"You don't want to want to talk about what happened yesterday" Charles said as he sat down on her bed as Megan laid on the bed.

"No, I don't want to." Megan said as Charles looked at her.

"Have you eaten? Your tummy looks flat." Charles said as he touched her tummy, caressing it.

Megan touched his hand as she giggled, "Yes I have, that's our my tummy is."

"Really," Charles said as he brought his body closer to her, resting his head on her tummy, "I heard Britteny's engagement was called off." Richard muttered under his breath.

"Really," Megan said.

"I know it's Alex right? He did that because of you, I should really thank you about it but I'm still not happy about the engagement being called off." Richard said as he moved his face closer to Megan's as she looked at him.

"Why?" Megan said slowly.

"Why do I have mixed emotions? Am in love with two girls but I love one more than one but I don't want the latter to still leave."

"That's selfishness, Charles make up a choice."

Charles shook his head,"I don't want to choose, I want to start a new life."

"Charles, are you okay?" Megan said as she turned to him, as they laid together, looking at each other.

"I'm leaving the country."

Megan widened her eyes, "What? Why?"

"I'm tired, I want to run from my past."

"You can't run from your past." Megan said as Charles smiled.

"I know but I want to give it a try." Charles said as Megan smiled.

"Okay, you want to give it a try then where do you want to travel to?"

"Los Angeles or maybe I should go back to Paris to see my annoying sisters." Charles said with a grumble.

"You have sisters?"

"Lots, I'm the only boy."

"How many sisters?"

"Six."

Megan widened her mouth in surprise, "So you are like seven in your family,are you the last born?"

Charles nodded his head, "Yup."

"Spoilt brat." Megan said tapping Charles shoulder.

"I'm not spoilt, you didn't even know I'm the last born."

"Because I didn't try guessing." Megan said.

Charles snort, "After traveling,I don't think I would come back."

"Come back where?"

"To California."

"Who are you kidding? You are coming back, no matter freaking what,you must come visit me." Megan said loudly as Charles laughed.

"I would try."

"Are you going after graduation?"

"No,in two weeks time." Charles said.

"Two weeks," Megan scoffed, "But we only have a month before our graduation,"She added as Charles shook his head "We still have time to have fun here." Megan said.

"How about we have the fun today?" Charles said.

"As a busy responsible lady, that I am, I need to check my busy schedule, like duh, I'm so freaking busy." Megan said in a mocking voice as Charles giggled.

"Yes ma'am, I understand you are a very busy lady." Charles said following the act.

"So where are we going to?" Megan said in her normal voice.

"Have you checked your so called busy schedule?"

"Of course,duh."

"Great, let's have fun then."

"I thought you said next Wednesday." Richard said on a phone call with Amidala.

"I'm sorry, I think I'm leaving tomorrow,I can't bear it." Richard could hear Amidala's sad voice on the phone.

"Ammy, please stop,try going next Wednesday."

"No, Britteny's engagement was called off, she can't bear it."

"Exactly, that's the reason why you need to stay,calm your sister down, she needs you, Ammy."

"Do you think, I can calm Britteny down, she's can't even leave the house, she's dying of embarrassment, she hasn't eaten for two days."

"Ammy," Richard said as he combed his hair with his finger frustrated as he used the hand to cover his mouth before removing it, "Can we talk? Maybe in a coffee shop, please don't say No."

There was slience on the phone for a while.

"Okay,I would text you the address." Amidala said as the was a beep on the call.

"I really enjoyed the ride." Megan said to Charles as they were in the amusement park.

"Really,I was about to puke." Charles said as Megan chuckled."Let's take a selfie." He added bringing out his phone as they took a picture of themselves.

"Charles." They both heard a tiny voice when they looked forward, seeing Britteny standing in front of them.

"Britteny," Charles said as he moved closer to her while Megan just looked."What are you doing here?"

"I came out for some fresh air, and I wanted to see but I guess it was easy for me." Britteny said as she smiled.

"I heard about your called off engagement, I'm so sorry." Charles said as Britteny nodded her head.

"Yeah,you told me,I guess I didn't listen." Britteny said sliently.

"Hmm, I guess I did." Charles said as he tucked his hand in his pocket.

"I was thinking maybe we could go back to Paris together and start a new life just like you wanted, I'm sorry for everything I've caused you." Britteny said as Charles scoffed with a smile.

"You want us back together, it can't work." Charles said.

"Why?Charles,I love you."Britteny said.

"Like you always say, there's never going to be us." Charles said, "Yes, I'm going back to Paris but not with you."

"Charles." Britteny said as tears filled the brim of her eyes.

"I don't want any drama here, people like you aren't worth nature." Charles said as he walked away holding Megan's hand leaving the amusement park as Britteny cried.
