Sixty-five

Poor Azula, even her dad has bigger boobs than her 😔

⚠️Slight trigger warning ⚠️

"Come on!" Toya takes my hand, leading me off the stage and away from the League. "Dabi, let go. I want to get away from here, not go into the damn crowed." I hiss, trying to hold back the fears I have now aquired. "That's what I'm doing, without getting them involved." my brother says, leading me over to the area that I saw Hawks.

"You're looking please as punch." Toya says to his boyfriend as I work PR, shaking some hands and such.

"Sure am!" Hawks smiles "Now how about some intros."

"Maybe later Birdy." Toya says as I managed to stop the need for me to deal with people. "Dabi," I say already feeling the anxiety creeping up "I need to get out of here or-" I give a bit of a shiver, I don't need nor want my friend to find out my undercover identity right now. I want to properly laugh when he realize what the warning was about at the end of the interview.

"Which is why we're over here." Toya assures me before turning to a now confused Hawks "I need you to take her back to HQ. I got somethings to finish before I can leave but she got school and such." Toya, why?! I could've stayed till your done.

"Dabi, I don't have to go back tonight." I tell my brother; like I said, I kinda want to avoid my friend in fear that I would start spilling things that would put him in more danger.

Or me to loose a friend and someone I trust...

"Ty," Toya looks at me "I know, but I still need you to go back." By now we are in a more private area by a hallway.

I know why he wants me to got, it's so that I can get time to myself without the stress of being undercover. "Alright." I sigh as I am brought into a brief embrace with a "Stay safe Z"

No promises Toya with the world we live in. Did Keigo's wings floof up a little? "Shall we?" my friend asks as Toya leaves, "I guess." I sigh before walking with Keigo to the exit then flying off.

"Thank you Hawks." I say after we touched down "I can assume you have things that you need to do, so you don't have to stay with me." I'm probably just going to change then either head to UA or to Dad's agency, not necessarily to go on patrol.

"Dabi told me to keep an eye on you." Hawks informs me, though his voice doesn't sound as friendly as normal. Probably had a long day... "If you say so." I sigh before stating that I was going to go change.

As soon as the door closed behind me, I am on the ground with my knees to my chest and my hands gripping my head. Fuck, just breathe Azula. Not the first time this week, but I had Toya who knew how to calm me down. Not this time, "It's fine, everything is fine." I mumble "He doesn't know." my grip tightens in attempt to keep myself from doing something I'll regret as breathing comes more difficult.

"Ty Lee?" Hawks calls "You alright up there?"

I can't answer at the moment buddy. You can probably figure that out with your feathers.

. . .

. .

.

I'm sorry, please don't go.

Knock knock "Ty? You in there?" Hawks asks, all I can do is cough in attempt to respond, not that it's very assuring but I am infact in here.

Just breathe Azula, think about something else. Like drugs!

Okay maybe not drugs in particular. "Kid? You alright?" Hawks asks sounding concern. "Mhm." I hum out of default. The door opens behind me "Is it safe for me to make sure?"

I don't answer him, not that I can really; I barely could do the hum. Somehow, Hawks manages to get in the room despite me being in front of the door.

"Hey, what happened?" he asks. "I'm fine." I reply, probably not seeming so.

"Ty Lee," Hawks says "last time I saw you, you were cracking jokes then a week later you are quiet and seemingly terrified of something." I hate the fact that he can read me.

"Ty," a feather lifts my head up so that I am looking at him "you can trust me." I know that already Keigo.

Luckily or not, I manage to calm down enough to get up "I do Hawks," I answer, my voice a bit shaky but stab enough "but now isn't the time. Maybe later when I am ready to talk about it. Now if you would, I still need to get change."

"Alright." Hawks sighs before leaving the room.

I walk downstairs in shorts, Katsuki's hoodie, a beanie and my work boots. "I'm heading over to my dad's place." I inform Hawks who is kinda pacing the living room.

"Your dad's?" he asks, pausing mid pace. I give him a nod "You have more important things to do than to stand watch over me." I elaborate "So it would be simpler if I go that than stay here with you."

"But Dabi said-"

"For you to bring me here," I interrupt "and you did a great job at that but now we need to part ways foe the time being."

"You just had a fucking panic attack maybe ten minutes ago, how the hell can I let you go out there on your own after that?! Not just as a hero but as a person that gives a shit!"

"more like an anxiety attack." I mumble before speaking up "I'll be fine Hawks, this isn't the first time something like this has happened to me and I walked away from it. Part of the damn reason why I'm going to my dad's." I can stop acting for the most part once I am away from here. Though it might be smarter to go to UA, Shoto and Katsuki are both equally capable of helping me if I have another anxiety attack, hell even Mirio, Amajiki or Nejire could, and UA is only a few blocks away.

Guess Dad would get it more, and I was relying on Toya this past week and the two share many of the same traits.

Keigo runs a gloved hand through his hair, mumbling something that I can't make out, "I'm guessing there is no way to convince you otherwise?" he asks at a volume I can hear him at. I nod "Correct, nor would it be a good idea for you to even escort me even a few blocks away because it would put you and myself at risk."

"What, is daddy protective of his little girl when it come to boys?" Hawks kinda tease, bringing a bit of a smile from me "He's not the risk I was referring to." I tell him before leaving the house.

Once at the Fire Nation capital, I don't walk in like a normal person, I jump onto the roof with quite a few bursts of fire. I stand on the ledge next to one of the poles as the wind plays with the strings on the hoodie. Honestly a beautiful night aside from the wind. I already messaged Hawks, as Ty Lee, that I got here safely at his request, I guess that's a good thing...

"Azula!" I turn my head, makeup long wiped off "What are you doing up here?"

I give my father a shrug before looking back over the city "Enjoying the view, I guess."

"No jokes?" Dad asks, walking over based on the sounds of footsteps. "Not feeling it at the moment." I reply. Why did I come here? Up here I should say, one wrong move and-

"Azula?" one moment he had a hand on my should, the next I am crying my eyes out in his arms; no words, just me crying. Probably been needing this.

I mean, I didn't really cried this past week just kept to myself and basically glued to Toya's side.

"Sorry about that." I wipe my eyes after ten minutes or so. "You have nothing to be sorry about Azula." Dad says "You're my daughter after all."

"Yeah." I sigh, putting my hands in my pockets, looking back over the city, this time not standing on the ledge.

"So you had a long week too?" Dad asks standing beside me.

"More like one bad day that set the standard for that week." I answer.

"For wrapped up with Detnerat and Deika City too?"

I give a laugh "Wrapped up? More like part of the main cast."

"You were there when the terrorists attacked?" Dad asks, I look at him confused "What terrorists?" I ask "I'm undercover at the League, we were attacked by the population of Deika after the head guy kidnapped our broker."

Now it's his turn to be confused "That isn't what the report said, there was no mention of the League of Villains."

"The foraged was doctored by someone they called Skeptic, though I didn't think it was this good of a job." I look up at the sky as snow starts to fall.

The flakes landing on my face, some sticking, others melting with a slight fizz. "Toya was there too I'm guessing?" Dad asks, I nod "Yeah, he sent me back since he had to finish something." my phone starts ringing "Well speak of the devil." I remark before answering knowing very well Toya would be pissed and worried if I didn't. "Missed me already?" I ask my brother.

"Funny, where the hell are you, Hawks said that you left HQ." my brother says.

"I told him where I was going." I sigh before answering that I'm with Dad.

"Your dumbass gave me a heart attack when he told me you left and he didn't tell me where." Toya grumbles before yelling off the phone "Why the fuck didn't you tell me she was going to her dad's?!" still loud enough for me to hear.

I also hear a more muffled response from Hawks then a reply from Toya "Give her privacy my ass."

"Bye Toga." I say before hanging up then giving a sigh "I should probably head over to UA before Toya drag me there himself."

"Alright, just-" Dad pause, I look over at him, waiting for him to finish but he sighs "nevermind. Be careful."

"But danger is in the job description." I joke before adding "I'll try, love ya!" then jumping off the building and to the ground safely as I have countless times before.

"Hey sis." Shoto greets me from his spot on the couch. "Hi Sho." I reply, giving a smile before asking what he's doing up because I'm pretty sure it's close to midnight.

My twin tilts his head "Azula, I just got up for school, it's five in the morning."

Oops "Guess I didn't look at the time." I rub the back of my neck. Sho gives me a quizzed look but that fades as he tells me that I should probably go and get some sleep.

"Probably, night Sho." I half wave before heading up to Katsuki's room, Toya won't try to bother me if I sleep in there.

"Where the hell have you been?" Katsuki asks as soon as he opens the door. "With Toya working, can I sleep in your room?" I reply.

"Hmph " my boyfriend lets me in and I immediately take over the bed only to now feel my exhaustion. "Don't see why you had to come to my room." he mumbles, changing his shirt, "Because ai felt like it." I yawn.

"And why the hell did you steal my hoodie? I was looking for that one." he adds.

"Sam reasoning " I shrug. Katsuki looks over at me "Go to sleep dumbass. I'll get you something to eat during lunch."

"Okay." I slip under the blanket, pulling my beanie but leaving the hood on, laying on my side, facing the room and I am already almost asleep.

"Love you Bitch."

"Love you too Bastard."

Huh, 2020 words without the warning and this note. Cool, thanks for reading 🥰
