Azure.

Black Coat: Now, first I'll have my Cyber Dragon destroy your Kaiser Glider with Evolution Burst!

Cyber Dragon then fired a large energy wave from its mouth at Kaiser Glider, reducing it to cinders.

Azure Nile LP: 6600 = 6400

Black Coat: I'm not done yet! Go, Cyber Dragon Vier, attack him directly!

The other mechanical dragon fired a purple energy beam directly at Azure, knocking him off his feet and causing him to cry out in pain.

Azure Nile LP: 6400 = 4800

Black Coat: Hehehehehe. It won't be long now... before I relieve you of your prized possession! My turn is done.

Azure quickly recovered from the previous attack and got back on his feet.

Azure: About time. I draw!

As soon as he looked at the card he just drew, Azure knew what needed to be done.

Azure: Alright! For my turn, I play the Spell Card: Graceful Charity! Now I can draw three extra cards, at the cost of discarding two from my hand.

After looking at the three new cards in his hand, Azure couldn't help but smile.

Azure: First, I'm activating the effects of The White Stone of Legend from my Graveyard!

A bright, white colored egg appeared on the field, which was being held in a stand made of rock.

The White Stone of Legend - (LIGHT/Dragon/Tuner/Effect) - (LVL: 1/ATK: 300/DEF: 250)

Black Coat: What?!! How can you use your monster's effect?!!

Azure: Simple. If this card is ever sent to the Graveyard: I can add 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from my Deck to my hand.

Black Coat: But how and when did you send that card to the graveyard?!

Azure: It was when I played Graceful Charity. I discarded it to the graveyard, so that I could activate its effect now.

Black Coat: (Tch! You son of a...)

Azure: Hmph! It's go time.

It was then that The White Stone of Legend suddenly began floating into the air, as it began to crack as something inside of the egg appeared to be glowing a light blue color.

Azure: The embodiment of both my pride and my soul, my loyal servant! Come forth! Blue-Eyes White Dragon!

After he said this, the particles that came from the egg then began to take the form of a massive white dragon with blue eyes. The dragon then reared its head back a bit, before letting out its iconic and devastating roar, creating a massive shockwave that forced the hooded man to raise his arms up to his face in order to block the shockwaves coming off the massive yell from the Blue-Eyes.

Blue-Eyes White Dragon - (LIGHT/Dragon) - (LVL: 8/ATK: 3000/DEF: 2500)

Black Coat: Blue-Eyes White Dragon?!! (How the hell did a kid like him get a card like that?)

Azure: Alright, now this is where the fun begins! First, I'll activate my face-down Spell Card: Forbidden Dress.

The face-down card that Azure had on the field flipped upwards to reveal a card with a picture of a woman with red hair holding a white dress in her hands on it.

Azure: Thanks to this, I can target 1 face-up monster on the field; also until the end of this turn, that target loses 600 ATK points.

Azure then pointed his right index finger directly towards Cyber Dragon, as its ATK began to decrease.

Cyber Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 5/ATK: 2000/DEF: 2100)

Black Coat: You bastard!

Azure: I'm not through yet! I activate my other face-down Spell Card: Forbidden Chalice.

Azure's second face-down card suddenly lipped upwards to reveal a card with a picture of the same woman with red hair drinking from a chalice on it.

Azure: This card lets me target 1 face-up monster on the field; until the end of this turn, that target gains 400 ATK, but its effects will be negated.

Blue-Eyes White Dragon then let out a powerful roar as a bright silver aura began surrounding it.

Blue-Eyes White Dragon - (LIGHT/Dragon) - (LVL: 8/ATK: 3400/DEF: 2500)

Black Coat: Dammit! Are you done yet?!

Azure: Of course I'm not done yet! I think I'll go ahead and activate my last face-down Spell Card: Forbidden Lance.

Finally, Azure's third face-down card suddenly flipped upwards to reveal a card with a picture of the same woman with red hair holding a fancy, looking spear on it.

Azure: With this, I can target 1 face-up monster on the field; until the end of this turn, that target loses 800 ATK, but is unaffected by the effects of other Spells/Traps.

Then, just like Cyber Dragon, Cyber Dragon Vier began to get weaker.

Cyber Dragon Vier - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 4/ATK: 800/DEF: 2100)

Black Coat looked on in horror as both of his monsters were essentially depowered at the same time, while his opponent's monster was powered up instead.

Black Coat: No! Both of my Cyber Dragons!!!

Azure: Alright, now Blue-Eyes White Dragon, attack the Cyber Dragon on the right!

The dragon did exactly what Azure said and used its massive wings to fly high into the sky.

Azure: Go, White Lightning Attack!

After getting as high as it could, the Blue-Eyes began gathering up energy, until it eventually fired a large white beam of energy with sparks of blue electricity out of its mouth, which destroyed Cyber Dragon in an instant.

Black Coat LP: 6350 = 4950

Azure: Alright then, I think I'll place three cards face-down and end my turn.

Azure Nile: 4800 LP

Black Coat: 4950 LP

Black Coat: Tch! My turn. First, I activate the Spell Card: Cyber Repair Plant. Now because I have 3 or more "Cyber Dragon" cards in my Graveyard at this card's activation, I can activate both effects and resolve in sequence.

Azure: (What effects could he be activating?)

Black Coat: The first effect of this card lets me add 1 LIGHT Machine monster from my Deck to my hand.

The duelist in black quickly pulled a card from his deck.

Black Coat: Now, as for the second effect... I can target 1 LIGHT Machine monster in my Graveyard; then shuffle that target back into my Deck.

A bright red light emerged from his graveyard as Cyber Dragon Nova reappeared, and he shuffled it back into his deck.

Black Coat: Next, I summon Proto-Cyber Dragon to the field in Attack Mode!

A slightly, smaller gray-colored mechanical dragon with wires embedded in its design appeared on the field.

Proto-Cyber Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 3/ATK: 1100/DEF: 600)

Black Coat: Now, I'll activate my face-down Spell Card: Mystical Space Typhoon! I can target 1 Spell/Trap Card that's on the field and destroy it. So say goodbye to one of your face-downs!

The face-down card that appeared on Black Coat's side of the field quickly revealed a green card with a picture of a blue tornado. Then, a huge gust of wind appeared out of the Spell Card and instantly destroyed Azure's face-down card on the left, which was the Trap Card: Shrink.

Black Coat: And with that I end my turn.

Azure: My turn!

As soon as he got a look at the card he just drew, Azure smiled and began chuckling, which caught Black Coat off guard.

Black Coat: What's so damn funny?

Azure: *Snicker* Hehehe! Oh, nothing. Just figured you'd want to say hello to a very special someone of mine.

Black Coat: Hmm? Special someone?

Azure: Oh, you'll find out soon enough. I now summon... the Tuner Monster, Maiden with Eyes of Blue, in Attack Mode!

What then appeared on Azure's side of the field was a young woman with a fair-skinned complexion, white waist-length colored hair with tones of baby blue and bright blue eyes, wearing a brown dress with markings of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon engraved in its design.

Maiden with Eyes of Blue (LIGHT/Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect) - (LVL: 1/ATK: 0/DEF: 0)

As soon as Maiden with Eyes of Blue appeared on the field, Black Coat instantly remembered what Azure said earlier about saying hello to a certain someone.

Black Coat: No way!!!

Azure: Sorry, but yes way! Now, I tune LVL 1 "Maiden with Eyes of Blue" with LVL 8 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" in order to Synchro Summon my one, true ace in the hole!

Then, as soon as Azure exclaimed himself, light suddenly came out of Maiden with Eyes of Blue's body completely engulfed her, causing her to turn into pure blue energy. Said energy then turned into a single star that then turned into one green ring that started heading toward Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Once Blue-Eyes went through the ring, its body became outlined and see-through.

A massive green beam appeared besides Azure as his Synchro Summon proved to be successful.

Azure: The great beast stares through the blue void of time, and the stars and moon shudder at it's call. Synchro Summon! Cry out, Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon!!!

When the green light dissipated, a brand-new monster appeared on the field, letting out a powerful, yet slightly modified version of Blue-Eyes White Dragon's signature roar. The monster was a muscular, silver colored dragon that looked almost identical to Blue-Eyes White Dragon, except it had glowing azure blue eyes and golden nails on its hands, arms, feet, and wings.

Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon - (LIGHT/Dragon/Synchro/Effect) - (LVL: 9/ATK: 2500/DEF: 3000)

Black Coat stared at the massive dragon with awe, as he had never seen such a powerful beast such as this before.

Azure: Well, I hope you're happy! You've been talking about trying to win my Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon ever since this duel of ours began, and now here it is, in all his glory.

Black Coat: Tch! Don't get cocky, you little punk! As I said before, it won't be long before your Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon becomes mine!

Azure: Heh! Sorry pal, but like I said before, this card isn't for sale, and I intend to make sure you don't get your greedy little hands on my best card!

After saying this, Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon let out a loud roar, signifying its loyalty towards Azure.

Azure: (Okay, buddy. Let's do it.) First, I activate the Spell Card: Magical Stone Excavation. Now by discarding 2 of my cards, I can then target 1 Spell Card in my graveyard; and I'm allowed to add it back to my hand.

One of Azure's Spell Cards reemerged from his graveyard.

Azure: And the card I got back from the graveyard, is the Spell Card: Rush Recklessly!

After activating the effects of his Spell Card, a crimson-red aura began surrounding Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon as his ATK points began to increase.

Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon - (LIGHT/Dragon/Synchro/Effect) - (LVL: 9/ATK: 3200/DEF: 3000)

Azure: Alright pal, show this guy what you're made of! Attack Cyber Dragon Vier with Blue Radiant Sphere!

The dragon did exactly what Azure said and fired a large blue beam of energy out of its mouth and aimed directly at Cyber Dragon Vier, vaporizing it completely.

Black Coat LP: 4950 = 2550

Azure: Oh yeah, now we're talkin'! I lay one card face-down and end my turn.

Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon - (LIGHT/Dragon/Synchro/Effect) - (LVL: 9/ATK: 2500/DEF: 3000)

Black Coat: You'll pay for that, you little punk! I'll draw! I activate the Trap Card: Call of the Haunted! Now with this card, I can target 1 monster that's in my graveyard and Special Summon it back to the field in Attack Mode.

A pillar of flames rose from the ground and what emerged from the fire was Cyber Dragon Vier.

Cyber Dragon Vier - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 4/ATK: 1100/DEF: 1600

Black Coat: And don't think I forgot about Vier's special ability! For every "Cyber Dragon" monster I control, they gain an extra 500 ATK/DEF points. Also, whenever Proto-Cyber Dragon is summoned, its name becomes "Cyber Dragon" as well.

Black Coat: Next, I summon Cyber Dragon Drei in Attack Mode!

Another cybernetic dragon with a shiny, silver color scheme and yellow lights emitting from its body appeared right next to Cyber Dragon Vier and Proto-Cyber Dragon.

Cyber Dragon Drei - (LIGHT/Machine/Effect) - (LVL: 4/ATK: 1800/DEF: 800)

Black Coat: Next, I'll activate Cyber Dragon Vier's special ability again! Much like the other two, Cyber Dragon Drei's name becomes "Cyber Dragon" while on the field or in the Graveyard. Meaning it now gains 500 ATK/DEF points!

Black Coat: I'm not done yet! I'll play the Spell Card: Graceful Charity! This lets me draw three extra cards, at the cost of discarding two from my hand.

After looking at the three new cards in his hand, Black Coat couldn't help but smirk.

Black Coat: Now I play the Spell Card: Polymerization! Let me show you something special.

As the Spell Card appeared on the field, all three "Cyber Dragon" monsters were sucked into a portal and combined into one. [2]

Black Coat: Arise from the deepest parts of the Cybernetic Zone, the one with unmatched power, who brings victory to those in need! I Fusion Summon! Behold, Cyber End Dragon!!!

When the light disappeared, what stood in each of their places was a massive three-headed mechanical dragon with large blue gems on its wings and one big blue gem on the center of Cyber End Dragon.

Cyber End Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Fusion/Effect) - (LVL: 10/ATK: 4000/DEF: 2800)

Azure's eyes widened as he saw Cyber End Dragon.

Azure: Holy crap! Cyber End Dragon?!!

Black Coat: Now, I hope you're ready, because soon your Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon will be all mine!!! I play the Spell Card: Limiter Removal! For one turn, the ATK points of my Cyber End Dragon are automatically doubled!!!

Cyber End Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Fusion/Effect) - (LVL: 10/ATK: 8000/DEF: 2800)

Azure: 8000 ATK points?!!

Black Coat: This duel is mine! Cyber End Dragon, attack Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon with Super Strident Blaze!!!

The three-headed behemoth fired three large streams for blue energy waves at Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon, but not before Azure himself decided to make his move.

Azure: Oh no you don't! I activate my Trap Card: Miniaturize! Thanks to this card, I can target 1 face-up monster on the field with more than 1000 original ATK that has a Level; its Level is reduced by 1, also it loses 1000 ATK.

Cyber End Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Fusion/Effect) - (LVL: 9/ATK: 7000/DEF: 2800)

As soon as the blast approached Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon, he was immediately reduced to ash, but not before letting out one last, painful roar, whilst also doing everything in its power to keep Azure safe from the sheer force of the blast. The result from Cyber End Dragon's attack was a huge explosion where Azure was in dead center of the blast.

There was nothing but complete silence on the field, save for the sounds of the wind blowing through the air.

Then, as the smoke cleared up, Black Coat noticed a figure that was coming from the smoke. The figure was none other than Azure, as his body was steaming, but he was still standing, albeit with a bit of difficulty and he was breathing heavily.

Azure Nile LP: 4800 = 300

Black Coat: *Chuckle* Hehehehehe!!! It's all over for you. My turn is over.

Cyber End Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Fusion/Effect) - (LVL: 10/ATK: 4000/DEF: 2800)

Azure Nile: 300 LP

Black Coat: 2550 LP

As he was still breathing heavily, Azure responded to the hooded individual, while he groaned in pain as he struggled to stand on his feet.

Azure: *Heavy Breathing* I'm... not done yet!

After mustering up the strength to stand back on his feet, he took a deep breath, before he looked at his deck.

Azure: (Okay... here goes nothing!)

Azure then closed both of his eyes and took another deep breath.

Azure: My turn...

This was it...

All or nothing...

Azure: DRAW!!!

Once he got a look at the card he just drew, Azure smiled and stared at his opponent with vigor in his eyes.

Azure: This is it! First, I'll activate the Spell Card: Monster Reborn! I can target 1 monster in either graveyard; and Special Summon it to the field.

A massive pillar of blue energy emerged from the ground, and the monster Azure chose was none other than his own Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon.

Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon - (LIGHT/Dragon/Synchro/Effect) - (LVL: 9/ATK: 2500/DEF: 3000)

Black Coat: Why the hell would you bring back your Azure-Eyes, when you know it's not strong enough to destroy my Cyber End Dragon?!!

Azure: Hmph! Oh, you'll see! Next, I'll activate my face-down Trap Card: Castle of Dragon Souls! Here's how it works: I'm allowed to banish 1 Dragon monster from my Graveyard, then I can target 1 monster I control; and it gains 700 ATK points until the end of this turn, even if this card leaves the field.

Black Coat: What?!!

Azure: I'll banish Kaiser Glider from my graveyard, and now, Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon gains 700 ATK points.

Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon - (LIGHT/Dragon/Synchro/Effect) - (LVL: 9/ATK: 3200/DEF: 3000)

Azure: But that's just the start! When my Castle of Dragon Souls trap is sent to the graveyard, I can target 1 of my banished Dragon monsters; and Special Summon to the field.

Kaiser Glider then returned to the field.

Kaiser Glider - (LIGHT/Dragon/Effect) - (LVL: 6/ATK: 2400/DEF: 2200)

Azure: Next, I activate my Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon's special ability! If this card was Special Summoned: Until the end of the next turn, neither player can target Dragon monsters I currently control with card effects, also they cannot be destroyed by card effects. Not only that, but during my Standby Phase: I can target 1 Normal Monster in my Graveyard; then Special Summon it.

A bright pillar of light appeared right in front of Azure as Blue-Eyes White Dragon returned to the field, letting out a powerful roar.

Blue-Eyes White Dragon - (LIGHT/Dragon) - (LVL: 8/ATK: 3000/DEF: 2500)

Azure: Now, I activate my last face-down Trap Card: Shadow Spell!

As his face-down card revealed itself, Dragonecro Nethersoul Dragon was suddenly trapped by a bunch of chains that appeared in front of him. The chains quickly wrapped around Nethersoul Dragon and even started to electrocute the mighty beast.

Black Coat: My Cyber End Dragon!!!

Azure: Now because I played Shadow Spell, not only can your monster not move or attack, but its ATK points get lowered by 700 points.

Cyber End Dragon - (LIGHT/Machine/Fusion/Effect) - (LVL: 10/ATK: 3300/DEF: 2800)

Azure: Finally, I'll activate the Spell Card: Spell Reproduction! By sending 2 Spells from my hand to the Graveyard, I can target 1 Spell in my Graveyard; and add it to your hand.

One of Azure's Spell Cards reemerged from his graveyard.

Azure: Perfect! I re-activate the Spell Card: Rush Recklessly!

Black Coat: R-Rush Recklessly?!!

Azure: That's right! And I'm sure you already know this, but the magic of this card allows me to target 1 face-up monster I have on the field, and that monster gains 700 additional ATK points until the end of this turn.

After activating the effects of his Spell Card, a crimson-red aura began surrounding Blue-Eyes White Dragon as his ATK points began to increase.

Blue-Eyes White Dragon - (LIGHT/Dragon) - (LVL: 8/ATK: 3700/DEF: 2500)

Black Coat: N-No! This... can't be...

Azure then just smirked at his opponent, before finally decided to speak to him.

Azure: Sorry, but this duel is over! Go, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, attack Cyber End Dragon! White Lightning Attack!!!

The Blue-Eyes White Dragon did exactly what Azure said and fired a large white and blue beam of energy out of its mouth and aimed directly at Cyber End Dragon, vaporizing it completely.

Black Coat LP: 2550 = 2150

Azure: Now that your monster is destroyed, I can attack you directly with BOTH of my other dragons. First, Kaiser Glider, attack his LP directly!

Kaiser Glider then fired a stream of fire from its mouth at the hooded man.

Black Coat LP: 2150 = 250

Azure: And now, for the grand finale... Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon, attack with all your might and finish this duel! Blue Radiant Sphere!!!

After saying this, Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon let out a loud roar, signifying its loyalty towards Azure. The dragon then did exactly what Azure asked of him and fired a large blue beam of energy out of its mouth and aimed directly at the hooded duelist, resulting in a large explosion.

When the smoke finally cleared up, it revealed that Black Coat was now on his knees, before he ultimately collapsed and fell to the ground.

Black Coat LP: 250 = 0

As the duel had finally reached its conclusion, Azure then let out a deep breath as he deactivated his Duel Disk before walking to put his cloak back on. Then, after looking back at his defeated opponent, Azure quietly smirked at his opponent, before randomly throwing a peace sign at the hooded duelist.

Azure: Hey, I'll play with you some other time!

Afterwards, Azure then turns around and walks away, all while keeping an expressionless look on his face as the brightness of the moon shone over him as he continued walking away.
