"You love me, right?", Karina asked again as one of her hands held tight onto Winter, squeezing them for affirmation. The shorter girl nodded her head quietly, feeling extremely guilty for hiding out the truth.

"If you love me, would you do the surgery? For me", Karina said before she continued. "It's either you do the surgery, and there might be another opportunity for you, or you hold back the surgery, lose the sense of your hand, and no playing guitar forever, Winter".

"Please... I really cared for you. If you love me, would you do the surgery?"

Since Winter's honest, wrapped by guilty love confession, the nurse next door always stops by her apartment every night after she comes home from work. In the morning, Karina rang the doorbell of her neighbor's house just to make sure she woke up, had her breakfast, and took her meds.

That night, Winter didn't give her any answer about the surgery. She didn't say she would do it, nor hold it.

Karina thought the shorter girl just needed some time to think more about it, and Karina tried so hard to be patient about it despite her heart being worried.

Labels? Do they need one?

Winter already confessed. Karina already told her how much she cared for her neighbor. Their love for each other is shown despite not saying anything about it. Their eyes speak every time they stare into each other's warm presence.

They just knew that they loved one another.

It's almost eleven at night. Winter currently staring blankly at her lyric sheet, unsure what to add more onto them. There were three weeks more before the audition, and she still couldn't complete the lyrics despite having all the melodies completed.

Her deep thoughts were interrupted when the keypad on Winter's door beeps, and after a few seconds, Karina came in with a plastic bag in her hand, still in her nurse uniform.

"Rina, hi!", Winter cheered happily as he shot up from her couch, accidentally making all the papers on her hip just now scattered to the floor. But, she didn't care much about it, staring at how Karina pulled off her shoe.

"Have you eaten, Winter?", the nurse asked, placing her shoe on Winter's shoe rack.

"Not yet, but I'm not that hungry", Winter smiled as she watched Karina slowly walk in her direction. "How did you know the passcode to my door?".

"I memorize every time I see you input them in. Let's just say... for emergency purposes?", Karina chuckled, placing the plastic bag with 2 bowls of kalguksu on Winter's coffee table.

The shorter girl didn't protest with the acknowledgment. She tiptoed her way closer to the taller girl, opening her arms out wide with a cute smile on her face.

"What are you doing?", the nurse asked with one eyebrow lifted. Winter simply smiled back as she bit the corner of her lips, "Can I hug you?".

Slightly taken aback and flustered, Karina slowly nodded her head shyly. "Y-Yeah... Sure".

The other girl tip-toed closer to the nurse, circling her arms around Karina's waist before she tiptoed even more to reach Karina's height just enough to leave a soft peck on the taller girl's cheek.

Oh, Winter loves that blushing red on Karina's cheek.

"Can I kiss you on the lips too?"

Oh, no. Karina freaked out inside her mind. They kissed once before, but Karina is too shy to repeat that again.

"Y-You need to eat this!", and Winter loved how Karina always turned into a stuttering mess. "That food is for you. Eat them, and then, eat your meds. I'm not leaving you until you have all of them", Karina scolded but Winter was more than happy to oblige.

"Yes, ma'am!", Winter saluted cutely before she sat back on her couch, collecting every piece of paper that was scattered on her floor before she placed them on her coffee table. She opened the food Karina brought for her and immediately took a chopstick full of 'em into her mouth.

"Slow down! You'll choke!", Karina scolded again, only to be replied with Winter's cute grin.

She ate her food in silence and happiness as Karina went to Winter's kitchen, pulling out necessary meds from the drawers before she took a glass of plain water for Winter. When she came back to the living room with Winter now full from the food she ate, she handed the meds to the shorter girl with the glass of water in her hand.

"Eat this, and then, go to sleep", Karina said and WInter nodded her head as she smiled lightly. Having a personal doctor is really nice, she thought inside her mind. It is even nicer when that doctor is your love interest.

Winter slowly gulped down her meds as Karina watched. The empty glass is slowly placed on the coffee table before Winter looks into the taller girl's eyes, pleading.

"Can I sing a song before I sleep?"

"No!", Karina opposed immediately. "You need to sleep right after because your meds will make you drowsy in minutes", her hand is on her waist, almost acting like a mother to her child.

"Please... Just one song and then I'll sleep!", Winter begs, happy feet ready to run towards her black guitar right beside the balcony's door.

With a heavy sigh, the nurse gave up just after one word from Winter. "Fine. Just one song, and then you'll sleep. Okay?"

Winter strummed her guitar string precisely, always succeeding in making the beautiful sounds Karina loved. "Oh? It's 'Hype boy'?", Karina asked before Winter nodded her head. "I love that song!"

"Really?", Winter asked with a smile, still strumming her guitar smoothly.

"Yeah. This gonna make me sing", Karina chuckled before the smile on Winter's face got even wider. "Then, sing and enjoy", Winter answered.

Karina couldn't help from loving this moment she had with Winter too much, singing to the lyrics following Winter's, both of them smiled so brightly at one another.

Winter ended her singing with a big smile on her face, eyes stuck on Karina and never leaving how the taller girl still humming to the song lyrics mindlessly. Winter chuckled, looking at how cute the nurse could be sometimes.

"You wanna more?", Winter asked but it startled Karina immediately that she shook her head hard, denying, with her brows furrows disagreeing.

"No! You stop right there! Sleep, now", Karina instructs strongly.

Despite how scary Karina is when she extremely cares for Winter, Winter can't help but smile, falling in love deeper and deeper with her neighbor.
