Video 9 - Sister Location (Kreme)
"Not another horror game!" Dream whined.
"The first game was so scary, why did he make another?" Killer asked, "I mean, I get the money part. We scare ourselves for money, he makes sequels for money. It's a win-win situation."
"Why don't we just go for coffee instead?" Dream asked as the game started.
"Because we scare ourselves to get money to buy said coffee," Killer explained.
"Daddy, you let the other children go see her, why won't you let me go?"
"Oh, we're just hopping straight in, no phone calls or anything," Dream said.
"Are we doing the same thing as last time? Survive until 6 AM against creepy killer robots?" Killer asked his boyfriend.
Just then, the game loaded in, drawing the two's attention. It showed the interior of an elevator, shaking violently as it went downwards to who knows where. Two pictures of animatronics were on the walls.
"Oh great, new animatronics to deal with," Killer said, "They look a bit more human like this time though."
"Welcome back for another night of intellectual stimulation, pivotal carrier choices, and self reflection on past mistakes."
"Another night? I mean, Cross did say we're playing Night 2, but why Night 2?" Dream asked.
"Probably because the first night will scare us sh*tless," Killer said, "He said he laughed so hard he started crying, so I think this might be more humor focused."
"Oh thank the lord!" Dream cheered.
"We're committed to creating a unique and fulfilling work experience. One part of that commitment is ensuring that you don't get tired of the voice that you are hearing right now."
"I'm not tired of the voice, we just started hearing it," Dream said.
"Hi, I just met you, but I think you already hate my voice," Killer said.
A yellow tablet popped up on the screen with a keypad on it.
"Hey, look at it's eyes!" Dream said, "Aw, it's a new friend!"
"Is this an animatronic too?" Killer asked, "Is that voice we're hearing above us an animatronic? Is everything animatronic in this game?"
"He doesn't look creepy," Dream said.
"Using the keypad below, please select a new companion voice. For male, press 1. For female, press 2. For text only, press 3. For other options, press 4."
"Do we, like, spell in the numbers?" Killer asked.
"You can try," Dream said, "It might be what he meant."
"It seems you were having some trouble with the keypad. I see what you were trying to type and I will auto correct it for you."
"Oh, how kind," Killer said.
"Thank you for choosing Angsty teen."
Dream giggled while Killer just stared at the screen in surprise.
"Is... Is this serious?" Killer asked, turning his chair towards his boyfriend.
Just then, some distant sounds of movement played, making the twos heads snap back towards the screen at incredible speeds.
"Is the elevator breaking?" Dream asked.
"Or is something trying to break into the elevator?" Killer asked quietly.
They both paused for a moment as a loud buzz filled the air and the elevator stopped, both of them staring at the screen in horror. But then the words 'Night 2' filled the screen as some nice music played in the background.
"This game doesn't know if it's a horror or humor game," Killer said, "I think it got the two mixed up."
"This game is scaring me already and nothing has even happened," Dream muttered.
"The elevator stopped, you know the routine. You can get off now, or whatever. Stay here if you want."
"Yeah, actually, I'll stay here," Dream said.
"In the dark elevator? With those sounds? No thank you!" Killer said, clicking the red button and then clicking on the vent opening, the screen showing the inside of the vent.
"So funny story. A dead body was found in this vent once."
"That's not funny!" Dream said quickly.
"Okay, so, not that funny... but it's a story."
"Not a nice story," Killer said, crawling through the vent.
"Why is there a vent? I don't want to crawl through a dark vent," Dream said.
"Okay, let's start with your nightly chores."
The screen changed to the inside of a main room, Dream and Killer looking around the room.
"This game has no idea what it wants to be," Killer said.
"Wait, there's vents and windows, I think we're stopping the animatronics from entering the room," Dream said, "There's light and electricity on these panel things too, probably for the light and doors. It's just like the first game I'm guessing."
"You should check on Ballora and check that she's on her stage, but... whatever."
"I'm guessing that she isn't on her stage," Dream said as Killer pressed the light.
"Nope," He said.
"Huh, I guess Ballora has better things to do. Let's zap her. That should be fun."
"Zap her? Won't she get angry and zap me back?" Dream asked, "No thank you."
"At least there's a good reason why they want to kill us, we're electrocuting them!" Killer said, pressing the button.
The zap was quick, but was immediately followed with creepy sounds that made both Killer and Dream freeze from fear.
"This isn't funny!" Dream said, "I don't like this game!"
"Let's check on Funtime Foxy, make sure he's ready for showtime tomorrow."
"I swear if I press the light and he's standing against the window I'm going to sue," Killer mumbled before he pressed the light, sighing with relief when no one was there.
Then the weird voice filled the air.
"I don't have any grapes, I'm sorry, don't kill me!" Dream said.
"This game is seriously confusing me," Killer said.
"There seems to have been a problem with the voice synthesizer. Default settings have been restored. Please proceed through the vent ahead of you to Circus Baby's Auditorium."
"A circus baby? Is it like a clown baby?" Killer asked.
"Another vent?" Dream asked, "And it said danger before it opened, I seriously don't like this game."
"Motion Triggered: Circus Gallery Vent."
"What, no!" Dream yelped, "Don't tell them where we are!"
"I think we're not supposed to run," Killer said, releasing the shift button, "Oh no."
"Circus Baby had a busy day today. Let's check the light and make sure she's in proper working order."
"Let's not do that," Dream said.
"They're going to jump scare us, and I'm going to turn human to crap my pants from how hard it's going to scare me, I just know it," Killer mumbled, clicking in the keypad.
No one showed up.
"Oh thank Toby Fox," Dream breathed out.
"Oh, Circus Baby! We aren't here to play hide and seek. Let's encourage Baby to come out of hiding with a controlled shock."
"I hate these games, so much," Killer put emphasis on the last part of the sentence as he clicked on the lightning bolt.
It didn't work.
"We're going to die!" Dream yelled, grabbing Killer and shaking him.
"No, we're not," Killer said.
"Let's try another controlled shock."
"See, it's just a malfunction I'm sure," Killer said, clicking on it again.
"It didn't work," Dream breathed out.
"We're going to die!" Killer yelled.
"There seems to be a power malfunction that is affecting our ability to properly motivate Baby. Please stand by while I reboot the system. I will be offline momentarily during this process. Various other systems may be offline as well, such as security doors, vent locks, and oxygen. Commencing system restart."
Everything went dark on screen.
"Security doors? Vent locks? I want those things back please!" Killer whined, frantically clicking on the screen, "Don't leave me voice!"
"Motion trigger, Entry Way Vent."
"That's where we came from!" Killer yelped.
"Funtime auditorium maintenance vent open."
"They're all going to come here!" Killer said, "Where's my tablet thingy to watch them?"
"The power went off, there'd be no cameras to access!" Dream said.
"Ballora gallery maintenance vent opened."
"Everything is opening!" Killer yelped.
On the game, sounds of something banging against metal filled their mics, making the two freeze and just stare at the screen in utter horror.
"I don't recognize you."
"GAH!" The two screamed, jumping suddenly.
"You are new. I remember this... scenario, however. It's a strange thing to want to do, to come here."
"I get paid," Killer whined, "But I don't think it's worth it with this game!"
"I'm curious what events would lead a person to want to spend their nights in a place like this, willingly. Maybe curiosity? Maybe ignorance."
"Money! Greed!" Killer yelled.
"Ignorance to what the commenters meant!" Dream yelled.
"There is a space under the desk; someone before you crafted it into a hiding place, and it worked for him. I recommend that you hurry, though. You will be safe there."
"Hey, just like when Blue wants us to try his tacos, how we hide under the desks," Dream said.
"Just try not to make eye contact."
"With what?" Killer asked, his voice high pitched from terror, "With what?"
"It will be over soon. They will lose interest."
"WHO ARE THEY?" Killer yelled.
"I don't like this game!" Dream yelled, covering his eye sockets.
Killer moved under the desk and stared down the vent, confused on what to do before he moved his mouse and saw the box, telling him to click and drag.
"Oh, well then," Killer said, clicking and dragging it across the screen slowly.
"I'm so scared," Dream wheezed, uncovering his eye sockets and leaning forward.
Distant sounds of thumping against metal filled their mics, growing closer as the two leaned away from the screen, terrified of what was going to happen. Killer moved the mouse to look over the holes, trying to see if anything was coming from the vent in front of him.
"Hello in there~"
"NO ONE'S HOME, LEAVE A VOICEMAIL!" Dream screeched.
As Killer moved his mouse over the holes, an eye popped up and stared directly at them, making the two full on scream and jump backwards.
"NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE!" Killer said over and over, standing up and walking out of the room while repeating that one word over and over.
"Cry baby!" Horror's distant voice yelled from down the hall.
"Killer don't leave me!" Dream yelled, taking control of the mouse.
"Someone is inside."
"Killer, please!" Dream yelled again.
"NOPE!" Killer yelled from down the hall.
"Is it the same person?"
"Killer I need you!" Dream yelled.
When the sounds of metal hitting metal played, Dream yelped, moving the mouse frantically as he searched for any way to avoid this. However, he found none as the blockade started to move to the left.
"NO NO NO NO NO!" Dream yelled, trying to click and pull it back, but failing since he didn't keep in inside of the zone.
And so a jump scare flashed across the screen.
Dream screamed from utter terror and jumped out of his chair, running out of the room while screaming his boyfriends name to receive a hug and recover from that scare with the sounds of Horror laughing in the background.
《》《》《》
Killer and Dream both cannot handle horror games for the life of them.
So of course they're going to have to play every horror game.
