Jungkook's POV

Everything is ready.

I decorated the living room with lots of red and white heart-shaped balloons filled with Helium. Jin helped me to set up a table for two, in the room.

The delicious food was all set on the table, and all the lights were switched off, leaving two chocolate scented candles on the table.

Areum will be here in 5 minutes, according to the message she had sent.

Jin asked, "Do you need any more help?"

"No, thanks Hyung."

"Don't mess this up, okay?"

"I won't, now go."

"Okay, bye."

I lit up the candles. The room filled with the amazing fragrance of chocolate, 'the thing Areum loves a lot after me because I will always be her first,' I chuckled to myself with the thoughts I was having.

Areum's POV

Kookie opened the door before I could even ring his doorbell.

It was like he was eagerly waiting for me.

He pecks my lips and leads me to his living room.

I was surprised to see that he decorated it so amazingly. I stood there surprised but I have to keep up on my act.

I asked, "Kookie, why did you do this? Is today something special?"

"You don't remember what today is?"

Tears were brimming up in his doe eyes. I couldn't take it. I cant see Kookie crying, due to which I had to break the act.

I quickly hugged him and said, "I am sorry kookie, I remember what today is. Happy 2 years anniversary."

He breaks the hug, and with a shocked expression, says, "So you remembered?"

"Yes"

"I cried a lot because of you", he said, while tears were streaming down his cheeks.

I wiped them using my thumb.

"Don't cry kookie. Today is a day so we could have fun and not cry."

He smiled a bit and nodded.

He led me to the table. I sat on one chair, and he sat opposite to me.

I could smell chocolates and also some delicious food which was set up on the table.

"You look pretty today."

"I know, and you too Kookie. You look so handsome in this suit."

His face turns red and says, "Thanks."

We talk some more about different stuff and our jobs. After eating, I take out the gift I had wrapped up and handed it over to him.

He strips away the wrapping paper and opens the box.

He was surprised to see the necklaces.

"Are those real diamonds?"

"Yes"

"You didn't have to Areum."

"No, it's okay. The black one is for you and the golden pink for me."

"Okay."

I pick up the black necklace and hook the necklace around Kookie's neck.

He hooked the golden pink necklace around my neck.

After that, he bent down and asked my hand for a dance.

I accepted it, and a slow song started to play on Jungkook's command for Amazon Echo to play a slow song.

His hands were holding my waist and my hands were on his shoulders, and we were dancing romantically.

After some songs ended, he bent down in front of me with one leg, and took out a velvet box and opened it revealing a pink heart-shaped diamond ring. 

I was surprised. My jaw dropped.

"Lee Areum. My love. Would you like to marry me and move in with me?"

I jumped around in the room with happiness.

I kept on shouting 'YES'.

Kookie smiled and put the ring on my finger.

He hugged me tightly after that.

"I am so happy Areum. I was tensed if you would say yes or no. I am really happy. Stay with me from tomorrow."

"Okay kookie. I love you."

"I love you too my soulmate." 

We are so looking forward to starting this new chapter together, and can't wait to celebrate with all of our favourite people.
