"are you gonna calm down?" he asked, his grip on my wrist still firm.

my blue eyes looked up into his brown ones--filled with anger at him. it was more than anger. i didn't want karla, or any other girl for that matter, to get close to him.

i tugged my arm back, trying to break loose. i gave a shake of my head in response. "i will not calm down."

"ah, i know what this is." he concluded, his words oozing with a seductive pur to them. i was taken aback, only for an instant since i had never heard him use that tone before. even less when he was talking to me. "you're jealous of your friend, aren't you?" he asked me, a hint of amusement lining his words.

i said nothing.

im kinda tempted to update the other bts stories in this series, but im gonna wait a bit longer. this story is almost halfway and the sequel to "ugly" has just started. i'll just make those my main priority in this series of fics, so that i can finish them as soon as possible.

i hope you're all liking the story.

i know i said it was about to get steamy, but i miscalculated. the next chapter is when it starts to get steamy. so stay tuned for that.
