I spotted a girl, about 16, splashing in the water with a younger girl with curly brown hair and another with straight brown hair in the water. Her gray eyes reminding me of mother of pearl. I watched her, infatuated. I heard what sounded almost Like a siren scold her friend 'Piper' about splashing her. 

"Piper! That was cold! You know that this beach has cold water! It's the Atlantic current!" I was impressed that she knew what current was currently flowing around us. Then it hit me. Crap. She's a daughter of Athena isn't she? It would explain those eyes and curls.

"Sorry Annabeth!" Laughed the girl known as 'Piper.' Both giggled. So Annabeth was her name?

"Hey guys! Did you see that water spurt?" Asked The younger girl.

"What Hazel? What water spurt?" Asked Piper. 

"I think it was a god." Responded Hazel. Damn right it was. Clever girl.

"Probably Posideon. Or some other sea god wanting to show off." Ok, ouch. I guess I kinda did..... whatever. I heard mom call me. I sighed before diving back into the water. I returned to my mother who was sitting on the shore, waiting for me. My form solidified. 

"Yeah mom?" I responded.

"I would like you to meet Chiron. He wishes to speak to you." She responded sweetly.

"Sure." I said before walking off. I didn't care if and campers saw me in my armour. I didn't care if they saw me in general. As I walked, I spotted some girls oggling me, I just rolled my eyes. Aphrodite's kids. Jeez. I approached the big house. Kicking open the door. I spotted Cousin D. He dropped his Diet Coke.

"What are you doing here! Shoo!" I cried "I'm  it afraid to turn you into Grapevines!"

"Shut. Up Dionysus. I'm here to see Chiron."

"Ah, Perseus. I didn't recognise you! It's good to see you, dear cousin." He whimpered.

"Cut the crap. Where is he?"

"He's i-." He was cut off by a nock on the door. "Go away Anabel Mace!" He roared.

"Shut up Mr D." I need to see Chiron." Yelled a velvety voice. She shoved the door open. In walked the golden goddess that I saw at the beach. She wore shorts and  a Camp Halfblood Tee. I saw her eyes widen when she spotted me. "Who in Tartarus are you?" She questioned. I chuckled.

"You should be bowing,girl. Do you know who I am?" I responded. Her eyes widened.

She did as she was commanded. "I apologise. I am not a-custom to God's visiting camp, beside that strange sea god that visits the Nymph, Sally and Mr Couch Potato. Who might you be?"

I heard Dionysus cry in offence. "Shut up Dionysus. I am Perseus. The 'strange' sea god you speak of is either me or my father, Poseidon. And you are? I doubt your name is 'Anabel Mace." 

"Indeed. I am Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena."

"Mmh. Figured that one out." I grumbled.

"How so?" She questioned. Her eyes scanning me, in the usual 'Athenian' way.

"Curly hair, and accusing gray eyes. Just like my cousin. She hates me, even though I wasn't even alive when the whole Medusa and Athens issue happened."

"When were you born? I assume that you are not Poseidon's wife's child."

"Nope. My mom's a mortal turned Nymph. I was born 100 years ago."

"Cool. So you're god of waves right?"

"Duh. So much for being 'smart'. Wise girl." I responded.

"Umm, excuse you, seaweed brain." I was really tempted to drown her, but then again, Athena would kill me. I rolled my eyes.

"Ahh Percy, I see you've returned." I heard the voice of Chiron enter the room. "A- Annabeth? What is it? Sorry Percy."

"It's fine. I'll wait with Mr Couch Potatoe." I responded.

"Nothing, just the Apollo kids. They were cursing the Ares kids and making them talk in only rhymes again." She complained. I stifled a laugh.

"I see. I will deal with it later. Percy. I would like you to come stay at camp half blood for a while, there are some, issues with monsters. More than usual. I'm thinking you stay, maybe 5 years?"

"What! Why me?" I cried. I know I have nothing better to do, but seriously! Can't trap a young god in one spot for that long.

"Because I asked Poseidon, and he said he was chill with it, and that he will remove your immortality if you don't." Troll.

"Fine. Just give me the Poseidon cabin and I'll be fine."
