Areum's POV

Suddenly the lights went off.

I got scared and screamed very loudly because firstly, I had felt paranoid before and secondly, I am a little bit scared of the dark even though I have grown up so much.

I hugged Jugkook tightly, who was sitting beside me, and I felt a hand on my head.

I was scared at first, but when the hand was drawing circles on my back, I understood that it was Jungkook's, which kinda made me feel safe.

After calming down my racing heart a bit, Jungkook finally spoke, "Don't worry, I am here.We will be safe. I think its a power cut."

I nodded.

He quickly took out his phone from his back pocket, and switched on the torchlight.

We both quickly stood up. Jungkook came closer to me, and said, "We ave to stay together, and don't go anywhere else."

I said, "O-okay K-kookie."

He quickly held my hand and said, "Don't worry love, I will get us out of here."

I felt comfortable when he called me 'love', but I ignored it because we were stuck in a room with no light.

We both quickly went towards the door and tried to open it, but it was locked.

Jungkook started banging it, but it didn't budge. My vision started blurring up and I felt a warm liquid trickle down my cold cheeks.

I was crying.

Jungkook looked at me when I got small hiccups while crying. He was shocked and quickly wiped off the tears which were falling on cheeks and said, "Do not cry Areum. I am here, we will be saved" and he quickly hugged me.

He was also shaking up a bit, and I think he was scared a bit too.

We quickly broke the hug and we were both staring into each other's eyes.

I asked, "Kookie, are you scared too?"

He quickly broke the eye contact and said, "N-no" while looking down at the floor.

I made him look into me by raising his chin using my fingers.

I let out an audible whisper, "Kookie, tell me the truth."

He said, "Yes I am. I am scared, but we have to be strong so we can find a way out together."

I asked, "What can I do? There might be something which I can do to help you."

He said, "No, you don't have to do anything, I will do everything. I will try to call my hyungs."

I nod.

He quickly dialed Jin oppa's number.

"Ahh, hyung."

"Please could you come to help both of us. We are stuck in a room and the door is locked and there are no lights."

He then quickly tells Jin oppa the address.

He then ends the call, and hugs me and says, "We will be saved, don't worry."

I nod.
