I was bored during science class and fucked around on the notes app on my school iPad, specifically the highlight marker tool

And I made this

And I was like "omga it looks like a color explosion with the colors mending and blending which I love abt the highlight tool!! :D" and then I felt even sillier and made an OC out of it!!

So here they are: Color Explosion!! They basically are a failed experiment of Oreo and now just live in the lab underneath the OCs' house (did I mention that Oreo has a lab yet? I hope I did-)

Their colors move around all the time and kinda blend with each other and change all the time, so CE never looks the same all the time. They're kind of an abstract thingie and very shy but friendly. Oreo is still working on getting them to talk more (as they barely speak and if they do speak it's usually not louder than a mumble) and also come out of their hiding spot more (which is usually beneath one of the tables in the lab). When someone else comes in the lab, CE tends to hide and not come out until that other person is gone unless Oreo holds their hand to reassure them. CE will not say a word, just look and smile at the other person to still appear friendly. Oreo doesn't know the reason behind this yet, but is trying to communicate with Color Explosion and trying to get them to open up. She doesn't want to take CE up to the rest of the house yet, as this may overwhelm them. She takes care of them like a mother, sort of, even preparing a room for CE to retreat in so they won't get overwhelmed.

CE's gender is unknown, which is why Oreo refers to them with they/them pronouns.
