"Beautiful. Simply beautiful. Soon Declan will be married and the kingdom will have a king again" Queen Henrietta said to Claude

"I hardly doubt your majesty, Declan still refuses to marry unless he finds Gili" Claude said

"Oh please, he'll change his mind during tomorrow nights ball" Queen Henrietta said as she fixed her and one of Claude's minions came in with a bag full of letters

"They're all coming to the ball! Every princess is coming!" The minion said as the bag of letters fell to the ground

"Excellent! See Claude! One of these princesses is bound to change his mind!" Queen Herinetta exclaimed

"Oh absolutely! 'Not' " Claude mutters the last part

"Do not lose one, do you understand?" Queen Henrietta asked

"Oh! Of course! We'll make sure!" Claude's minions said

"Now where is Declan? Oh wait never mind, of course I know where he is. Doing research on the fat animal." Queen Henrietta said as she started to leave the room

"The great animal your grace" Claude said as he caught one of the letters

Library~ Declan P.O.V

"Listen to us Declan, it's not what it seems." 'What does King Yusho mean?' Those words were the only thing in my mind. I read almost all the books to help me but found nothing. I stepped on the moving ladder and moved to a different bookshelf, I grabbed a book and I think I found my answer.

"It's not what it seems... Of course! It makes now! Now I can find you Gili!" I said as I slid off the ladder and saw my mother coming in

"They're coming Declan!" My mother said as I moved her to the side and placed a kiss on her forehead

"Where are you going Declan?" My mother asked

"I'm off to find the Great animal!" I said

"Okay, as long as you come back for tomorrow night" My mother said and I stopped

"Tomorrow night?" I said in a confused tone

"The ball" Mother said

"But mother... I can't..." I said and she was doing the sad lip gesture

"Sigh... Alright. If I leave now, maybe I'll be back on time" I said which made her very happy

"Oh! Thank you Declan!" Mother exclaimed in excitement

"Also please mother, don't make it over the top like you usually do." I said

"Oh. No no no. It's just a few friends" She said as I leave but I did her mutter "And their daughters"

'There's only one person I want to marry, and I refuse to marry someone else. Wait for me Gili...' I thought to myself

Gili P.O.V The Lake~

"So let me get this straight... Every night the moon light leaves the lake you..." Shay tries to look like a swan

"Right. For the following night, if I want to turn back into a human, I have to be on the lake" I said

"Gili needs a little moon light but for me I need to be smooch" Sylvio said

"Well it's simple what we need to do, you need to bring your prince back to the lake and you'll change into a princess and..." Shay does a trumpet sound "Live happily ever after" Shay said

"How do I find him?" I asked Shay

"You don't know where he is" Shay asked

"I don't even know where I am" I said

"Well... actually there is a map that you can use" We heard a voice and there we saw the boy with green hair and red streaks

"Why should we trust you?" Shay said to the boy with a cautious tone

"Because... I feel terrible. I let master Zarc do this to you Gili. The least that I can do is helping you get the map from the castle" The boy said

"Gong thinks we should trust him" Gong said

I looked at the boy and for reason something told me to trust him 'Weird... This is the first time I ever talked to him but... It feels... Familiar...' I thought to myself

"Alright, we accept your help but first can you please tell us your name?" I asked the boy

"Oh! I'm sorry! My name is Yuya" The boy named Yuya told us

'Yuya... Why does it sound familiar...?' I thought to myself again

"Alright! Let's get the map!" I declared

Gili and Shay were flying around the castle, looking through the windows to find the map

Gili: We're on a mission. We're tough in good condition

Shay: We're short, but standing tall together.

Shay crashed into the window and Gili helped him

Gili & Shay: No fear!

Gili: There's danger around us

Gong noticed Sylvio trying to sneak away but failed

Sylvio: They'd hurt us if they found us

Gong stepped on Sylvio's foot so he won't run away

Gong: Our backs are to the wall

Gili & Shay & Gong: No fear!

Gili: Cause we have the courage we require

Shay entered into a gargoyle but was chased by bats in the process

Shay: Take it from a frequent flyer

Shay thought he got away from the bats but the bats appeared and charged at him, making him lose some of his feathers

Gili: Try your luck, our plan will fly

Gili went to the upper chamber of a tower and saw the map, so Gili and Shay went back to the group

Gili & Shay & Gong: No fear!

"It's hanging on the wall! On the upper chamber!" Gili exclaimed

"Alright, Yuya and Gili will keep a look out for Zarc while we get the map" Shay told Gong and Sylvio

"We?" Sylvio said

"Are you not going to help us?" Shay asked

"I'm not helping" Sylvio said

Sylvio: This plan is applied'll, be simply suicidal. You'll be a sitting duck!

Gili & Shay & Gong: No fear!

Sylvio: Suppose that I do, who knows if we'll live through this? How about a kiss for luck?

Gili: Our team is shy one green, web-footed volunteer

Yuya & Gong: No choice!

Yuya grabbed Sylvio and they made their way to the castle while ignoring Sylvio's complaints

Inside the castle~

Shay opened the large doors and looked around to make sure it's safe

"Coast and clear. Let's go you guys" Shay said to Gong and Sylvio while Yuya and Gili were keeping a look out inside the making that Zarc won't see them

"Gong says wait up for Gong" Gong said as the door closed half way and hit the shell "Gong is now stuck

Shay and Sylvio went to help Gong but they had a hard time pulling him out, then after a couple of pulls, Gong was free from the door and started to head to the tower while Gili and Yuya were looking around making sure that Zarc won't stop them

"Um... Gili" Yuya tries to talk to Gili

"Yes?" Gili answered

"I've been wondering for awhile, who is this prince that you want to bring here?" Yuya asked

"His name is Declan, he's the one that I want to be with for the rest of my life. My parents and his mother actually arranged us to be married but it wasn't so easy from the beginning though." Gili said

"Why's that?" Yuya asked Gili

"Well ever since I've met him from a young age, we never gotten along, in fact we didn't like each other very much. But that didn't stop our parents, so every summer til fall, we meet, we play, and we fight too. Then when we meet again as adults, my feelings... changed my opinion of him and it made my doubts of him change and I thought we'll be together but... he said something that I didn't want to hear... I asked him 'Is beauty what matters to him' or 'Is there anything else that you like about me?' and this is his reply 'What else is there'. Of course I was upset but I know he'll prove to me that he loves me for being me or what he loves about me other then my beauty." Gili finished

"Wow. That's quite the tale Gili" Yuya said

"Thank you and I apologize for making you listen to my story" Gili apologized

"No, it's fine. I also hope that Declan will tell you what he loves about you too" Yuya said and made Gili smile

"Thank you Yuya" Gili said

After a couple of minutes, we saw Shay, Gong and Sylvio with the map but the look they had on their faces didn't look good.

"Hey... Yuya?" Sylvio asked Yuya

"What is it? Is something wrong?" Yuya asked

"Zarc's room is in the upper chambers too right?" Sylvio asked with a shaky voice

"Yes" Yuya answered

"Gong asks if you can come with us to confirm something" Gong said

They went back up and I followed them to see what they're scared about. When we got back up stairs, I noticed a creak on the door, we can open the door but not too much. Sylvio with a shaky hand opened the door slightly and we peeked in, there we saw...

A dragon?!

I wanted to scream but Yuya kept Gili's mouth/beak shut and Yuya took all of us outside since we already have the map

Gili P.O.V

When we reached outside, Yuya brought us to the lake, when I got to the water, I ducked my head in the water and screamed and after I screamed

"Yuya! Why is there a dragon in the castle!?" I yelled

"I'll tell but I need you to be calm first." Yuya said

I took a couple of deep breaths to help me calm down and after awhile I finally calmed down

"Okay, Yuya can you please tell us why there's a dragon in the castle" I asked calmly

"Well that dragon is actually master Zarc" Yuya said which made me and my friends freak out

"EEEEEEHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"

"T-t-t-t-that d-d-d-d-dragon...!"

I-I-I-I-I-Is!"

"ZARC!?"

Yuya nodded

"W-w-w-w-why i-i-is he?!" Sylvio tried to talk but the words weren't coming out but Yuya understood on what Sylvio was trying to say

"To be honest, I don't know master's full story. Only that he lost his magic once. However, when he got it back he was cursed into becoming a dragon, the one that you all saw just now" Yuya said which gave me and my friends shivers down our spines

"That's scary" Shay said but he doesn't show it but his legs are shaking non stop

"Gong's glad we got the map though!" Gong said as he tried to lighten everyone's mood. Gong put the map on the ground and I saw Declan's kingdom

"There's Declan's kingdom! When do we leave?" I asked

"We'll leave in a bit but for right now we need to rest for moment if that's okay Gili" Shay asked

"That's fine. Gives us time to be prepared" I said

'Declan... I'm coming to you and I'm leading you here to me. I just hope nothing terrible will happen' I thought to myself
