England, 1868

It was a dark and stormy night as we see a man and a woman walk upon a wrecked carriage.

Man: [hehehehe] Hey! Look at the wreck!

We see a bunch of horses dead as we see a nother woman dead as se was penetrated by broken wood to the back of her head and throw the chest. Then we see the man walk towards another one as he was lying on the ground as the woman was behind him.

Ugly man: Blimey! Damned bloke hadn't a chance! The must've slipped in the mud and fell off the cliff. Those are some fine clothes though nobles have there.

Then we hear two babies inside the carriage crying.

Woman: Look! The woman inside is dead, but babies are still alive! She must of protected them.

Ugly man: Two babies?! Forget them!

We see the ugly man take off the rich man's.

Woman: What the devil are you doing?

Ugly man: What does it look like?! Their treasured baubles are mine! (Sees a briefcase) [huh?] What's that?

The ugly man opens the briefcase to see a strange mask.

Ugly man: What a creepy mask. (Close the briefcase) Worthless rubbish. (To the woman) Five me a hand! (Tosses the briefcase) Let's yank those beauties clear off! Those teeth'll fetch quite a price.

Then all of the sudden, the rich man grabs the ugly man's arm as we see him awake.

Rich man: You... You came to rescue me. Thank you.

The man and the woman look at him, surprised that helps still alive.

Rich man: My wife... My wife and my boys... Are they alright?

Ugly man: They crocke- [Uh] dear sir, your wife and the driver haves passed. But the two babies are safe.

The rich man started to tear up after hearing his wife has passed.

George: Perhaps this is fate... My name is George Joestar I. I owe you thanks for saving my life. I shall soon pass out. Quickly, tell me your name.

Dario: (Thought) He think I saved his life! Fool! There's no harm in it. (Speaks out loud as he takes off his hat) Dario Brando at your service.

George: Mr. Brando, the Joestars will not forget our dept to you.

As he said that, we see the mask rattle around as blood got on it and jump up as everything turned to black while we see the mask as it we now see the Joestar mansion.

12 years later

We hear a dog barking as we hear a boy talking to him.

Boy: There's a good boy! (Looks at George and another boy) Father, F/N, I'm off!

We see George Joestar along with a 13 year old boy with (S/C) skin, (H/C) (H/S) hair, (E/C) eyes wearing a (O/O/C) known as F/N L/N.

George: Take care, JoJo!

JoJo: Let's go, Danny!

F/N: Father? (George turns towards F/N) May I go with him?

George: Of course, F/N.

F/N: (smiles then bows to him) Thank you, father.

Then F/N runs down to join JoJo as George watch his two boys run off.

Meanwhile we see the poor side of London as we see Dario Brando on a bed coughing up a storm as a boy with blonde hair sitting on chair reading a book as Dario called his name.

Dario: Dio! Come here! [Cough Cough!] Dio! Are you deaf, boy?!

The boy known Dio closed his book and placed it on the table.

Dio: What do you want, Father? Medicine?

Dario: Idiot! I have no need for snake oil! If you have money, go buy me some booze!

Dario tossed the bottle of booze at Dio as he moved his head to the side as the scene changed of us seeing JoJo chowing down his meal as F/N and George see this.

F/N: JoJo, slow down! Where are your manners?

Then JoJo blushed in embarrassment as he realized what he did.

JoJo: Sorry, Father, F/N.

F/N: (Shakes head and sighs) Bloody hell.

Meanwhile we see Dio beating someone in a game of chess.

Dio: Check.

After beating the man, he gave Dio his money. He goes to grab it until the man grabs his head and dunks it him his food.

Man: Feeling smart now, kid?!

Dio grabs his money tightly as the scene changed with two boys tossing a doll back and forth away from a girl they took it from.

Girl: Stop! Give it back!

Boy 1: Hey, Erina! Your daddy buy you this doll? (Boy 2 runs towards him) For being a quack, he sure makes a lot of money! How 'bout... We rip off her pretty dress! We'll see how much it looks like the real thing!

Hearing that, Erina started to cry as the boys made fun of her.

Boys: She cried! Erina's a crybaby!

???: Enough!

They all turn around to see JoJo standing on a wall.

JoJo: Return the doll!

He charged at them as the boys spoke.

Boy 1: And who the bloody hell are you?

Boy 2: Erina's friend?

JoJo: I don't know her, but I have reason to fight you!

He rammed right into the boy with the doll as he dropped it. Then he kept punching him as the boy spoke.

Boy 1: Bastard! Fighting to impress the girl, eh?

The boy hits JoJo in the back to get him to stop as he lands on the ground.

Boy 2: [Huh?] He's a total pushover!

Boy 1: [hehehehe] How embarrassing! Now our brave knight needs saving!

Then we see JoJo whipping blood off his face with a handkerchief that says "Jonathan Joestar" on it.

Boy 1: Looks like he's a Joestar kid after all! The one thing I can't stand is a rich kid! Little snot!

The boys started kicking JoJo until one of the boys got kicked in the chest by someone.

Boy 1: Hey who the hell do you think you- [Huh!]

Then the boys started to shake as they see F/N giving them a menacing glare as the words menacing were surroundings him.

F/N: If you know what's good for you, I suggest you leave my little brother alone.

After seeing him, the boys ran off screaming and crying. Meanwhile we see Dio with his father.

Dario: Dio, my time is almost up. Listen! [Cough] (hands a letter to Dio) When I die, take this letter to the Joestar mansion! Their debt to me is great. You're a crafty lad. I want you to become the richest man the world's ever seen!

Meanwhile we see F/N walk towards JoJo and offered his hand to him. He takes his hand and pulls him up.

JoJo: I could of handled myself, you know.

F/N: That may be, but I wasn't going to take the chance. As your brother, it's my job to look over you when father is not around.

Erina: Um than-

JoJo: Listen, I didn't fight to be thanked by you! I want to be a true gentleman! You were a lady in destress. A true gentleman must be courageous and fight, even when he knows victory is impossible.

F/N: (Smirks) You've always had a good heart on you, JoJo.

The two walk off as JoJo kept talking.

JoJo: One day, though, I'll be strong enough to win.

F/N: It will someday, JoJo, it will someday.

Meanwhile we see Dio in a cemetery in front of his father's grave.

Dio: (thought) You hideous, devious... You drove Mother to the grave. You bastard of a father! You want me to be rich? I'll show you. And I'll use any means necessary. (Tightly grips the letter) I'll start with this Joestar. (Out loud) Swine! (Spits on his father's grave)

Dio puts the letter in his coat pocket, grabs his suitcase and walks to the carriage.

Dio: (thoughts) No one can stop me.

Meanwhile we see the handkerchief that JoJo dropped as Erina picked it up.

Erina: Jonathan Joestar.

Narrator: This is the story of three young men and the mysterious mask that forever changed their destinies.

We see Jonathan and F/N walk towards the mansion as the talk to each other.

F/N: Honestly, Jonathan, you need to be more careful.

Jonathan: I know, I know.

Then the two see a carriage coming in and stops next to the two. Then the door opens as a suitcase was tossed out then a boy jumped out of the carriage and stood up.

Jonathan: (thoughts) Who is he?

F/N: Oh, you must be Dio Brando, correct?

Dio: And you two must be Jonathan Joestar and F/N L/N.

Jonathan: (offers a hand shake) Everyone calls me JoJo. Nice to meet you.

Then we hear a dog barking as we see Danny running towards the three.

Jonathan: Danny!

F/N: Hey Danny!

Jonathan: (lowers himself for Danny) See him? That's Danny. He's our dog.

F/N: He's a real sweet dog. Don't worry, he won't bite. He's the friendliest dog you'll ever meet.

Dio glared at Danny then knees him in the face.

F/N: Danny! (Runs towards Danny)

Jonathan: What was that for?! You'll pay for that!

The two put up their dukes as Dio thinks to himself.

Dio: So this is the Joestar heir. The coddle brat. (Shows F/N trying to comfort Danny) I will psychologically overwhelmed him to become the heir of the Joestar estate! (Looks at F/N) I won't have to worry about him, he's not even blood. But if I do, I will crush him.

George: What's the matter?

The three boys look at George as he walks towards them.

George: What is this commotion?

Dio: My apologies, sir. (Bows) The dog attacked me. It was a reflex.

F/N: (Thoughts) That damn lier! Just what are you up to, Dio?

Short time skip

We see the inside of the mansion as we see the mask from before as we hear George speak.

George: Welcome, Dio. You are part of our family now. (Looks at everyone else) Everyone, I owe my life to this boy's father. Treat him as if you would treat JoJo and F/N.

Servants: Yes, lord.

George: Dio, this is your home now. You will live my as boys, JoJo and F/N, has.

Dio: (bows) Thank you for your generosity, Sir Joestar.

George: (puts a hand on both of Jonathan's and F/N's shoulder) JoJo and F/N also lost thier mother, You and JoJo are the same age, but F/N is a year older than the both of you. You think of him as your older brother. You three will be good friends, I expect. JoJo, F/N, you two must forget about Danny, understand?

Jonathan/F/N: Yes, Father.

Jonathan: I understand. A similar canine onslaught would certainly frighten me as well.

F/N: And I suppose I may have overlooked it and jumped to conclusions to soon.

Jonathan: (thoughts) I do wish he'd apologize. But we're housemates now... I must make do.

George: This way, Dio. I'll show you your room.

Dio: Yes, sir.

Then we see Dio looking at the mask on the wall as Jonathan was going to help with Dio's bag until he grabbed his arm tight.

Dio: Hands off! No one touches my bags!

Then F/N put his hand on Dio's shoulder as he looks at him with a glare.

F/N: He was just trying to be nice, now let go of his arm. You're hurting him.

Then Dio elbows F/N in the stomach a he lets go of Dio and let's go of Jonathan as he ran to F/N.

Jonathan: N/N! Are you alright?

F/N: (groans in pain) It's fine, JoJo, I'm alright.

Dio: I don't need any of your help. The servant shall carry them. (Pulls Jonathan's ear) Listen closely, JoJo. I may be your guest, but I look up to no one! I always come first! I'm number one! No one looks down their nose at me!

Jonathan: We just wanted to be friends!

Dio: And another thing, I despise mangy mutts. They don't scare me. Their bootlicking disgusts me! So keep that mongrel Danny away from me.

F/N: So you did do that on purpose.

George: What's keeping you three? Hurry along.

Dio: (Gets up) Yes, sir!

Dio walks up the stairs as Jonathan helps F/N up on his feet.

Narrator: With Dio's arrival, Jojo's once joyful life had spiraled into misery.

We see George swat Jonathan's hand while he, F/N, and Dio were doing math.

George: Wrong again, JoJo! Look at Dio and F/N! 20 out of 20 correct!

F/N: With all do respect, Father, he's trying his best.

George: That's no excuse!

Then we see them eating as Jonathan spilled his drink. Causing George to slam his hand on the table.

George: JoJo, you call yourself a gentleman?! Where are your manners?! (Gets up and snaps his fingers) Clear JoJo's place. You are to go without supper tonight. Dio has made me realize that I've been far to lenient on you. You are an embarrassment! (The servant takes Jonathan's food.) Dio's manners are impeccable! As well as F/N's!

Jonathan runs out of the dining room as F/N looks at George.

F/N: (gets up from his seat and slammed his hands on the table) Father, don't you think that was a bit to harsh?!

George: We can't baby him, F/N. He has to learn some how and this is the only way. Is that understood?

F/N: (sigh and sits back down) Understood. I apologize for my sudden outburst, Father.

George: Apologize excepted.

Then we F/N glaring at Dio as he watches Jonathan.

Dio: Moron.

The next day we see a bunch of guys watching some boxing match.

Referee: In this corner is Jonathan Joestar!

The crowd cheers for him as we see F/N clapping his hands.

Referee: He's become quite deft as of late! And his opponent... Has been changed. Only his name is known! The chap's a new addition to our town!

F/N: (thoughts) No way!

Jonathan: (thoughts) It couldn't be!

Then we see Dio putting on a boxing glove.

Referee: Introducing Dio Brando! (Dio walks in front of Jonathan) You know the rules. One hit to the face wins it. Begin!

The bell rings as the match starts.

F/N: You can do it, JoJo!

Jonathan throws the first punch, but Dio steps to the side causing him to miss. Then Jonathan tried an uppercut then a right hook but he missed both times. One punch after another, Dio kept dodging each one.

Jonathan: (thoughts) Look at those moves! That footwork! I can't connect!

Dio: (thoughts) JoJo is better than I had expected. But... (Punches Jonathan in the gut) This is how you fight in a boxing booth of a London slum! Eat this!

Dio decks Jonathan in the face so hard, blood came out.

Referee: There it is! JoJo is out!

Dio: (thoughts) It's not over yet, JoJo! It's time my thumb to meet your eye!

Dio jabbed his thumb in Jonathan's eye as he finished him off, sending him flying to the ground. The crowd started to cheer for Dio as F/N hopped over the ring and run to Jonathan while the others run to Dio.

Random boy 1: Did you see that?!

Random boy 2: Dio!

F/N: JoJo! Are you okay?!

Random boy 3: Dio, that was amazing!

Random boy 4: How did you do that?

Dio: It's just a new defensive boxing technique. I'll teach it to you guys as a favor.

Random boy 4: Really?

Dio: But don't teach it to JoJo. He can't keep a secret.

Random boy 2: He can't?

Random boy 1: Thanks for the warning.

Dio: I can teach it to you too if you like, F/N.

F/N: Thanks for the offer, Dio, but I'll have to decline. (Looks at Jonathan) JoJo, your eye!

Jonathan: Why is he against me?

Dio: (thought) Loneliness makes a man hollow. I'll turn JoJo into a useless twit! Bit by bit, I'll take everything. As an adult, the Joestar fortune shall be mine!

Time skip

We see Jonathan sitting on a tree branch while F/N Sits next to the tree, reading a book while Danny lays next to him.

Jonathan: That cursed Dio! This is awful. It's as if he's taking over my life.

F/N: It is troubling. I'm not sure why Dio would go this far.

Random boy 1: Hey! Get a move on!

Jonathan turns to see three boys walking by.

Jonathan: Hey, guys! Come here! Let me join on the fun!

The boys look at Jonathan for a moment.

Random boy 2: Did you guys hear something?

Random boy 3: ignore it. It's just a snitch with a traitor.

Jonathan: What?! (Jumps down) Get back here! (Runs towards them) Who's a snitch and a traitor?!

Random boy 1: Let's split.

Random boy 2: You're a snitch, JoJo! And F/N's a traitor! You'll jabber to anyone over anything and F/N will betray anyone over anything!

Random boy 3: Squealer, backstabber

Jonathan: Hold on! Get back here! I never squealed to anybody! And F/N would never backstab anyone!

Boys: JoJo the squealer and F/N the backstabber!

Then we see F/N and Danny walk next to Jonathan.

Jonathan: Dio! It was him! Dio's the one spreading rumors about us! He's trying to destroy me for some reason! Curse you, Dio!

Jonathan started to tell Dio's name over and over again until he rolled on the side of the the hill. Then we see Jonathan lay on his back as F/N and Danny look at him.

Jonathan: My life has been chaos ever since he showed up. (Looks at F/N) And now thanks to him, everyone thinks you're a backstabber for being with me. I understand if you want nothing to do with me anymore, N/N.

F/N: JoJo... (Walks next to Jonathan and sits next to him) I'm not gonna leave you alone. You're my little brother, rather I'm blood or not, I'm still gonna be by your side no matter what Dio does. It's my job to look after you when Father's not around. (Danny walks towards the two) Danny feels the same way to.

Then Jonathan pets Danny and smiles.

Jonathan: Thanks, you guys. That means a lot.

Then we hear someone step on a stick to as the two turn around to see Erina with a basket of grapes in her arm. She puts the basket on a tree branch then runs off as Jonathan and F/N walk towards it.

Jonathan: Who was that?

F/N: She looks awfully familiar.

F/N takes down the basket as the two of them look to see Jonathan's handkerchief.

Jonathan: My handkerchief! [Aha!] (Yells to Erina) Thanks for the grapes! I'll be here tomorrow! Come see me!

The two sit down as Jonathan feeds Danny a grape.

Jonathan: So demure... She ran without a word. Girls are funny. Right, N/N? ... N/N?

Jonathan turned to F/N as he smirked at him.

Jonathan: What's with that face?

F/N: I'm rooting for you, JoJo.

Jonathan: What's that supposed to mean?!

F/N: You'll understand once you get older. (Eats a grape)

Narrator: (shows the times Jonathan and Erina had together) Love, that delightful curiosity, had moved Jonathan's heart! They quickly became friends, and Jonathan was enchanted.

Jonathan: (thoughts) Erina. Erina Pendleton. My darling!

Then we see Jonathan carving their initials in a middle of a heart on a tree.

Erina: JoJo! You mustn't! (Turns away) You're no good!

Time Skip

Then we see F/N walk with Jonathan and Danny home as Jonathan waved Erina goodbye.

Jonathan: See you! Bye bye!

F/N: I take it things went well?

Jonathan: Yeah, we had lots of fun.

F/N: Well I'm glad.

Meanwhile we see Dio behind the tree that Jonathan marked as Erina walked by. Then Dio stepped in front of her along with the two boys from earlier.

Dio: Hello there. Is your name Erina? You and JoJo look happy together. (Erina steps back) I knew something was wrong.  He has been much to happy.

Erina was about to run until Dio grabbed her by the arm and pull her close for a kiss.

Boys: He did it!

Erina tried to pull him off but it was no use.

Boy 1: That's our Dio! He's got way more guts than we do! He's my idol! I want to be like him!

Erina fell into a puddle as she panted.

Dio: Have you and JoJo kissed yet? Not yet, eh? Your first kiss was not with him! Kono Dio da!

Then Erina just realized that Dio stole her first.

Dio: (thoughts) Forced or not, what's important is that I kissed her first! Their little romance is over! He won't have a single friend or lover!

Boy: Look! What is she doing?! (Shows her rinsing her mouth out from the puddle) What is she thinking? She's washing her mouth out with mud! Is she mad? There's a stream nearby!

Dio: You wench! (Raised his hand up) You're just doing that to insult me!

Dio slaps her in the face as she fell into the mud then turns away from her while holding on to the branch.

Dio (thoughts): Dio, don't lose your head over some girl! (Tears off the branch and walks off) (out loud) We're done here! Let's go.

The next day we see Jonathan and F/N walking though town as Jonathan sees Erina.

Jonathan: Hey, Erina!

Jonathan and F/N go towards her as Erina turns away crying then runs off.

Jonathan: Erina, wait!

F/N: What was that all about? She looked upset.

Then the two heard laughing from the other boys.

Boy 1: Look at that sorry look on his face!

Boy 2: Go tell them why she ran away!

Boy 1: But I just couldn't bear to see JoJo cry and make F/N upset!

The boys laughed, causing the two to get angry.

Jonathan: Why you... What did you do to her?!

Short time skip

Jonathan ran all the way to the nation with F/N behind him.

Jonathan: Dio!

F/N: JoJo! Calm down! There's a better way to settle this.

We see Dio reading a book then closed it as he stood up.

Dio: I wouldn't use my name lightly if I were you.

Jonathan charged towards Dio.

Jonathan: This ends now! I won't let you hurt her again! Your fight is with me!

Dio: So you heard about your darling Erina? Now you want to take revenge, with your first, eh?

Jonathan: I won't let you insult her! (Throws a punch as Dio blocked it)

Dio: Jealousy is unbecoming of you, JoJo! (Elbows him in the face as F/N catches him) Thirsty for a repeat of our little boxing brawl?!

F/N: You've gone to far, Dio!

Dio: (Hm?)

F/N takes off his coat and gets in fighting position as Jonathan gets up and joins him.

Dio: (thoughts) They seriously think they can beat me? (Throws off jacket) I'll show these fools that they'll never beat me. Not in a fight, and not in life.

The two charge at Dio as Jonathan goes for a punch as Dio blocks it and kicks him away. Then F/N grabs Dio's head and headbutts him. Then Jonathan right hooks and left hooks Dio as F/N kicks him up in the air.

Dio: (thought) How can rubbish like them beat me?!

Then the two finished him off with an uppercut, causing blood to get all over the mask and pop off the wall.

Dio: Y-You two... (Starts crying) How dare you two?!

Jonathan: He's crying.

Dio: (gets up) Bloody bastards!

Dio pulls a knife from behind him, getting ready to stab Jonathan as F/N gets in front of him until-

???: What's going on, you three?!

The three look up to see George.

Jonathan/F/N: Father!

George: Boys fight. That can't be helped. But JoJo and F/N, the two of you were attacking Dio while he was down, defenseless!  That's uncivilized!

F/N: But Father-

George: No excuses! To your rooms, the three of you! I shall punish you three later.

Meanwhile we see a man put some leaves in a fire place while a wooden box was inside of it.

Man: What the dickens? Oh well. (Lights a match) A maid must've thrown it away.

Then the man set all the stuff in the fire place on fire and closed the door. He goes to walk off until he heard some banging coming from the inside.

Man: What's that? Something's banging around. Is someone in there?! No! Someone's burning alive in there!

Meanwhile we see Erina waking down the road as we see Jonathan behind a tree.

Jonathan: Erina... Damn that Dio! If this is what you were aiming for, well, you got what you wanted!

???: JoJo!

Jonathan looks to see F/N running towards him with a bandage wrap around his hand.

Jonathan: N/N? What's wrong?

He looks at F/N as tears rolled down his face, causing Jonathan to get concerned.

Short time skip.

We see Jonathan and F/N in front of a grave. The grave of Danny.

George: The sight of him was to much to bear, so we buried him quickly. The police say it was likely the handiwork of a burglar.

Jonathan/F/N: Dio...

Butler: Dio? He has yet to return from school.

Dio (thoughts): JoJo and F/N went to their rooms and slept. JoJo awoke and fell into tears as F/N tried his best to comfort him. Danny, thier beloved companion, was gone. I evened the score by snuffing out that mutt, but I had no idea those two were strong. The harder you hit them, the tougher it gets. My anger makes me vulnerable. I must change. I must learn to cool my temper.

Narrator: Seven years passed...
