Chapter 19: The End of It All

There was a loud ringing in Sarah Loomis's ears. Her vision was dark, and she felt immense pain before a sudden chill rushed through her. The ringing slowly faded away as two male voices replaced it.

"Sarah! Damn it! That asshole!" The first voice said.

"Shit." The second voice said.

"Some friend you got there." The first voice says.

"Oh, shut up! How was I supposed to know something like this would happen?" The second voice says.

Hold on, Sarah recognized those voices. What the hell was going on?

"Here we go." The first voice says, "Sarah, can you hear us?"

Sarah slowly moved, and her vision started to clear. She was starting to see who the voices belonged to, and soon she recognized two faces she hadn't seen in a long time.

"Randy?" She asked, "Billy? What's going on? How can I... oh, don't fucking tell me that Roman-"

"I'm afraid he did." Randy says.

"Shit." Sarah swore, standing, "Sid better get up and kill his ass for me. At least I have you again. I missed you."

"I missed you too." Randy says as the two embrace.

"Hey, what about me?" Billy asks, "Nothing for your brother?"

Sarah walked over to him and slapped him, surprising everyone.

"That's for all the shit you started." She says.

While this was going down, Roman closed and locked the door Kincaid entered through, and Sidney got up and hid behind the bar. The three ghosts watched as Roman frantically searched for Sidney, who armed herself with an ice pick. Dewey and Gale found the door and were currently trying to get it open. Roman pulled out his phone, but Sidney had pulled out hers and called him, right before stabbing him in the shoulder with the ice pick.

"Hell yeah! Come on, Sid!" Sarah cheers.

Roman fell to the ground, and Sidney took the knife from him.

"I shot you." He says.

Sidney lifted her shirt to reveal her bulletproof vest.

"I guess we think alike." She says.

"Mother's dead." Roman says, "And there is nothing you can do about that. I still got to make my movie."

"Stab 3, right?" Sidney asks before jamming the ice pick in Roman's chest.

Dewey and Gale finally bust open the door, and saw the scene in front of them.

"It was Roman?" Gale asks.

"Oh, shit, Sarah!" Dewey says.

Roman tried to remove the ice pick, but couldn't. Sidney then reached out and held his hand before he passed out.

"Be careful, Sid." Dewey says as Sidney stands. "Randy said the killer's always superhuman."

"Yeah, well, he wasn't superhuman, Dewey." Sidney replies.

"Just super annoying, and a pain in my ass." Sarah comments, "And I guess I was the one who had to bite it."

Gale then helped Kincaid up before the group reluctantly left.

"So, that's it?" Sarah asks, "Did Sidney kill his ass or what?"

"She didn't." Billy says. "If he was dead, we'd know by now."

"So what the hell is he doing?" Sarah asks.

That's when Rose entered the room.

"Oh shit. Sarah?" She asked, seeing her friend's body on the ground. She then noticed Roman. "Roman? Roman!" She was immediately at his side. "Roman, wake up!"

"Wow." Billy says.

"You gotta be kidding me." Randy adds.

"Thanks, Rose. Your friend's dead, but oh no, your psycho boyfriend might be dead." Sarah says sarcastically.

Roman woke up shortly after, and Rose removed the ice pick.

"What the hell happened here?" Rose asks, "You do this?"

"Not mad, are you?" Roman asks weakly.

"I mean, I dated a psycho in high school." Rose says, "Guess I have a thing for them." She then helped Roman up. "Although I might be just a little mad you killed Sarah, though. She was my friend."

"Where's Sidney?" Roman asks.

"She left. And there's no way you can try and take her on." Rose says, "Consider yourself lucky she didn't kill you. She's good at making sure the killer's dead. Now come on, we gotta get you out of here."

With that, Rose led Roman out of the room.

"Okay, so that happened. What now? What do we do?" Sarah asks.

"Honestly, there isn't much." Billy says. "We've just been hanging out all this time."

"But we do find ways to make things bearable." Randy adds, "Trust us when we say that being dead is nothing like the movies. We can't do much. We tried. On the plus side, we can see any movies we want whenever."

"That partially answered my question." Sarah says.

"How about we start by going home?" Billy asks.

"Home? Like Woodsboro?" Sarah asks.

"Where else?" Billy answers.

"I guess it's a start." Sarah replies.

"Then that's what we'll do." Randy says.

The trio of ghosts then leave the house, on their way back to the town where it all began.

A/N: So this is the end of Your Number's Up! I hope you guys enjoyed this story! I'll mention this in an upcoming Trivia and Deleted Concepts chapter, but as of right now, I don't plan on adding Part 4. However, there is always a chance I will change my mind and add it. There will also be a few bonus one shots of scenarios that were mentioned but not in full detail or things I wanted to add but couldn't. Be on the lookout for those!

Until Next Time!
