Do you consider yourself to be a Christian?
Well, that is what I will talk about in this chapter. My guess is, if you are reading this then that means you are a Christian; and, have a strong relationship with God. If you weren't you probably wouldn't be looking at this book; for, most people who give themselves the title of a Christian but do not act upon it are the ones that don't read the bible or books such as mine. To be a true Christian means many things. Unfortunately, I can not say that there are specific things in order to be one or become one because we are not perfect. We don't always look to God in the midst of a bad situation and we can't title ourselves in any other way because we do not deserve it. God gives us unconditional love even in our darkest of moments, and we can't say that we have done everything right and are perfect Christians.

So as of right now you're probably trying to make sense of that whole paragraph up there because it could be pretty confusing. So I am going to break it down for you.
When we see people at our church and they are talking/being disruptive while the Mass is going on I find it very unfortunate because they say that they listen to the Priest and know what's going on but in reality, all they really remember is what pair of shoes their friend was wearing. That is an example of people labeling themselves as Christians but not acting upon it.
Reading the bible is another huge part of this, as is worshipping regularly. Being God's sheep means that we must be worthy of that name; not only must we believe in him, but we must believe it with all of our heart. To make our mark on the world; and, aid Jesus in his quest for making the world a better place. You see, if you really do all of these little things and do them because you want to, not because you need to; then, your relationship with Jesus and God could become stronger. Which will then make the overall quality of your life better.

Prayer: Let's join together, Christians of the world and act upon our name. Let us become one family in Christ and prove to our Savior that we are worthy of being his children, his sheep. Be not afraid in dark situations, for our Father and shepherd is there for us and will help us heed his word. Jesus Christ suffered and died for us on the cross; hopefully we may lay down our life if we encounter a situation to protect our brothers and sisters. May we all let our eyes be opened while reading his precious words in our Bible. In Jesus's name, Amen.
