Dave's POV

I couldn't be happier that what's his name left it only makes my plan easier to get Julissa, I'm not going rush it, plus I know she heads back home in about another month, I mean it's not like she lives far it was only a 45 minute drive to her house, but I wanted to make things better before then. I was at my crib, Mariah was in the kitchen cooking tonight I was finally gonna have the talk with her that I think we should just be co parents, I honestly have no feelings towards her and it's not right to lead her on.

"Babe dinners almost done." I heard her yell, sighing I headed towards the dinning room as she was setting the table. I knew she was only putting on a perfect house wife act but that was never gonna happen, I ain't the marrying type, well maybe I am but it won't be with her that's for sure.

Sitting down she placed the food in front of me, it was a simple spaghetti dish, I was still greatful but I wasn't hungry, I just wanted to get this talk over and done with, as she finally was done doing whatever she was doing she sat down getting ready to eat.

"Listen Mariah we need to talk." She instantly put her fork down, looking at me intensely.

"So pretty much I think we should just be co parents, I don't mind you staying here till you get your own spot but you'll be in the guest room, I'm sorry I'm just not feeling this relationship." I spoke honestly

"Wow it's because of Chris's slut sister huh?" Now my blood was boiling as she started to talk bad about Julissa I took a sip of my Henny I had in my cup and looked at her.

"First things first I'll put ya ass out on the street but you carrying my child, keep her name out ya mouth, I'm trying to be respectful."

"Fuck you." She pushed the plate forward before getting up from the table and leaving going upstairs. Leaning back in my chair I let out a frustrated huff, why did I have to let this happen.

Julissa's POV

"Oh my god really that's great news" I happily as my contractor was telling me the good news.

"Okay great thank you so much." Hanging up I saw Chris and Sasha standing there looking confused

"What's going on?" Sasha asked

"My apartment will done next Friday." I said happily informing Chris I'll be out of his way soon, not like he really minded I just couldn't wait to be back in my place away from this drama with Dave.

"That's great news sis, can't wait to see the new place." Smiling I did my little happy dance, making my way into the kitchen I decided to make food for everyone. 

Little time skip

"DINNERS DONE" I yelled getting everyone to coming into the dining room. Turning around I saw the one person who I wish I didn't have to see.

"Hey Lissa, Dave showed up."

"Oh ok, I'll set another plate." Rolling my eyes I headed towards the kitchen and made another plate.

Dave's POV

I tried not to smirk, I knew she didn't want me here but it wasn't her house, sitting down Julissa came and placed a plate in front of me, damn shorty had a whole meal ready. Steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli this shit looked bomb.

"Damn my sis a chef." Chris complimented, smiling brightly I watched as she grabbed her plate, Chris brought some wine to the table pouring it in everyone's glass, we were officially seated.

"To Julissa's house being finished early." Chris did a toast

"Wait what?" I questioned I thought she still had like almost two months left here

"Yeah it'll be done next Friday." She spoke

"Oh well congrats." She gave me a small smile

"Well dig in." Everyone took a bite of her food, oh my god this was fucking good, definitely wife material, god I had to make things better with her before it really was too late, I guess I had to put my plan into action a lot sooner than I anticipated.
