Areum's POV

"WHY DID YOU WAKE ME UP FROM MY DEEP SLEEP KOOKIE?!?"

"Sorry, I didn't know you were sleeping."

"It's okay. Why did you call though?"

"DID YOU FORGET WHAT DAY TODAY IS?", he shouted from the other side, making me pull my phone away from my ear.

"What day is today? It isn't my birthday. So what is it today."

"Oh! Sorry, today is nothing. Just meet me at my home today evening sharp at 5 pm."

"Not your dorm?"

"Nope. Okay bye."

And he cut the call.

Its been 2 years since Jungkook and I met, and today is our 2 years anniversary as a couple, and yeah I remember it. I just acted like I didn't remember it as I had my own plan to surprise him~

Now let's get ready, and prepare the gift for Jungkook.

Jungkook's POV

Did she really forget?

Why did she forget our 2 years anniversary?

I went to Jin's room, so I could tell him what had happened.

"Its okay Jungkook.", Jin comforted me.

I felt something warm on my cheeks. I was too absorbed in the sadness that I didn't even notice that I had started crying.

Jin suddenly hugged me and said, "My baby, don't cry. You will be fine, she loves you."

"But I wanted to ask her to move in with me. And now my plan will fail. I wanted to invite her to my home and surprise her with my cooking and also by asking her to move into my home, and also propose to her. But will she accept me?"

"Yes, she will. You both know that you love each other. If she doesn't remember this date, let it be, she is so much stressed doing her job, due to which she might have forgotten it."

"Thanks for comforting me Hyung. And yeah, now you can break the hug. I can't breathe."

"Oh, sorry," he said, pulling away from the hug. I took a deep breath.

"Well Hyung, will you help me cook food for Areum?"

"Okay, I will. Let's meet at your home at 1 pm, so that we could buy the ingredients required for cooking, together."

"Yes."

I smiled and left to my house, after thanking Hyung.

It was 12 pm and Jin Hyung would be her in an hour. It took me three hours just to decorate the whole room, now I had to quickly go out and buy a gift for Areum.

Jin's POV

It is 1 pm, and I will leave for Jungkook's house in 45 minutes.

Suddenly my phone started ringing. I grabbed it from the table and answered it.

"Hi, Areum."

"Hi Jin oppa. I sJungkook at the dorm now?"

"No, he isn't."

"Well, yeah I was planning something for our anniversary today. I acted that I had forgotten that today is our anniversary, and also will act that I will break up with Jungkook."

"I think you shouldn't do the break up one."

"Wae?"

"Because Jungkook was crying that you forgot the anniversary and if he hears that he might even faint or die."

"WHAT?! HE CRIED!!"

"Yes."

"I'm so sorry about that."

"It's okay, well you will get a big surprise when you meet him."

"Yeah, he invited me over, but I am unable to choose a gift."

"Try giving him something related to soulmates. Well your dad's company is related to jewellery right? Design a soulmate diamond chain."

"THANKS A LOT FOR THE IDEA, OPPA. ILL GET GOING."

"Yeah, you are welcome. And don't shout the next time you call me."

"Haha, sorry for that. And bye Oppa."

"Okay, bye Areum."

She cut the call, and I went to the driveway and got into my car and drove to Jungkook's.

I am so happy that Areum loves Jungkook very much, and she didn't forget their anniversary. Jungkook will be too happy to know that Areum didn't forget it, but he should find it out on his own.

Areum's POV

I quickly designed a chain for couples, one for me and the other one for Jungkook.

The golden pink colour was for me, and the black one was for Jungkook, when we open the locked, there will be a photo of Jungkook and me with Gurem.

The workers made the chain in 2 hours, and I quickly have to dress properly to go to Kookie's home.

I quickly arrange both the chains in a box and wrap it with gift paper and quickly dress up and add a pinch of makeup.
