This might just be my favorite one shot I've ever made :)- Jada

"Hey (name) I was wondering if maybe you wanted to go to the park with me, to meet up with Mark, Bob, Jack and Mandy?" My boyfriend of many years , Wade, asked walking in to the living room. I look up from my phone and nod " I would love to go let me change." I say and get up walking in to the bedroom. I grab some black leggings and a grey shirt and some converse. When I'm done I pull my hair into a ponytail and walk out. "I'm ready Wade!" I say picking up my phone off the table. Wade runs in to the living room and grabs his keys "i totally forgot about something! I'll have to drop you off to meet with them I'll go where I need to go and come back!" Wade says talking to fast to really understand. I just nod in responses and walk out to the car and get in to the passenger side. Wade practically jumps in the car and speeds off the the park "you know I don't think risking our lives is worth what ever need to get to!" I say pulling about my phone cause it vibrated

Mandy: hey (name)!

You: hey Mandy are you guys at the park

Mandy: yeah is Wade taking you down here?

You: yeah he's going neck breaking speeds to get here to

Mandy: surly not

You: you have no idea anyway I'll be there soon

"Who was that?" Wade asked looking over at me "Mandy wanting to know if I'm going to the park." I say and he smiles "we're here!" He says and I ht out. "I'll be back soon." Wade says and I smile at him sticking my head through the rolled down window and kissing me lightly on the lips "I'll be waiting here." I say walking over to mark,Bob, Jack and Mandy. "Hey guys!" I say hugging all of them "what is Wade even doing?" I ask pointing at the car as it drives off "we don't even know." Bob says and I nod inning over to the swings "you just like a kid!" Mark says and Jack laughs running over to the swing beside me "push me markimoo." Jack says and I bust out laughing "I'm here!" I hear a say and I look up seeing Wade "I see someone decided to join in on fun!" Mandy says and I nod "push me." I say and Wade smiles walking behind me and pushing me lightly. After awhile he grabs my waist pulling me off the swing and swings me over his shoulder. "Help!" I say laughing and Bob who was closest to me just side steps and looks around like he didn't hear a thing "I hate you Bob!" I say laughing and I start pounding on Wade back. He just laughs and I look over his shoulder to see that we're going to the slid. "What are we doing?" I ask and when we get to the slid Wade sits me down. "(Name) do you remember the first time I ever say you? It was right here under this slid in this exact spot. I remember telling my mom 'she looks so lonely standing there with her doll.' And I walked over to you and we played house for hours. Than," he says grabbing my hand and walking us over to the sand box. "Here is where I asked you out. You were wearing a light pink dress and flats. It was the Easter egg hunt to and you had tripped over the prize egg. Everybody stood there and laughed at you. I just looked over at you and picked up the prize egg and plopped it in your basket, without anyone knowing. After the hunt was over you walked over to me and I asked you to go out with me right here beside this sandbox." He says pointing at the sandbox and I smile remembering all of this "there one more place I want to take you." He says and you look at him weird but follow him to the play houses. "Here is where when we both turned 13, we shared our first of many kisses. I was so nervous because you were totally out of my league but it seemed like you didn't mind. You had grabbed me and pull me up and here and we both seat down right here," he says and points at the ground singling me to sit down. We both sit down and he continues. "And we did this." He says and grabbed my face and kissed me when we pulled away I blushed "yes and I remember that after we kissed you ran off to your mother and told her everything that happened." I say laughing and he blushed "true and than you came back up here and accidentally pushed me off the play house and I broke my arm." I say and he blushed rubbing his neck "hey it wasn't my fault anyway I'm doing all of this for a reason." Wade says as he pulls me up with him "(first name) (last name) I was wondering if um you maybe wanted to marry me?" He asked getting down on one knee and I start crying "yes!" I say and pull Wade into a kiss "awe!" You hear someone say and you pull away looking down to see Jack, Mandy, Mark, and Bob looking up at you. "Shut up." You say blushing as Wade slid the ring on your finger.
