Scheduling

You've got this. First, set an amount of time you wish to write everyday. Everyday! If you need, start every day of the month with only a small amount of time, like 30 minutes. Increase that time each month by 30 minutes until you reach your desired time, like 1,2 or 3 hours. Once you've allotted an amount of time, decide how you will track the days you've completed this daily goal. Either use a calendar or simply type the date before continuing a manuscript. I do both. Third remove the distractions or habits that kill your creativity. Mine are my sugar addiction, phone addiction, and youtube addiction. The best way to tackle this is to log days in your calendar you successfully avoided these bad habits. Putting a star next to a symbol/picture of each habit you avoided in your calemdar is a huge motivational tactic that will give you a dopamine rush just as fulfilling as the habits themselves. Fourth, add anything to your schedule that will help energize, motivate and focus you. For me, i do strength training at the gym every three days and it makes me get better sleep, feel more energized and give me a good appetite which helps me stay mentally in the game as I work to reach my goals. I also go out of the house as much as i can to see people my age in public as a way to motivate me to be socially motivated to excel and be successful to afford economically a social life (to pay for nights out etc.) also schedule how long you should take to outline, write, edit, and market. For writing it should take less than 3 months. It make take a little more time for outlining and I'm not sure how long but should take to edit, but outlining definitely cuts the amount of time you need to edit. Marketing i'm also unsure, but the blitz presale should take 3 months ish.
