Julissa's POV

I've been living at Chris's house for almost a month and a half, truthfully the only good thing that has come out of this was that I met Kookie, but he's been acting funny the last week or so. I called him over to talk so I can figure out what this distance was about, hopefully it wasn't another women, I mean I don't see why it would be that, the sex is great, I give him all the attention he wants, we hangout almost every day, I really don't know were things went wrong. Hearing a knock at my door it broke me out of my thoughts,

"Come in." I spoke, watching as my door swung open I saw Kook standing there, smiling he smiled back coming over to me pulling me into a kiss, still sparks, so what the hell was going on.

"Hey babe." He greeted,

"Kookie what's going on, you've been distant lately if you found someone else just tell me now instead of having me walk in on it or something." All he could do was laugh, I'm glad he thought my feelings were funny, I just sat there and pouted

"No babe I'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing at the fact you think I'd leave you for another women, but there has been something going on. My mother is sick and she lives all the way in Korea so I have to go back, I don't know how long I'm going to be there I didn't know how to tell you. I wasn't going to just leave I've just been figuring out how to tell you is all."

"So technically you are leaving me because of another women, but its reasonable and I completely understand, will I miss you of course but we can still keep in touch and be friends. No matter what you've been the best thing that has ever happened to me lately and if I can't have you romantically I'd rather have a friendship." He pulled me into a tight hug we just held onto one another for awhile, I didn't want to cry in front of him, I'd save that for when he left. Pulling apart we decided just to spend what little time we did have together, I truly was going to miss him.

A week later

Stepping inside the tears couldn't help but fall, Jungkook and I just said goodbye, even though he promised to keep in touch I knew he had to worry about his mother, so that was all that mattered, but I was still going to make an effort to reach out here and there if he doesn't. As I sat on the couch I felt arms wrapped around my neck.

"I'm sorry boo." It was Sasha's voice

"I thought you would be crying just as much." I joked

"I got it all out this morning, I'm sure gonna miss that gorgeous specimen" I couldn't help but laugh she placed a kiss on my cheek

"Well how about today it's just me and you, eat our feelings, watch cliche love movies while we relax" she suggested, I truly did have the best, best friend in the world.

"I'd love that." Getting up we made our way to our rooms to change into something comfortable, I heard my phone go off, looking at it I saw it was Kook.

I could feel the tears coming again, I really was going to miss him, I quickly sent him back a have a safe flight, can't wait to hear from you, with a simple heart emoji. Fixing my face I headed back downstairs, this best friend's day was going to be just the thing I needed to not think about Kookie so much.

"Honey I'm ready." I spoke going into the living room, my expression dropped when I saw Dave standing there with flowers.

"What are you doing here?" I really didn't have time for him right now

"I heard about Jungle leaving." I scoffed he thought he was funny

"Jungkook you jackass."

"Yeah whatever, I just wanted to bring you these." He tried to hand me the flowers I just pushed them away

"Bring them to ya baby mama, now if you'll excuse me I'm trying to have a guy free day with my best friend."

"LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED." Sasha yelled just at the right movement coming into the room. "Dave you're suppose to be with chris." she stated

"I'm going now, I just wanted to make sure Julissa was okay after homeboy left." I could see the smirk on his face, I hated how he thought just because Kook left that he had any chance, he didn't and I wish he would just leave nothing changes, especially now that he's chosen to fully be with Mariah. "Well you ladies have fun." Placing the flowers on the table I rolled my eyes, Sasha grabbed my hand, placing all the snacks down, she plopped down next to me turning on the first movie.

A WALK TO REMEMBER appeared across the screen, great just great I'm going to be a blubbering mess.
