                           Icicle
"They're up to something," Witch said crouching in the bushes. Icicle sat with him as he spoke.

"So what do you want me to do about it."

Witch smirked and said "I thought you might say that."
                                 
"Why do I listen to that kid," Icicle said as he quivered in the tree. The battle below wasn't going well and they needed to take action quick. He winced as Aqulad electrified Toxic Oak. She yelped in pain before falling limp to the ground.

He turned his head to see Witch give him a thumbs up. Icicle rolled his eyes then against all his will, jumped. He landed on the truck making a large dent, and went to work.

Witch had told him his theory on why none of the guards were shooting at them and why the martian was late and he had to admit to himself it was pretty plausible. He explained that they probably were trying to capture their faces so he sent him in. Everyone already knew him anyways.

He ducked as an arrow whizzed passed his head and scowled at the archer. He froze the roof of the truck and punched through it creating a hole. Icicle jumped back as a round of bullets were shot from inside.

"Ytpme eht snug ," came the voice of witch who attempted to punch Kid Flash.

The Cave

Mrs. Martian
Mrs. Martian thought about before the mission.

Megan stood curiously listening to Batman explain their mission. Everyone looked skeptical that the entire team was needed to protect one truck but he spoke again. "I know you all have your suspicions, and we are sending all of you prove our theory's."

Now it was Robin's turn, "what theory's," he said looking grim that Batman hadn't told him earlier.

Batman nodded at him and said "me and the league believe that the villains have been creating something to wreak havoc for them. We believe they are working on androids that are programmed to steal and quite possibly murder." Megan's eyes went wide at that. They had fought a few androids but she always preferred the organic enemies.

Batman looked at her and said "Incase you do run into these androids we have a electro magnetic camera that will take an image if they enter the truck. Mrs. Martian will have to ride in the truck and if an ambush does occur she needs to integrate it into the systems." Mrs. Martian nodded as he looked at her.

"Why not have it already integrated," Wally asked eating a banana.

Robin nudged him like he already knew the answer. "Because the camera takes up too much power and it would drain the truck's fuel in a matter of minutes," Robin said smirking.

Witch
Witch darted over to Icicle who had made the gaping whole in the truck. "Now what brainiac," Icicle said unamused.

"Now watch out!" Witch said shoving him to the side. In his place stood an angry Martian. She started levitating him but Witch went to work. "Gnirb Elcici kcab nwod ," he said with his echoing voice. Mrs. Martian strained her arms as the opposing force kicked in. Witch thought he almost had her before the all mighty Kid Flash knocked him to the ground.

Icicle was thrown back and slammed into a nearby tree. Witch knocked his head against the ground and coughed, shaking away the fuzzy black corners in his vision.

Somewhere in the distance he heard Icicle growling as he threw a massive shard of ice at Kid who dodged. "The truck," Witch barely got out, but Icicle nodded and made it inside the truck. He emerged a second later with a bag of money clutched in his fists. He was about to go in for more when Superboy punched him. Icicle fell to the ground as Witch looked up.

Things were not good. Toxic Oak was still unconscious, Humming Bird still hadn't regained her voice, Icicle entrapped himself in a shield of ice, only Vibe was still fighting with his jagged pieces of metal.

Witch growled as he knew they would have to retreat. He snatched the bag of money Icicle had scavenged and signaled to Vibe that it was over. He nodded and spread the signal to the rest of the group.

Icicle made his ice shield rain across the Justice League's pets and bounded into the forest. Humming Bird carried Toxic Oak into the woods as Witch and Vibe distracted the others. They met up back to back and Witch smirked before he threw down a smoke bomb. They were gone before the sidekicks knew what happened.

Amelia punched the wall lowering her hand in pain. Darry came in with a similar angry expression looking like he was tempted to throw the silver dart in his hand.

"What happened out there!" She yelled in frustration. Ten years of training wasted! She thought angrily. Everyone else was just as outraged. Well, except for Jinny. She was just coming around from being unconscious.

Zane entered at last saying "oh by the way, thanks for the help."

"Where were you during the fight!" Amelia nearly screamed.

Zane scowled at her and merely said "if you must know I was studying their attacks."

Amelia growled like she was going to slap him and said "oh, so your just going to be a coward just like your father."

Zane stopped dead in his tracks. "Take it back," he hissed not bothering to turn around.

Amelia smirked and said "make me." She was tired of him acting superior.

Zane turned around and said "then let's settle this the right way." Amelia nodded smugly. She planned to kick his butt.
