"I'm glad we can do this together again!" Megan laughed as she hopped down the sidewalk with Artemis and Zatanna. 

"We almost died when you died!" Zatanna said to Artemis as she twirled her shopping bag on her wrist. 

"I missed this too!" Artemis smiled as she transferred her shopping bags from her right arm to her left. The three friends decided to go shopping in their free time. They haven't been shopping together in a while, so they really enjoyed it. Then Artemis' phone went off. She checked the caller ID and she smiled. 

"Ooh! She's getting a call from her boyfriend!" Megan smiled. Zatanna smiled and peeked over Artemis' shoulder at her phone. 

"Answer it!" Zatanna said. 

"What do you think I was going to do? Ignore it?!" Artemis asked and answered the call, "Hey Babe!" 

"Hey Arty. Where are you right now?" Dick asked.

"Shopping with M'gann and Zatanna. Why? Is something wrong?" Artemis asked. 

"Nothing's wrong. I just wanted to call and tell you that you girls have a mission briefing in ten. Zee can join if she wants to." Dick said. Artemis turned to Zatanna, who started giving two thumbs up and nodding. 

"She really wants to." Artemis replied.

"Okay, good. I just wanted to call about that and tell you that I love you. Never got to today." Dick said. Artemis could almost hear him smiling through the phone. 

"Well, I love you too, Sweetie! How are you feeling?" Artemis asked.

"Much better. Thanks. So briefing in ten?" Dick asked. 

"Yep. Thanks!" 

"Okay. Love you!" 

"Love you too!" Artemis replied and smiled as she hung up. 

"Aww..." Zatanna smirked.

"You really love each other, huh?" Megan asked. 

"We do." Artemis smiled, "but we have to go now. We have a mission briefing in ten back at the cave." Artemis said as she dragged the other two down the sidewalk.

"Thanks for being here. Sorry to bother whatever plans you had." Aqualad apologized once Artemis, M'gann, Zatanna, and Batgirl got there. 

"We weren't really doing anything that mattered more than a mission. Right?" Batgirl asked the rest of the girls, who all nodded in agreement. 

"Good. Now before we get to the mission, we have a visitor. So ladies, please welcome your new teammate." Aqualad said as Superboy and Superman entered. They all turned to them, and when Superboy stepped to the side, they saw a hot teen with blonde hair wearing a half-cut pink tank top and jean shorts. Superman stepped forward. 

"This is Supergirl. She's my..." 

"Cousin." Supergirl finished Superman's sentence. 

"Mine too. She's from Krypton, just like Superman." Superboy added. Artemis smiled. 

"It's very nice to meet you..." 

"Oh! My real name is Kara Zor-El. But you can just call me Kara!" Kara answered. 

"Is she joining the team?" Batgirl asked.

"I'm just visiting. But if I really like it, then I'm definitely joining!" Kara answered. Then Tim and Cassie walked in. 

"Hey. Are we needed here?" Tim asked Aqualad. 

"We are fine here. But if Wonder Girl would like to join Team Alpha, we're trying to get another all-female squad." Aqualad answered. 

"Sorry. Procrastinating on History. I have to get it done." Cassie said. Then she turned to Kara, "new recruit?" 

"Yep! Kara Zor-El. Supergirl. Cousin of Superman and Superboy." Kara introduced herself and shook Cassie's hand.

"I'm Wonder Girl." Cassie introduced. Then Kara turned to Tim. 

"H-hi." she said.

"Hi. I'm Ti...Robin." Tim hesitated, forgetting to conceal his identity and shook her hand. 

"Gee...Robin, I'm honored!" Kara blushed and smiled shyly at Tim. Cassie looked from Kara to Tim, then back and forth. She coughed and elbowed Tim.

"Yeah...this is Robin. MY boyfriend! Come on, ROB, we have work to do. Remember? Let's go." Cassie said hurriedly and dragged him away. Tim glanced back at Kara, who smiled and waved at him. Then when they disappeared, Kara's eyes looked down to the ground and she let out a big sigh. Then looked back up.

"So, Kara's already settled in one of the vacated rooms here in the cave." Superman said. 

"Good. Would you like to join Alpha Squad? You know, just to get a feel of the team." Aqualad asked. 

"Sure! Sounds like fun!" Kara smiled and joined the girls. 

"Okay. See you." Superman said and gave her a hug and Superboy gave M'gann a quick hug and kiss. Then they left. Aqualad turned to the girls. 

"Okay, Alpha Squad. Your mission. Noor Harjavti is here in the states to present the ending of partnership between Qurac and Bialya, due to Queen Bee and her goons. We need you all to get there and watch Noor. Her bodyguards won't be enough if Queen Bee actually shows. That's why Alpha Squad is an all female squad for this mission...again." Aqualad explained. 

"This sounds strangely familiar..." Batgirl whispered to M'gann and they start laughing softly.

"Batgirl. You're leading the squad. M'gann will set up the mind link, and if back-up is needed, Nightwing will be on the psychic link as well. Your mission starts in Metropolis." Aqualad said as Nightwing walked in. They all nodded in agreement and walked to the Bioship. But before Artemis could get in, Nightwing grabbed her hand and pulled her to him. 

"Nightwing! Not now!" Artemis giggled then he placed an unexpected kiss on her lips.

"Never got my kiss this morning!" Nightwing smirked. 

"I have to go!" Artemis laughed and unwrapped his arms around her and gave him a quick peck on the lips before she left on the Bioship.

Yep! It's Supergirl! I've heard so many complaints from my brother why Supergirl's not in Young Justice, so I gave him his wish. ;)
