Keilani's POV
Tory and I leave the principles office and we walk towards my locker. We get to my locker and Tory squeals.
"No way! Your locker is right next to mine!" She yells. I smile.
"Really! That's so cool!" I say. I unlock my locker and I look at my schedule.

P3: Advanced Editing
45 Minute Break
P4: Make Up/Beauty
P5: Advanced Writing
Lunch-1 hour
P6: Advanced Drawing

Tory looks over my shoulder and squeals again. "What?" I ask.
"I have period 2, period 4, and period 5 with you!" She says. I smile.
"Yay!" I say. I look at the time. "Second period's starting in a few minutes." I say. We walk to the room and enter. The teacher comes over and I explain to her that I'm starting today and that Tory is helping me. She nods and tells me and Tory where to sit. We sit down and class begins.

~Time Skip~

The bell rings and it's break time now. No one's realized that I'm new here, but I think that's why there's a school assembly after lunch. I walk towards my locker. When I get there, I see a boy getting pushed to the ground by older, meaner boy. I step in front of them.

"Hey! Back off jerk!" I yell at the older boy. He ignores me and pushes me out of the way and starts to punch the boy. How is no one helping the other boy?! I push the older boy of the other boy and I push him against the lockers.
"I said, back off." I said in a low voice. He smirks.
"Your new here, huh? Well wrong move, new kid!" He says and he pushes my to the ground and he kicks my side. I get up and I punch him in the nose. He starts bleeding. He looks at me angrily, and then runs away. I help the other boy up.

"You okay?" I ask him.
"Yea, I'm alright. But the real question is, are you okay?" He asks. I rub my side. "Yea, I'm just sore." I answer. I look at him. He has amazing hair, thick, black glasses, a blue and white-striped shirt, skinny jeans, and pink slip ons. I hold out my hand.
"Keilani." I say. He shakes my hand and says, "Joey."
I smile. "Nice to meet you Joey..." "Graceffa. And you're Keilani..."
"Oakley." I answer. Joey immediately tenses up.
"You're not gonna hurt me, are you?" He asks. I look at him confused. Why did he ask me that? And why after I said Oakley? Wait...
"No I won't hurt you! I just saved you from a trip to the nurse!" I say, acting cheery. He sighs in relief.
"Just, one question." I say. He looks at me. He smiles. His teeth are gorgeous! "Anything." He says.
"Did my brother do something to you?"
