I sat here, at this party. It was my best friends birthday party, but I did not know anyone here, there were like 2 or 3 of their family members. The rest I just have no idea. I sat on their couch and just looked at everyone. My friend was having a great time, she was dancing with her crush and I was so happy for her. I sat here and just stared at everyone having a good time, then I put my headphones in and put on some music to drown the sound out. Then I felt someone jump on the couch, so I turned my head and looked at them.

"Oh sorry! I didn't mean to disturb you!" He said

"It's a good" I responded

I took a look at him and he had blackish brownish hair and tan skin, he was wearing a hoodie and some blue jeans.

"My name is Jaime by the way" He said

"My name is Y/N" I said

"Heh that's a cute name"

"Thanks" I smiled

"So what are you doing sitting here, the party is over there."

"No one really wants to talk to me, nor do I want to do anything physical"

He stood up and took his hand out.

"What are you doing?" I asked

"Would you like to dance with me?"

I was a bit hesitant whether I wanted to or not, but I guess why not. So I took his hand and picked myself up, I wrapped my arm around his and we walked outside. I saw a ton of kids dancing. It was beautiful outside, there was a clear sky with the moon out, and my friends porch was surrounded in strands of lights.

"This is beautiful" I said, and I turned around and saw Jaime looking at me and smiling. He took his hand out and I grabbed it, we walked onto the dance floor and looked at each other. I wrapped my hands around his neck and he wrapped his hands around my waist and I laid my head on his shoulder, we were swaying for like 2 minutes and I heard someone silently shouting my name.

"Y/N!" I heard, and I turned my head to left and saw my best friend looking at me and winking. She was dancing with her crush and it was the most adorable thing ever, until I looked in front of me. Then I realised that Jaime is the most adorable thing ever, he was looking at my best friend mouthing at her something. So I basically thought that this was the perfect chance to do this. So kissed him on the cheek while he was talking to my best friend and smiled.

"Uh what was that for?" he said all flustered, his cheeks turned a light shade of pink.

"Just a thank you" I said
